My cat is not the nicest, but melted in Ashley's arms, and sat super still while he got his Paw-deicure.  My dog was a little hesitant to go into the grooming room, but as soon as Ashley gave her a special treat, she too was puddy hands. Pacific Pets also has more high end dog food, so if you're looking for some good food for your pets, come here! I appreciated that I could bring my shy pup in and get some pets and treats from the staff working there. They have regular discounts posted on their social media pages, keep an eye out for that.
