Every plate…read morecame out looking like it belonged on a menu cover, and more importantly it actually tasted that good. The eggs benny, the potato flautas, the burrito, the donuts, all of it. Portions are huge too, and for the quality you'd expect to pay way more than you do. But the real reason I'm writing this is our server, Ryan (the guy with the cool hair). He was fantastic. Genuinely warm, super attentive, and kept checking in and apologizing for any wait even though the place was slammed for brunch. Found out he's fairly new and you honestly couldn't tell. He made the whole experience. Management, take note. This guy's a keeper. We'll be back!

He truly made our first visit here special. The restaurant is modern, clean, and inviting. Since the place is popular expect some wait time but seats by the bar are based on first come first served rule. Food and drinks: Good selections in both areas. Our dishes were well prepared with generous amounts of seasoning and good flavours. All elements paired well with each other. You can order here alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Pricing: $$ - standard prices and well worth the service and quality of food.

It was amazing and the fact that it was a month long happy hour deal was a nice thing to do for the customers. So excited to come back and try the rest of the menu because as we know the pork chop is a treat that is both sweet and meaty.

On my reservation, I…read morerequested a "table with a view, away from the bathroom and kitchen" on my reservation and they sat us in the corner by a wall. Not really festive for us 4 girls dressed up as I thought we'd sit by a window but we made the best of it. Kenzi was our server and she was bubbly and my friend told her she looks like "Taylor Swift" and Kenzi said she gets that a lot. The birthday girl and another friend arrived early, before me and my other friend so they both ordered appetizers and drinks. One ordered a beet/radicchio-arugula/goat cheese salad and a mocktail and the other one ordered a wedge salad and Espresso Martini. My friend shared her beet salad and it was delicious! We all ordered the Pork Chop Special and I ordered a 15 oz. Prosecco. They have 2 sizes: 5 oz. and 7.5 oz. When our entrees arrived we dove right into them. I haven't had it in a long time and this version is now slightly sweet, smoky and caramelized all over which is nice! It came with a side of whipped potatoes and applesauce. Of course we all couldn't finish it so we took our leftovers home. A couple of friends even ordered Pork Chops to go for their hubbies. One friend orders the Pork Chops from Seasons 52 and she was impressed with this one as well as the deal! She also scarfed on the bread and was raving about it but ate so much before the Pork Chop arrived that she was a little full! Kenzi came by once in awhile so we just poured our own waters from the carafe we set aside on the shelf behind. She took it, though but came back later to pour more. For a bday dessert choice, my friend ordered the trio of mini desserts so we could all try them. Nice little bites after a heavy meal. When we paid, Kenzi accidentally put my bday friend's Pork Chop on mine and added the bday salad and drink on my other friend's tab when she was supposed to pay for all of the bday friend's meal. Kenzi apologized and corrected it. She might have been overwhelmed by the volume of people? Restrooms are clean and fully stocked with supplies. We used it before we left then went to the front to have photos taken. When I asked the hostess/check-in area, where there were 3 female employees, one female employee said "Sure" yet one female just looked away dismissively which I thought was odd. I just had a questionable feeling because we were sat in a corner and then the female turning her head away felt like she was ignoring us. I know they're busy seating people but this was already 2:45pm. I think the male employee with a grey suit who was behind the station standing there may have been the Manager saw no one stepped up so he offered to take our photos. He had a friendly attitude and thanked us for coming in. Duly noted...

We walked in about 15 minutes before our actual reservation so we hung out at the bar and had a drink. Before we were done with our drinks, the hostess came over to us to let us know our table was ready. I did not know that this was an open kitchen concept but I was thrilled when I seen it. We were seated by the kitchen. I thought it was bd a bit noisy but the kitchen staff was quiet which allowed us to enjoy our meal and conversation. The waitress was very nice and observant. She did not interrupt our conversations, she waited until we sat plates aside as we were done to avoid reaching over us, and she even took pictures for us. She also offered us glasses of prosecco to celebrate with. We ordered the roasted carrots and pork belly for appetizers and the short beef ribs and steak for entrees. The food was so good! I mean, the steak melted in your mouth! I thought the steak at Bohanan's was great but I think Signature got the best of them. The service and food were flawless and I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I'll be back for my birthday and other celebrations/events.

Our waiter visited our table and took our mimosa and appetizer order. The ambiance of the restaurant was superb and I loved the open concept of the kitchen staff prepping the food. The Texas pancakes and bacon was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to come back in town and visit again. I will say I noticed the manager for that day catering to a particular table only. No tiger table dod he stop by and greet. I guess they were wealthy and when we left he didn't even tell us thank you for coming or acknowledged us as he was standing near the entry table by the door. Just a mental note my friend and I noticed. I think it's important to treat the janitor the same way you treat the CEO! Being kind to all goes a long way!

Service was adequate, nothing to complain about really; everyone was nice and helpful, but really distracted and the conop here seems to be you scan with your phone for the menu and for the bill... but it's not intuitive and unless you eat at restaurants like that regularly, it's disorienting. My father with his hearing aids was not bothered by the music, but it was too loud for me; i had trouble hearing the wait staff and in conversation with my dad. We decided to head over to Kona Grill at La Cantera instead. I made a reservation just to be safe and we checked out the menu on the way over. Upon arrival at 6PM, it was pretty empty and got seated a little earlier than our reservation in a large booth as requested, good start. Once we sat down we noticed how dirty the seats and floor were. No biggie, it was probably very busy earlier. Apparently, we were given the wrong menus but they matched what we saw online. While we were giving our order for what we already thought was overpriced selections, our server tells us we had the wrong menus and handed us special Christmas menus. We'll, after taking a few minutes to look it over, what we noticed what was a much smaller menu, with everything priced about 15-20% higher, for the same items. Huh? They had one Kids item, a $19 Turkey Plate and the lowest priced items for adults was the Sushi starting at $22. All of the apps were $25 and up, including the regular sized, and underwhelming Calamari. The menu was marketed as a special, limited time menu, but seemed like simply a limited, higher priced menu. My wife's Margarita was $17 and filled to the rim with ice. Just not a good value at all. I got the Steakhouse Burger and again, very underwhelming for the price tags of $29. My sons Fried Rice was $34 and was not a shareable item. If we knew this was the menu, we would have just waited at Ding How. My reservation did not mention the special menu and neither did the website, from what I saw online. Guess you live and learn...and I learned just to wait for what you really want. It was a blessing to be together and to afford a dinner like this. Times are are hard and we do not take it for granted at all. We appreciate the staff that we're working on Christmas Eve and hope they were compensated a bit more based on the higher priced items.

We arrived kind of early for lunch, I think it was around 11:30a on a random weekday. The parking lot was kind of full but I found a space. Make sure to inquire about getting parking validation, as my license plate was recognized by the parking service company even though I didn't get any kind of paper ticket. The menu was clubhouse fare, nothing too fancy, which was fine. We shared a Caesar salad, which they split for us into two bowls. The bowls were high sided like soup bowls. Not ideal but it was fine. I really liked the cornbread croutons, and I'm usually not a crouton eater. For my meal I got a cheeseburger with upgraded sweet potato waffle fries. I think my daughter got a grilled chicken burger, I can't recall. Service was great as we were the only people in the restaurant for a while. Or crazy about the country music pumped right at us, but I guess they think that's the kind of music that should be played for the setting? Overall a decent experience and I'll be back for my next quarterly Surpass credit.
