Got back to our RV and noticed the front end seemed toed out by about half an inch. Called a couple shops that were getting 5 stars on yelp and they highly recommended custom automotive. Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable! First, I researched virtually every manufacturer of tinting material on the market to ensure I was going to have the absolute best tint applied regardless of price. Second, I spoke with dozens of individuals whom I knew would only trust having their (expensive) vehicle(s) tinted with and by the best. And third, I read hundreds upon hundreds of comments on various blogs by actual people who had their vehicles tinted using products from 3M, LLumar, Formula One, SunTek, Huper Optik, Solar Gard, and Johnson, to name but a few. I finally decided on Formula One's Pinnacle Series. I also decided to have my installation performed by Mr. Bill Ghena, of B & C Sun Control Window Tinting of Southern Oregon, located in Grants Pass at 2384 Upper River Rd., Grants Pass, OR 97526, (541) 476-0620. Who installs the tint on your vehicle is just as important, if not more important, as the type of tint material you choose. After all, you can purchase the finest tint material available; however, if it is not installed properly by a highly experienced professional, it will not perform as designed. Bill has over 30 years of experience in the tint business, and does each and every tint job himself. He is interested in only one thing--making certain the job is done right, and the customer is getting the best possible tint job for his or her vehicle--period. THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -…read more pretty much complete incompetence - simple job turned into a nightmare taking 3 times longer than it should because they couldn't find the parts and then DIDN'T EVEN DO THE WORK THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO then claimed we never told them that's what we wanted............... REALLY PATHETIC communication between mechanics... almost started my engine with NO COOLANT IN IT....... I came in with fluid leaks.... the SECOND leak the first mechanic pointed out was the FUEL PUMP was leaking BADLY..... 4 DAYS in their shop and THEY NEVER FIXED THE FUEL PUMP...... i had to put it in myself - because, again, they couldn't get the parts in time....... I paid $2500+ to have the transmission removed and an engine main seal fixed that was leaking badly. They TOLD ME the front main seal of the tranny was leaking, too. So, I told them, Okay while you have it out I want ALL THE SEALS DONE. They sent it off to local Allison dealer because I guess they couldn't do work on Allison trannys. After 4 days, tranny is back in and I go home. Next trip found fluid leaking out of the tranny - rear main seal of the transmission.... took it back to Webfoot - they claim I never told them to do BOTH seals...... REALLY??? WHO THE HELL pulls a tranny and goes through ALL THAT WORK and doesn't replace ALL THE PRIMARY SEALS....?!?!?! i'm about to get a damn lawyer..............................

During my time working with Webfoot Truck they were the kindest, most compassionate, acomodating, and caring group of mechanics I have ever encountered. They were ultimately unable to solve my problem without some help from the manufacturer which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. But, they are everything I would want in a shop working on such expensive and complicated equipment. They are honest, reliable, and put themselves in the customers shoes. They showed extreme patience with me and my horrific situation and I am very grateful.

He's a one man show that works on just about everything from what I've seen at the shop. He's efficient and honest as can be which is wonderful when you yourself aren't mechanically inclined. Specializing in corvette's and diesel trucks but we have him work on our Acura and Toyota. His knowledge and skills are very good. From talking with him I've learned that his previous time at the dealerships service department he achieved the highest tech certification GM offers which is "World Class" and he even maintained it for years after starting his business. That's no easy feat as you have to be sponsored from an actual GM dealer to continue the trainings. From small asks (my parking break needs adjustment/oil changes) to major work rebuilding/swapping engines he does it all. When you stop in, if you're a car person, be sure to ask to see the bel air under the cover that he's restoring with his dad. All of the recommendations Kurtis gives you at Lunardi are reasonable and he's never tried to up-sell work or anything that we don't actually need. Besides all of that goodness, if you happen to go on a day that his adorable corgi is at the shop, you get to meet Jimmy too!
