Paid for an 8$ wash,, it did not do so good. Luckily they sent us back through. Their response was it hard to clean bird poo n the top of the roofs w the machines. Uhm, vacuums sucked! We were able to find a good one n use. Will not be using again, grateful for being put back through though. read more

Finally came back after a year with a new car, when coming I've always had great customer service however this time the guy that was scrubbing the front end of my car literally caught an attitude with me bc their system was glitching and my car kept bouncing off the rail that keeps the car moving. He looked right at me like as if I was stupid. I had my car on neutral, stepped on the brakes like they told me too and he just looked irritated overall. Tried to get his name I think it was Paul or something but my customer service this time around was horrible. Don't waste your money. I just spent $17 and my car is absolutely filthy. I feel absolutely robbed. This is the absolute worst car wash I've ever seen. Best price and services in town. I bought the cheapest basic wash, I think it was around $5. You get a basic wash and self-service vacuuming included. The staff was helpful and nice and the location seems well maintained. The wash cleaned my SUV nicely and did not damage my vehicle. I encountered no problems. read more

BEWARE...Use at your own risk!!! New management will do everything possible to avoid repairing any damage caused by their machines. I brought my car in, went through the wash, and then pulled into the gas station next door, like I always do. Then I noticed an 18 inch gash of paint missing from my vehicle. My vehicle is only 2 years old, garage kept, very low mileage, doesn't have a single scratch, dent, or ding any where on it. I immediately took a picture of it, and then drove back to the car wash and told them about it. They had me fill out a form and said the manager would call me. A few days later the manager calls me and says they looked at the video and it was like that before I brought it in. He said he would text me a picture of the video proving that it was that way before I brought it in. That's the last I heard from him. He never sent the picture to me. A few days later I call and leave a message for him. No call back. I go into the office and asked them to have him call me. They promise he will call that day. Never calls. They say he only shows up once or twice a week for an hour then leaves. I go in 7 or 8 times over the next few weeks asking them to either show me the video or have the manager call me. They keep promising to have him call me and he never does. They say they can't show me the video, only the manager can do that. Finally, 4 weeks later, I go into the office and the employee says the manager was there and I just missed him. Obviously the manager is refusing to call me for some reason. The employee agreed to show me the video (FINALLY!) and I can see why the manager doesn't want to call me back. Their own video proves that it was their fault! (pictures attached, one entering the wash, one exit) I've been a loyal customer using this location for many years. I even reviewed this company several years ago. However, I can no longer recommend coming here due to the new management. I'm a reasonable person, if the manager would have contacted me, I'm sure we could have resolved this very easily. I always treat people with kindness and respect. I think the manager sees this as a weakness he can exploit, and just wants to ignore me until I go away. It's not right to treat a customer this way. The way the manager is acting is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and childish. The company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a loyal customer to be treated this way. read more

Their price rose to $7 for a basic wash. The washer spin thingys weren't all spinnjng and when I got home I discovered half my car was still dirty. Your better off going somewhere else. Rip off unless your ok with half your car getting washed. read more

I like going to Jerry's because my car gets clean when I go through the wash. I have issues with stuff after that. Water spots are minimal. DON'T go when it's busy. There are regularly vaccums that don't work or just not hooked up, so effectively getting your vehicle interior clean, frequently is an issue. Suction is kind of low too. My Bissell wet-dry vac at home gets my car way more clean. It's also slightly nasty in the area you park in, to vacuum your vehicle. Human beings can be down right disgusting, so they will throw away trash, when the cans are all full, so it falls on the ground. That random bit of info leads me to say, they don't empty the trash enough. I go for the outside appearance of my car and clean the inside at home. read more

Not bad if you just need a quick wash. I paid $7 for a the car and tire wash, plus wax. My car is black so the wax helps it to look finished. It is located behind the QT at Arapaho and Jupiter. When you arrive, you pull into the line where you drive up to a kiosk to select your service and pay. It takes cash or credit card. A basic wash is $3and it goes up from there. There are two lanes, which moved slowly. From there you pull up to the wash, and they have free vacuums on your way out. Not bad for a quick cleanup. read more

