Most people don't wipe after use and leave massive sweat behind. I have tried to cancel my membership for the past six months. They make so difficult to cancel. I have not been in the gym in over a year, but continued to pay monthly. When I contacted what was suppose to be corporate and requested to cancel my membership due to medical reasons, the individual was extremely rude and dismissive. She gave me some spill about a contract. I do not have a current contract. The last contract I had was a one year one in 2023. This is 2026! I spoke with her in March and requested immediate cancellation. She did not submit the cancellation until April and said it will end at the end of April. In the mean time, I'm still be charged.
