They knew less than I did about their products. Luckily, I found Faucets N Fixtures. Max, the salesman, was great. He knows the products he sells. He suggested several options based on our needs. The range had some special considerations involving gas and electrical supply locations. Max suggested their pre-installation inspection service. That service was well worth the money. I met with the concierge, Michael, and the installers, Dan and Jeremy. The inspection and later installation was conducted by the same team. These are the guys you want coming into your house for an installation like this. Josh and Jackson, warehouse and scheduling, were excellent too. This was a great experience!

They schedule appointments on their schedule and still do no not show up on time or at all. Multiple days of clearing my schedule to only find no tech showing up. When they do show up they are not helpful what so ever, 0 communication, they push their phone into your hands with their bosses number but no one seems to be on the same page. They are unprepared, unresponsive and seem to think its fine to schedule fixes at THEIR CONVEINCE, yet still wont show up. Impossible to reach, noone seems to pick up the phone or respond to voicemails. Scammers

The delivery company never responded to our calls and concerns. I contacted the owner of Azzari's and he completely denied the issue (even though Nick had explained to him about the floor damage). He was very unprofessional and handled the issue very poorly.... We purchased the refrigerator for about $9000 and it cost us another $8000 to fix the floor. No one could do a patching for our damaged wooden floor, they had to fix a big area in order to make it look normal. I don't recommend this company

We had a horrible experience when they installed our washer and dryer yesterday…read more I called and they were very responsive and gave me a quote over the phone for a pick up, install, and hall away for a washer/dryer and dishwasher. I was very clear that there were stairs and my old appliances would have to be disconnected. When they arrived they said the office miss quoted me and did not include the hall away so I said that was fine. They did not use much to protect my floors except of one small plastic mat so yes my floors were scratched. I'm not super upset about that. They broke the valves for the washer. They said it was because they shut the water off for the building at first - but that is the only way to do it - my Hoa always shuts the water off. Then they said the valves must have always been broken but I just did a load of laundry that morning and I had not had any issues in 9 years. It was already 4 pm so I had to pay extra for after hours plumbing service. The plumbers noticed that the dryer vent was damaged when they did the repair. I called the vendor back to see if he can fix it and he refused to do so without an extra cost. He actually asked me to go buy the vent at Home Depot. I asked him why and he said that vent was damaged because there was not enough room but my plumbers showed me that it could have just been tucked in and that it looked like someone just pushed in the washer/dryer without any care. Then he said the plumbers damaged the vent when they pulled out the dryer but the plumbers showed it to me right away. I want to point out that I was in property management for 12 years so I know these plumbers well and they come highly recommended by most property managers. On top I realized that the installer told me that the dishwasher wouldn't fix so they didn't install it and still charged me for the install. All the appliances were from a family member who said it was very weird that he said the dishwasher didn't fix because it was just a standard size. So I was over charged and all the damage they caused cost me an additional $800.00 for the plumber and having someone else repair the dryer vent.

I had an issue with my icemaker, that turned out to have nothing to do with the move, but Tony came back TWICE to try to figure it out. Ultimately it was an issue with the icemaker itself. This was way above and beyond - the highest level of service and great communication the all the way through. I could not recommend them more highly.