Cool concept of self pay until the machine breaks down. The machine I was in line for malfunctioned and wouldn't take credit cards. An employee had to let the arm up for each customer paying by credit card. It was a pain but I was not in a rush. For $3, I'm satisfied with my wash. Hopefully when I return, the machine doesn't malfunction. read more

Horrible place to wash your car. I bought the 12.00 car wash and it hardly got anything off. It was supposed to be more of a deep clean, but all of the new bird poop was still there. It was way too quick for 12.00. When I called the phone number to let them know what was going on it just went to an answering machine which did not include the business info! When I first got my customer card, the carwash was decent. Not so much anymore. Although the vehicle's cleanliness after completing the wash had declined over time, I have three cars with memberships and would still run through there, as it was close to home. Now they have remodeled, after being closed during the remodel and not allowing any credit when the carwash was unusable, then they jacked up the price with absolutely no warning to customers. I don't wish to pay for their upgraded facility with downgraded service. read more

The prices here range from $3-$12? $3 will get you their "basic" package and each increment of about $2 will get you a little something extra. I usually pay $5 so that I can get the extra wheel wash. For $5 they wash my car AND provide a vacuum? Okay, I'm sold. The automated machine makes washing my car efficient and they usually get the job done. It's not a perfect clean, but unless you hand wash your car there is no such thing as a perfect clean. This place is a little newer as well so the dirt buildup in the machines isn't as tragic as the older places. Some of the vacuums don't work so be sure to check. read more

This was the epitome of a horrible experience for an establishment that clearly does not find favor with many customers. I arrived to the car wash, and I was asking the worker some questions about the wash. The worker was still directing me into the car wash. While in the middle of the conversation the worker did not stop the car wash track and the track thrust my vehicle off the track, almost taking out the car wash. The Manager, Lynn, came over, we conversed for a bit, and he offered me a complementary Jerry's Best car wash on my next visit as a service recovery. I went back to the car wash, and no one would let me get my comp. wash due to not having the card. I finally remembered to bring the card with me, and the manager on duty, Tanner, stated he would not let me use the card. When I asked why, he told me the comp had expired. I pointed out there wasn't a date of expiration on the card, and he told me that's just how it is. I asked him how I would know that if it's not stated, and he said it's not his problem. I asked him if he could make an exception since I drove clear across town and I now have the card, and he said no. I asked who could make the exception, and he told me that he was the manager and an exception will not be made. I advised him that the comp wash was provided as a service recovery, and he stated he didn't care and would not be honoring the comp wash. I pointed out that he holds a manager's position, so he must surely has the ability to do something and he stated he wouldn't do anything but move the cones so I can leave. Tanner also confirmed that Lynn was still a manager there. I asked Tanner if he'd reach out to Lynn since Lynn issued the comp. Love this place!! I pay a $20 monthly membership to receive a $12 car wash daily. There's a line of free vacuum stations, and there are always attendants ready to help when needed. I can't wait for the day when Jerry's Express expands into other areas of Dallas. read more

For a $4 car wash it doesn't do too bad. Of course the more you pay the better features you get. I like that the monthly options aren't too pricey. The wash itself is pretty basic gets the job done if your car is just dusty. Have also tried the $6 wash and it did do a better job at soaping and drying the car. The vacuums have great suction which is greatly appreciated. Although I understand why they only have the small attachments on them it does make it harder to vacuum with the small option. Would be nice if they had a couple air pressure hoses as it helps remove the dust in the vents or other crevices. We saw that there was a new cars wash free program option, just a heads up the program is for new cars like by the year. We recently purchased a car thinking we could benefit from that program only to find out it's only for new models and not actual new cars. But if you have a new year car I would recommend taking advantage of the program. Hey who wouldn't want free car washes for a month?! Getting in line to get to the wash can be a bit confusing but once you're in you are good to go. read more

