This pizza is to die for!!! I would recommend the Detroit style the crust is delicious and the flavors are great! I also would recommend the bread sticks! They are literally perfect and if you have a picky eater the bread sticks are great! We went for my brothers birthday and the staff really did make his day amazing! My brother got a card signed by all the staff and a gift certificate for a pizza. Our server also gave the table a couple desserts to share. It was super good! Via 313 is my FAVORITE pizza on the planet! So happy they are popping up everywhere. Detroit style pizza is the only way to go. First time at the Murray location, and it was a great setup at the bar. Truly excellent service by the bartender. Started with their spiked lemonades and cheese bread. If you know what's good for you: order the Bobo Brazil pizza. The hot honey usually makes this the staffs favorite pick as well. Hot honey was a bit off at this location when we visited. Hope they get it dialed in to be more like Orem and Sandy. Being from Michigan, I love Detroit style deep dish pizza & I've loved finding a place that satisfies the craving I get for it all the way in Utah. I introduced it to my boyfriend who has also fallen in love. Every time we've ordered it has been great, until the other day. My boyfriend ordered through the app, when we got there they stated they hadn't seen our order. So we placed another order & they offered to give us cinnamon sticks for free for the inconvenience. Which was nice of them! Until we got home & realized they were drizzled with RANCH dressing instead of frosting. It was quite the experience. We couldn't help but laugh, though. First off, Celeste was an outstanding server and gave us a complementary artichoke dip since it was my first time there which was a sweet gesture. The special of the month's pizza is the jalapeño poppa and I sure hope they keep it as a staple pizza. It was topped with gooey, hot cheese, cream cheese and jalapeños with hot honey. The other we tried was the Amabassador that had a mix of pepperoni and sausage with ricotta cheese. That crust seemed more bread-like and Detroit style than the jalapeño one to me and for that reason I didn't like it as much. My friend loved it but I'm not a fan of heavier crust. They specialize in the Detroit style crust but offer a thinner style. Also offer two sizes, small (4 pieces) and large (8) as well as gluten free crusts. A friend recommended that I order it double cut, extra crispy, which I would do again. All in all, I thought it was good... not spectacular. I did expect more cheese since I had ordered extra cheese. It said it would feed 1-2. It was 8 small pieces since it was double cut. I think it would be more accurate to say, it will feed one + a child, who eats one, maybe two pieces. . There were 8 of us dining there for lunch today. Overall, the food is good. I had the pizza of the month (broccoli and cauliflower with a drizzle of alfredo) and it was tasty. I will likely go again if they can get their service figured out. The server took our order and brought drinks. One of the group had a salad and got it quickly, then nothing. For 45 minutes so we never saw her. The person had her salad while the rest of us waited for pizza. Drinks went dry and she never checked on us until pizza arrived. It took forever! I wouldn't say it's an overall service issue. There was another server I saw taking care of other tables (it was not busy) and even some of them got their food timely. And drink refills. Perhaps training is needed. And the fact one got her salad right away while the rest waited... that seems to be a them among restaurants these days. Some folks get their food while others wait. I've been a fan of Via 313 for some time and now that they have built one near our home, I couldn't be happier. Today was their grand opening and they nailed it. Had a Detroit pizza, comped bread sticks and a Caesar salad. Food was great! Staff was great and I'm happy to have them in the neighborhood! Do not order online from this place under any circumstances. I received my order 45 min late, freezing cold and half of the items were missing. I called the number on the receipt and was sent to a full inbox and texted the driver who basically said "too bad". I would be embarrassed just to be associated with this place. Oh my gosh! This place was so unexpected. We got a voucher off instagram and we were like eh okay we will try it and I am mind blown! I had no idea it was a sit down but the feel was like a clean pub (and that's a good thing lol) It was pretty loud music wise but it wasn't to terrible. We ordered takeout- I got a normal 4-cheese deep dish that was really good! However the rest of our order was a major let-down. My partner has celiac so we ordered gluten-free cheese sticks, a deep dish, and cinnamon sticks. The dough had a great texture and appearance was similar to my normal pizza. But the dough on all three items was EXTREMELY salty, it was difficult to eat. The cinnamon sticks only had a tiny drizzle of icing so they were a mouthful of cinnamon playdough. We were hopeful to have a new GF pizza option but it was just not good. Maybe they make their own dough and messed up the recipe? read more

My boyfriend and I came by for dinner to try out their gluten-free crust and were blown away by how delicious it was. We came around 6:45 on Friday night and were immediately seated at the bar. Henry and Zoe were our servers! They were both so friendly. We mentioned it was our first time in and they were very attentive to our needs and questions. When we ordered our food, both Zoe and Henry gave us an idea of how much time it would take.
