What a cute place. Spacious and clean. Staff friendly and willing to offer recommendations. The food super good. Detroit style pizza is a must try. Crust phenomenal, sauce zesty, and cheeses cheesing. Go check them out you all. They have happy hour and our reasonably priced.

I did an order for pick up so I didn't get the full experience however it was a very cute place inside. I would definitely eat from here again! The pizza was very good and my only suggestion would be to have a little bit more cheese on my pizza. The young lady that rang me up with very sweet!

We came to the grand opening of this location over the weekend. Coming from Austin, we figured it was going to be packed, but it wasn't. We were greeted by a couple of people doing giveaways and won ourselves a cheese bread and ice cream for the next visit. The place is beautiful. It was large and spacious. The staff were super attentive, friendly, and enthusiastic. We ordered the beet salad (beets, arugula, gorgonzola, candied pecans, apples, and lemon vinaigrette), the cauliflower and broccoli, the Detroiter (smoked pepperoni under cheese and topped with natural casing pepperoni), and the Cadillac (prosciutto, gorgonzola, Parmesan, fig preserves, balsamic glaze). The beet salad was amazing. The beets and pecans were the perfect compliment to the peppery arugula. It's a wonderful salad! The broccoli and cauliflower and simply roasted and a light delicious treat! The pizzas were perfect. Pillowy soft with a crispy bottom and loaded with fresh flavors. I'm so happy to have a location close by!

Very happy that via 313 opened up another location, we've come twice already once during dinner and once during lunch. Dinner was great and everything was so tasty! Not totally sold on the 'specialty' pizza they have, it tasted different. I'll absolutely try it out again but was not totally satisfied. The dessert cookie dish was also ok, it had a weird aftertaste.. not sure what happened there. But service has been amazing during both times! I will say if you're looking for a nice and quick lunch pizza this place is where you want to go, we timed it and we got our food within 6 minutes of ordering. Plus the lunch portion is perfect in my opinion. Drinks are SO GOOD. Highly recommend trying them out for that.

Very unfortunate that this restaurant donates to an organization that "educates and affirms" kids as young as 6 in regards to their sexuality. I do not care who you are or your beliefs, this is disgusting and the definition of grooming. Generally the staff was fine, but easily bothered. One pizza was great, the other was wet and disgusting. I will never return, this is egregious and beyond belief. Not to be that yelper, but I have informed family and friends. You guys should be better.

My wife has never had Detroit style pizza so I brought her to Via 313 as I had gotten food from their Wurzbach location before. She liked it more then she expected. The crust was light and the pizza was delicious. We ordered the small Detroiter pizza, my wife had an Old Fashion ro drink and I ordered the Ginger Ale as This is the only place I know that has Vernor's Ginger AlAle and favorite of my as I grew up in Lansing and Detroit.

I have been a Via 313 fan since the days at the food truck in Austin and I can only say the food has gotten better! Still tons of veggie & vegan options, both alcoholic and NA options on the full bar, and a great service team & atmosphere. The cheesy bread was great. The stooges pie took the cake for me as the clear winner. It was flavorful, had an amazing bar style crust, every bit was full of toppings. Definitely try a pink pony club for your drink, any time of day. Delicious! Can't wait to come back for more.

Honestly the BEST pizza i've ever had in my life. I have never tried Detroit style pizza but now that I have I won't have my pizza any other way! This was my first time trying it and was definitely not disappointed! The staff was literally so nice and gave us commentary cinnamon sticks! I'm obsessed!!!

I rarely leave restaurant reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it. First, my waiter was great. He was attentive, professional, and had nothing to do with the issue. I ordered the Braised Short Rib Lumache and was genuinely excited based on the description and presentation shown online. What arrived was a beautiful plate of pasta, but there was one major problem: there was barely any short rib. The dish was overwhelmingly pasta with very little of the featured ingredient that justified the price. The photos and marketing for this dish create the expectation of a hearty braised short rib pasta. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. It felt misleading and left me wondering where the short rib actually was. The pasta itself was fine, but when you order a braised short rib dish, you expect to get braised short rib--not just pasta with a trace of it. North Italia has a great atmosphere and excellent service, but this dish was a major letdown. Hopefully management takes a closer look at consistency because the gap between expectation and reality was hard to ignore.

I once called to complain that my to-go order didn't taste the same as it always does. While everything else was tasty, the chicken tasted slightly rubbery. I called the cafe, and when I spoke to Christina she was so receptive and kind to my complaint. She apologized with sincerity, and explained that because of the chicken shortage, they had to purchase their chicken from another brand/company; she assured me that this was only temporary and that I wasn't the first one to comment on this. She wrote down my name, and today when I got to the cafe, she prepared me a fresh gyro bowl with their "better" chicken... it was delicious. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Thank you Christina!

There's no real service here--just a transaction. For the prices they charge, the food is seriously underwhelming. The fries are aggressively over-seasoned to the point where you can't even taste the potato--just salt and spice. Nothing about the meal justifies the cost. What's most frustrating is that they expect tips for a dining experience that barely differs from a place like McDonald's. The only reason for not coming back is the distance from my home and the awful 1604 and 10 traffic during all that construction. Today, I went with my wife and one of her friends who was visiting from Chicago on our way home from birding out at Guadalupe River State Park. I don't remember the first time well enough to comment on any changes. I had a hard time choosing a salad. Every single one of them sound fantastic. I finally went with the Mediterranean. All I can say is that it was a wonderful salad. The awesome young lady who prepared it for me used tongs to mix the Hoo Hah out of it. Not only was itt was super fresh, and but I could taste every one of the many ingredients in every bite. It also came in a HUGE bowl. It was what I call a "man salad". I was actually full when it was finished. The only downside of the meal was actually a very positive situation in my opinion. I thought my Sprite Zero tasted funny. My wife disagreed. Either way, I couldn't drink it. I asked a manager if I could get a new cup and explained the situation. She got a little cup and had one of her guys taste it. He agreed with me. Now, why is this a positive situation? That young man immediately got to work cleaning the nozzle in case there was anything in it that was tainting the soda. I have been in similar situations where they just give me a new cup and go right to work as if they didn't care. In this case, the manager and her worker scored major loyalty points! I am bringing my group back the first chance I get.
