If I can give zero stars, I would. This is for the Murrieta location that used to be Xtreme Yogurt. The quality of the yogurt is not good and comes out a bit watery. You can taste ice, and the fruit was off, not good at all. It was my first time here, I barely got any yogurt, just a very small amount like 3oz worth and my daughter got a bit more it came out to 18 dollars and change I was surprised I didn't see how much they charge per ounce, but by looking at the reviews someone mentioned 69 cents per ounce and their total also seemed high. Is their scale off? That just seems expensive for two people and I barely got anything I added a little bit of mango pieces and it was not good off color mine was bad and my daughter took one bite and could not take another bite it was watery and no flavor at all very bad quality yogurt with a weird taste doesn't taste like actual frozen yogurt. So I immediately took it back and it was a struggle to get my money back asking me question after question...what was wrong I told her we did not prefer it, the fruit was off and I had to show her two pieces one was off color a Grey color not enough for her and had to show her the fruit I spit out on the napkin to feel believed and I had to answer more questions what flavor was it that she didn't like..she had a sample...keep in mind a sample of what she didn't get.. I had to say that it was a sample of something else and still asking another question until I said why does it matter I'm the customer and my first time here there shouldn't be an issue to refund my money. She had to take more of my time and call the owner or manager to let them know and see if I could get a refund. This is not ok, and to top it off, I got sent my refund receipt, and in the notes, she had to have the last word as though I'm not being accurate about the fruit.. the fruit I got was awful and hard and tasted off that I spit it out. One shouldn't keep grilling a customer poor business practice and then keep them waiting to make a phone call. Should have just said sorry for the experience and not waste my time and issued me my refund. I will never go back. ( If I went next door to Starbucks, my total would be less, that says a lot) So not worth your money not good and extremely pricey, go to Menchies and they issue deals and it's good yogurt! read more

Terrible, went here after having pizza with our daughter. Been here a handful of times when it was a a different frozen yogurt place (it's been a couple different places in the 6 years I've lived here) there were maybe 3-4 flavors working. 3 machines weren't working. One looked as if it was working but nothing came out. It was soupy when coming out. I got the fruity flavors which seemed to be better than the vanilla/chocolate flavors my husband got. A friend and I went in on Oct 20 around 4:15. Frozen yogurt itself taste good, the vibe in there is cute. But everything was gross. Toppings needed to be wiped down, restocked and fresh. Well, it hasn't made me sick like the last time I had Extreme Frozen yogurt did, and the flavors were pretty on point though cookies & cream was a little weird. Only 3 stars because their website says "No artificial flavors" but Dole pineapple soft serve mix uses artificial flavors, this says to me they aren't actually vetting the ingredients in their mix. I don't care if flavors & colors are artificial or not, but if they are overlooking (or failing to disclose) something as easily verified as this then what else about their claims are untrue? I'll revise the rating up if they revise their website *and* disclose ingredient lists for all the stuff they are putting in their machines. read more

My kids and I used to come here frequently when it was Xtreme Frozen Yogurt and we all loved it! Wow has it changed! Several of the flavors were missing, like the machines weren't even there. I think they had maybe 5 working flavors and they all seemed soupy when they dispensed. When I went up to pay, the total was $19!! For only two yogurts! And I barely filled mine up. Such a rip off! This place is the worst. It's SO expensive compared to Menchies or any other place around town. But worse is the actual yogurt. It's gross and the flavors aren't even good. The yogurt itself is very fake tasting. Also they clearly aren't putting their high prices into their toppings. Fake Oreos, fake Reese's. No thanks. It looks like an 8 year old girls room threw up in here. Over the top. Skip the fake flowers and put your money into quality ingredients. There's my unsolicited advice. this is quite frankly the WORST froyo place i've ever been. first of all they don't let you do samples. and then i got BARELY ANY froyo with no toppings and it was $8, like WHAT?! then my husband who barely got any either was $15. so in total we spent $23 on barely any yogurt. do NOT go here unless you want waste money read more

First of all I want to say.... Tart is one of the most delicious flavors so creamy, with a touch of sweetness! The environment in this shop is really nice, I love the stuffed animals & the rose bears and other rose items you can buy(such as unicorns, snoopy & more) The marble floors give it such a nice touch! But besides that they added this new flavor called very berry and it's so refreshing never had yogurt like this before! There are a variety of flavors to choose from which are all good! Ranging from vanilla, chocolate, tart, cake batter, cookies and creme, very berry and watermelon! All yummy and tasty. You guys should definitely give this place a try! 5 stars for me - ALSO even a better thing they give free samples if you ask in the front! To start, the woman working (one of the owners) was incredibly friendly and literally brightened my day. All smiles, apologetic about the very slight mess a group of kiddos caused. She offered us a stack of sample cups even though we said we only came to check the place out. The froyo was AMAZING. I had been getting tired of the fake taste of the frozen yogurt near my house, and immediately wanted to take home a bucket of this. Not only that, but my family member who is lactose intolerant had 3 vegan options that actually tasted delicious. This is such a big deal! It's disheartening seeing that so many places overlook having good lactose free options, but Very Berry Yogurt was totally on top of it. Somehow they even had better toppings here than at other places. I could taste the bit of graham crumble on the cheesecake bites, there were chunks of red velvet cake (amazing with the vanilla and marshmallow fluff). The array of sauces was so cool too-- límon, chamoy, agave, the fluff, etc. The decor is top tier!! I was shocked to see the reviews on Yelp were so low. Flavors were horrible. The first time I went, but figured I'd give it another chance since it's the only one in my area. Both of the open sign that they had they were on and it was only 7 PM and on every single app it says that the store was open. I waited at the door, as it was locked, and three employees looked at me and went into the back without acknowledging me being there. I will not be going there again as a service was horrible and the ice cream was even worth it and it was over priced. read more

Horrible costumer service. The guy working at the front seemed to be to busy with his phone to answer any questions. Unfortunately half of the machines were not working and when we asked him he seemed annoyed at the interruption and didn't seem to care the machines didn't work. Hoping he was just having an off day because customer service like that will turn people away. The Murrieta location is a vibe. Located off of Clinton Keith Rd., the place is really nice. The moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendliness and respect. Service is off the charts amazing. I highly recommend anyone to come here and try out the yogurt. Fresh flavors and kid friendly. Lots of toppings to choose from. They even have fresh fruit to add to your yogurts. Yogurt was super tasty, I'm happy to know there's a good frozen yogurt spot that actually has healthy yogurt with no artificial coloring. The watermelon flavor tastes like actual watermelon and it's vegan great service and every time we come inside it's always clean. I recommend this place if you're looking for a good and healthy froyo treat. Nice decor from the chandelier to the marble floors...and relaxing environment. Good prices (all by weight). They have indoor and outdoor seating so that's a plus. Strawberries and blueberries are fresh and not frozen I recommend everyone in the area to try it out read more
