At this location you'll find indoor seating only with low top tables. I was so excited to try these after they came up on my Instagram ! These paletas are gorgeous !!!!! I tried the strawberry cream cheese as well as the lime! The strawberry cream cheese came half dipped in white chocolate then topped with fresh strawberries, white chocolate drizzle and graham cracker crumbs ! It was so good ! The lime was my favorite - it was mouth watering and absolutely refreshing ! It was lightly coated in tajin , topped with cucumbers ams drizzled with chamoy! So much flavor ! Okay. I walked in here thinking I was coming out with a simple paleta and nope.. this is a place where you can put anything that you can possibly think you could get at a frozen yogurt place and better because they have so many others desserts. I order a cookie Maria paleta and I topped it with melted chocolate, walnuts, strawberries and more chocolate My partner got a chocolate paleta with melted chocolate, peanuts, bananas both were so good. We all saw this as we drove to eat dinner nearby and decided that's our dessert stop afterwards. We walked over after dinner and were were the only patrons in there. That was nice because it was our very first time ordering at one of these type of ice cream dessert shops and the choices here was vast. The staff were very patient with us and answered all of our questions and offered samples upon request. Our son ordered a chocolate paleta shake ($9.00), my wife ordered a strawberry cheesecake paleta bar full dipped in dark chocolate and topped with coconut ($6.50) and I got a strawberry paleta bar half dipped in dark chocolate, topped with crushed pistachio ($5.49 + extra charge for the pisatchio). We watched as they made the paleta bars with such artistry. When finished the bars were very appetizing to our eyes and tasted even better on our tastebuds. Our son really like his milkshake, thick and very chocolaty. Thought the price point was a bit high for the amount, it was still well received and enjoyed by our son. We literally got to try Paleta on their opening weekend. Usually when it's opening weekend there is complete chaos, however I must stay this was the most organized ice cream parlor I have ever experienced. Everything was organized from the services to delivery. We ordered a total of 6 bars and they were all beautifully presented and just as equally delicious. The ambiance is very nice, they had seating on the side inside the parlor. Would be nice if eventually there was some chair outside. I high recommend The Paleta Bar. I may change my star review when I try another flavor. Unfortunately the pistachio is loaded with a heavy chemical flavoring. The aftertaste would not leave my mouth. I tried to enjoy it and I just couldn't loose that fake soapy flavor. Next time I will ask for one w the least preservatives and synthetic syrups. $7 got a fancy Paleta that doesn't have the essence of home made. I will try to come again! Highly recommend! Stopped in on a whim, this is a total hidden treasure in Wildomar, and in a small retail area very close to Highway exit/ entrance at Clinton Keith Road off Highway 15. Had these deliciousness paletas at Akash winery a few days before that we had to come back to try other flavors. They have a variety of flavors for every taste bud, and if you aren't sure what to get they do offer samples. The service is fantastic, they take their time to explain each option. I ended with a mango with strawberry toppings and a tres leches paleta which were both delicious. We have been waiting for the opening of this fine establishment since we saw the sign go up and this place did not disappoint! We have been to Hispanic ice cream shops before but this place is special. They had a variety of delicious treats. Some I have never seen before, like chili watermelon and tres leche bars. You can get your Paletta dipped and topped as well! They had dark, white and milk chocolate and an array of toppings. We couldn't decide so we just did a basic selection of 12 without any toppings or dip. The price is very reasonable for the specialty dessert. The minute you walk in, you are greeted by the friendly staff. I love that they offer samples, which is great because they have such a broad selection of paletas to choose from. On top of the unique flavors they have, they offer toppings and THREE types of chocolates to dip your paleta. Talk about choices on top of choices. Stopped by on my way home from visiting my fiancés parents and saw that there was a new store in the plaza. The Paleta bar opened on May 27th, and everything was brand new and squeaky clean. I was greeted by the 3 staff members who were behind the counter and was given extra time as I was looking at the menu. Service and check out was quick and easy. During this visit I grabbed a mixed fruit cup with mangoes and watermelon, topped with tajin and chamoy. I also grabbed a strawberries and cream paleta, half dipped with white chocolate and topped with Oreos and a side of mangoes. I have got to say that this was very refreshing and will be a great place to visit on hot summer days. Great and refreshing paletas. They have great fruit cups. Portions for the cups are on the large side. The aguas frescas were super delicious. Great for a hot day. They don't really have any fun vegan flavors. It's all water based paletas. The toppings are not great for vegans and they don't go super well with the water-base paletas. It was amazing! 100/10! I have been to several Mexican flavored ice cream shops and tried several different paletas but these are by far the best I've ever tried. They are super creamy and delicious. I could actually taste pieces of gansito and best of all is that it tasted fresh. I've had some where the gansito or sprinkles taste stale or the paleta taste bland. Not here though. The paleta I ordered was so creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. It is noticeable that high quality ingredients are used at this shop and they have mastered the perfect recipe. Apparently this was their soft opening and their grand openings on May 27th so stop by if you're in the area. Anyway, I got the mango bar with tahin, chamoy sauce and fresh fruit. It was so good!
