Robert would never return my call or email. The cost to replace the broken slab is $6,000, and they feel that a $100 discount, free sealant, and caulking was sufficient.

In short; -It took them much longer to finish once started than promised -My window well is crooked -The egress cover doesn't fit properly (looks haphazard) -My irrigation system is still leaking due to carelessness (not from the digging actually) Additional concerns; -Basement wall interior has many chunks missing from it now. (fixed) -Irrigation system cover damaged during backfill (dirt was just laid on ground, not on a tarp or piece of wood as I was told it would be). -Dirty/no post job clean up in basement. I removed the rubble myself, a mess still remains. -Instead of leaving the backfill dirt as promised, they took it all, so the soil around the window is depressed again. (still sinking and i have no backfill dirt) -My fence was not repaired properly from removal and damage done by backhoe. (fixed) -They tried to put the window in the wrong place. (caught in time)

The workers will never sell report damage or mistakes they made. You have only 3 days to find these things and report them to the company or they can refuse to come back to your house. What seems to matter the most to this company is having there invoice paid in full despite unresolved issues and obtaining a 5 stare google review.
