I'm going to make a bold statement and say if anyone knows good pizza, it's me. I love a Detroit style pizza and decided I wanted to try this place. We went in with a large group and they were able to accommodate us right away. The service was excellent, the food was phenomenal. Every single thing I ordered was out of this world. We had garlic cheese Brad, arugula salad, and Detroit style cheese pizza. I ate until there wasn't anymore room left! My boyfriend and I came by for dinner to try out their gluten-free crust and were blown away by how delicious it was. We came around 6:45 on Friday night and were immediately seated at the bar. Henry and Zoe were our servers! They were both so friendly. We mentioned it was our first time in and they were very attentive to our needs and questions. When we ordered our food, both Zoe and Henry gave us an idea of how much time it would take. They even gave us a delicious gluten free appetizer - it was the artichoke and marinara dip with Parmesan crisps. Very tasty! You're able to order two different flavors on the pizzas! We heard good things about here especially with gluten free options so we were really excited to try. The staff was friendly and we got our order quick (we ordered online). The food was ok but expensive. We got the gluten free cinnamon sticks and they were so salty they were almost inedible. Went in during the slower hours and was attended to quickly. My waitress was VERY friendly (and maybe a little over the top sometimes but it's a different culture here lol) however that didn't detract from the incredible service by them and all the staff. Honestly I felt like I was in a much more prestigious ($$$) restaurant than I actually was. The Detroit style pizzas are incredible, have great consistency, excellent proportions of ingredients, and a small will easily result in 2 full meals imo. The cinnamon sticks are superb and made with the same crust as the pizza. I'm not usually a crust guy, but even the thick crust here blew me away. I did not realize this was a chain before I walked in but cannot recommend this location enough if you are looking for a good, quick pizza with an inviting atmosphere in the area. Gluten-free friends rejoice!! My wife is gluten-free and I decided to share a pizza with her. We tried the cheese sticks, Detroit pizza, and the cinnamon sticks. If no one were to tell me I wouldn't have known I wasn't eating gluten!! All the food was rich in flavor. Not only did they have great food, but the service was top notch. Our waitress was more than happy to go through the menu with my wife and explain everything. She was always checking on us and made sure we were satisfied with our lunch. The dining area was super clean and everything felt comfortable and well kept. The music was a little loud but other than that it's very family friendly, but also has a nice bar for drinks. We will be going back and recommending other celiacs to Via 313 for amazing pizza!! read more

The pizza is great. Even the gluten free pizza was awesome. it's not often you can get a homemade gluten free crust. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We went to Via 313 in a Murray at lunchtime. We were the only ones (5 of us) in the restaurant. The music was way so loud that we couldn't hear each other talking. The food is really good here but I came in to place a to go order and I think they forgot about us. They told us 20-30 minutes so I left and came back 30 minutes later. The food still wasn't ready. At 45 minutes we asked someone what was going on and they said they would check on it but never actually left to go check. Another 10 minutes later a different waitress brought our food over and said that this food was just sitting there without a label on it. Turns out it was ours and was probably ready for 30 minutes.
