I tried this place with my daughters. It looked clean and the service was fine. We all got different flavors. Every single one tasted like old wine. Yogurt looked like frozen milk. I think something went bad with the fermentation process or machines. I read in another review that they don't offer samples. We didn't even think to ask. Well now I know why they don't give samples. Came here tonight and was pleasantly surprised with the super cute aesthetics and yummy yogurt! I remember the last time I was here it looked very different and was under different ownership. We went here because my daughter got a coupon from school. Website says they open at noon. We were there before noon... And waited past noon for them to open. Around 12:15 we began to see someone inside getting ready to open. Finally the doors opened at 12:30. Once inside, we (2 adults and 2 children)were pretty disappointed. Adding on, they now close @9:15 PM so you have enough time I appreciated the small conversation I was able to have with both worker's you can tell they're very dedicated and hard working The shop was very clean, obviously the floor may be a bit dirty but that is through-out the day they informed me that they do not mop during the day as many people come in & out but they do clean the machines frequently! If I can give zero stars, I would. This is for the Murrieta location that used to be Xtreme Yogurt. The quality of the yogurt is not good and comes out a bit watery. You can taste ice, and the fruit was off, not good at all. It was my first time here, I barely got any yogurt, just a very small amount like 3oz worth and my daughter got a bit more it came out to 18 dollars and change I was surprised I didn't see how much they charge per ounce, but by looking at the reviews someone mentioned 69 cents per ounce and their total also seemed high. Is their scale off? That just seems expensive for two people and I barely got anything I added a little bit of mango pieces and it was not good off color mine was bad and my daughter took one bite and could not take another bite it was watery and no flavor at all very bad quality yogurt with a weird taste doesn't taste like actual frozen yogurt. So I immediately took it back and it was a struggle to get my money back asking me question after question...what was wrong I told her we did not prefer it, the fruit was off and I had to show her two pieces one was off color a Grey color not enough for her and had to show her the fruit I spit out on the napkin to feel believed and I had to answer more questions what flavor was it that she didn't like..she had a sample...keep in mind a sample of what she didn't get.. I had to say that it was a sample of something else and still asking another question until I said why does it matter I'm the customer and my first time here there shouldn't be an issue to refund my money. She had to take more of my time and call the owner or manager to let them know and see if I could get a refund. This is not ok, and to top it off, I got sent my refund receipt, and in the notes, she had to have the last word as though I'm not being accurate about the fruit.. the fruit I got was awful and hard and tasted off that I spit it out. One shouldn't keep grilling a customer poor business practice and then keep them waiting to make a phone call. Should have just said sorry for the experience and not waste my time and issued me my refund. I will never go back. Been here a handful of times when it was a a different frozen yogurt place (it's been a couple different places in the 6 years I've lived here) there were maybe 3-4 flavors working. 3 machines weren't working. One looked as if it was working but nothing came out. It was soupy when coming out. I got the fruity flavors which seemed to be better than the vanilla/chocolate flavors my husband got.
