This was my first time visiting this spa, and I was really looking forward to it, especially a head massage experience I had been excited about. The massage therapist herself was wonderful--kind, gentle, and very good at what she does. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to how the scheduling and customer service were handled. A friend of mine made a reservation for four people. When we arrived, we were first told that only three of us could be taken, which caused some confusion and back-and-forth in our group. We adjusted our plans and were ready to leave, but then we were told they could accommodate all four of us after all, and that another massage therapist would arrive shortly. Three of us were taken in on time, but I was left waiting. I was told the therapist would arrive in about five minutes, but I ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes while the others had already started their sessions. This put me behind schedule since we had other plans afterward. When I brought it up afterward, the staff did offer a small compensation for a future visit, but I was in a rush and couldn't really resolve it fully at the time. Overall, while the massage experience itself was good, the coordination and communication around our booking made the visit stressful and not as enjoyable as expected. I would recommend confirming reservations clearly ahead of time and making sure staffing is fully ready before scheduling groups. I'm still unsure if I would return, as my first experience left me disappointed despite the good quality of the massage itself. read more

I had a great time at MH Spa. My mom and I got the 100 min Facial Head Spa. The experience was luxurious from start to finish and I felt really taken care of on my day off. Right from the start, we were greeted with warm tea. I could tell that the Spa was very detailed in caring for their customers' experience just from the simple things like their tea that was made in-house. They were thoughtful to pick herbs & spices that would maximize relaxation & healing & had a placard explaining their recipe. We were then were offered slippers and a body towel wrap to change into. Lying down on the warmed spa bed was extremely relaxing. She immediately placed a weighted warm compress on my abdomen, weighted warm wraps for my feet, applied a warm weighted eye mask (which I never knew existed) & topped it off with the softest weighted blanket ever. She started on my facial & then moved into washing my hair. I was sent into full relaxation mode which really helped me get away from everything else and just focused on these 100 minutes of rest & restoration. The spa ended with a hair dry using Dyson tools. Was really surprised at how untangled and easy to brush my hair was after. I could definitely tell that there was a difference as I got compliments from 2 different strangers about my skin on the same day! My skin felt so happy and looked so good! Spotted this location while shopping. Gave them a call and was able to get in. This wasn't the first head spa I had visited. It was clean and had a receptionist who spoke English and asked you to feel out a survey on massage style and then directed me to take my shoes off. I walked back to change. They had a large grip there as well and only on changing from. I had to use the restroom. Do directions on what to take off just handed a robe. I was hesitant to post a review as I usually never do and move on to never return but because I'm still in pain the next day I have to let people know. I booked the Rebirth Head Spa expecting a good scalp massage, but the scalp massage itself was very brief. They focus mainly on the facial. The worst part was the table and headrest--the surface was so hard that my skull actually hurts today from the pressure, almost like a bone bruise. And it hurt during the whole massage as bone directly resting on a hard surface is obviously not recommended. Been in nursing for 25 years that is called a pressure sore ! my suggestion invest in silicone cushions. The treatment focused heavily on a facial, I've had thousands of facial never in that kind of environment and your eyes are always protected not here they rub product over your eyelid so yes at one point it goes in your eyes and sting. After a facial and the shampoo. your skin should look moisturized but they don't apply any moisturizer at the end. To top it off, the environment was not relaxing noisy, and there was a strong sewer smell during the session. I'm glad I tested the place as I wanted to offer that as a gift for a friend ! I had booked through FB messenger- My original session was booked just for a 60min head spa but when I came in the receptionist mentioned a special of facial and head spa for 100min. I went for it because just the 90min would've been 129 and facial would've been 70. Anywho so once that was settled I was told to chengeinto thier own slippers .. they were small for me I'm a size 10 these felt like a 7 lol but nonetheless after that I was taken to the back and was told to change into this towel wrap but to keep my bottoms on, then was led to the bed. I could go into detail step by step but that would be too long so I'll just tell you my overall experience. The facial left my face feeling nice and smooth; especially my nose (I have huge pores in that area). The massages felt wonderful; except for that little massaging contraption they use on your head- it makes a loud whirring noise so it sort of takes away from the relaxing ambiance. But other than that everything was great!!. The products they use for your hair smell amazing. Would definitely come back again. read more

Great service and a relaxing massage experience. They were able to accommodate my friends and I at the same time, which was a huge plus. The place was clean and welcoming. The only minor issue was that the towels had a slight stench, possibly from being left in the dryer too long. I also felt a little cold after a wet towel was placed on my chest but they covered me with a warm blanket afterward, which helped keep me comfortable. Relaxing Experience with a Few Small Tweaks for Next Time I decided to book an appointment after seeing their Facebook ad--and I'm glad I did! Booking: Super convenient. I scheduled everything through Facebook Messenger, and the process was seamless. Location: Easy to find with no issues parking or navigating. Service: Rachel was my provider, and she was fantastic. She applied just the right amount of pressure during the head massage, and the special faucet used during the wash was incredibly relaxing. Overall, a very soothing experience. So why 4 stars instead of 5? The only thing that gave me pause was at the end of the appointment. When Rachel blow-dried my hair (which BTW means rough dry your hair) she used a brush that appeared to be reused. Afterward, she removed my hair from the brush and placed it back into her basket. While it's possible the brushes are sanitized between clients, it still felt a bit unhygienic. Will I go back? Absolutely! Rachel was wonderful, and the service overall was relaxing and enjoyable. That said, I'll make a few small changes next time to personalize the experience even more: 1. Bring my own sheet mask--I'm particular about what I use on my face. 2. Bring my own skincare for the finish. I was only offered sunscreen, which left my skin feeling a bit dry. 3. Bring my own hair care items like a leave-in treatment and a personal hairbrush (just to be safe, lol). Looking forward to returning with these little tweaks in mind. read more

Came here for the 30% off promo ($84 instead of $140 for 90 min) and loved it. Small(ish) room with 5-6 stations and curtains inbetween . Delightful scalp treatments , facial and shoulder /neck massage . The only reason for 4 stars is the towels are very small ( need some for bigger folks and modesty ) and the changing area timing left me standing by the washer for 1-2 minutes in a towel ( although they are limited by space ). Our therapists were great ( Friday 5/30, 2:30 pm visit ). Will definitely return for more treatments !! read more

My cousin found this head spa on Instagram, so we decided to give it a try -- and I'm so glad we did! I'd been dealing with a migraine for four days, and I was hoping a good scalp massage might help. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who had us fill out a short questionnaire, including how firm we wanted the pressure. I always go for the strongest one! After that, two therapists came out to guide us to our rooms. You take your top off and lie on a massage table that has a shampoo bowl at the end -- super convenient setup. My therapist, Rachel, was amazing. She placed heat packs on my feet and chest, which instantly made me feel relaxed. She started by cleansing my face and applying a mask, then gave me a wonderful scalp massage, washed my hair, and finished with a chest, shoulder, and arm massage. She was very professional and thorough. The entire session took about an hour, and she even dried my hair afterward. Best part -- my migraine was completely gone afterward! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they let you know what you needed to do and where you would be headed to next. And after the session was done the technician took me to another room where she blow dried my hair and put a bit of product in there. Came here for my birthday and Mother's day pampering and this place didnt disappoint. The service was well planned and thought out. We did the 90 minutes and I lost count of how many steps and tools they used on me. The transitioning was flawless from one to another and I normally would pass out but this time was awake to enjoy every steps of the way. Def coming back bringing my Mom of 82 years old.