This place is absurdly horrible. The car wash broke while I was right in the middle of the wash, so we got stuck. The manager didn't even bother to come check on us! And when he finally did show up it was after one of the workers had told us to move forward and then our car stopped because we hit a bump which was like a roller that was there for that purpose. So, he said, "stop! stop! stop!" So, we stopped and waited, and it was a good long time after that before the manager finally arrived. Here's how that went. He said, "OKay. You need to put your car in reverse and back up and then push the gas hard to go up over the bumps." My eyes widened because that made me a little nervous and he immediately aggressively said, "Do you want my help or not? You don't want my help, you can just sit there I don't care!" I told him that it was "not necessary to speak in that manner." And he responded with a hostile voice, Look, I'm telling you what to do, and if you don't want to listen, then you just sit there and stay stuck.I don't care." Mind you, there was not an apology made or any sign of concern or regret for this huge inconvenience. Finally, the other Worker came and kindly told me what to do, and I got out. But, I don't think that was good for the wheels of my car at all. When I asked for the owner's phone number, the manager refused to give it to me saying that the only way I can contact him was to email the store that I was at. Doesn't it seem to you, that the person who would get that email would be the manager of that store? Yeah, me too! So, I left with soap on my car, and they refused to help in any way. So, go at your own risk. But, I think that if we continue to go to places that have this kind of customer service, we are contributing to the problem. I won't be returning. read more

I had a horrible first experience​ here. I came last week about 820 at night when they closed at 9. I drove one of my cars I don't drive much which is a 2008 335i BMW with 59K miles on it....so I come through and pay for the deluxe wash at the machine and pull up at the door to go into the wash and there is someone standing there that is supposed to guide you in playing on his phone, I sit quietly for about two to three minutes then finally he looks up from his phone and sees me. He looks caught off guard and says sorry but I wave at him and say no problem, my back tires are pretty wide and I have nice wheels on my car, he is guiding me in telling me to pull forward when all of a suddeny car drops 6 inches, my back tires was on the rail and he didn't tell me, it ended up bending my wheel, which is disappointing. So I got high the wash and the dryers don't even work so I leave with watersports all day very my car and the wash I got was horrible, dirt still all over my car, I vaccum my car out and go home, me and my fiancee then go to dinner and I get out and notice the back of my mirror is gone, realizing it had to be gone from the car wash I wait and call in the morning, they have it and say I can come get it. Awesome I thought, so I go to pick it up and it's destroyed! I say this shouldn't have happened and the guy in the office says no it shouldn't have but they would do a investigation and let me know, got all my car info even my VIN and told me I'd hear something within 48-72 hours, I wait 5 days and never hear anything, so I call them and the guy on phone says sorry, your car is 7 years old.so we aren't responsible and our cameras saw scratches on the mirror cap before. My car is FLAWLESS and has not a single dent or scratch, plus the cameras in the office are extremely poor quality so I know they lied to me. Why didn't he mention the "7 year rule" when I gave him ally cars info in the first place. Look at the pictures of my mirror and the rest ofy car and judge for yourself. Very poor business practice. Normally go here because it's close to work and only for a wash when I can't wait the 2 weeks. I get the cheapest wash because it's not my primary place . Today I decided to do their "best" wash thinking I should give it a try. After spending $16 I doubt I'll be back. I feel robbed. I have marks all over my car and the drying part is a disgrace. I had to go over it with a towel my self because all windows had ugly marks on them. Do NOT recommend it but if you need a wash so bad just get the cheap one. I get Jerry's Best, which provides plenty of soaps and suds as you go through the wash. Vacuums are strong and available free with any wash. BEWARE OF ANY Jerry's Express Car Wash Garland. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR! GO ANY WHERE ELSE!! THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR DAMAGES, AND THEIR WASH WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! The Jerry's Express Car Wash Garland ripped off a manufacture and factory installed light bar on our new Jeep on Sunday, July 24th and refusing to repair/replace it, after they openly admitted to not turning off the top brushes as they had a new employee who didn't realize, and have clearly stated they ONLY replace manufacture and factory installed products. I spoke with Vitaly their manager, and was told since it was factory installed we shouldn't have any issues and I needed to submit a repair estimate from the dealership. I was without my Jeep for 2-days while the dealership assessed the damages and created an estimate for Jerry's Express Car Wash Garland. The light bar could not be repaired and would have to be re-ordered and re-installed. I submitted the estimate to Vitaly and after 2-days of waiting, I received this frustration and standardized corporate email, "Mrs. Gorman, I would like you thank you in return for your patience with this matter. It is a very unfortunate situation to have happen. I did send the estimate that you provided to our corporate office and they responded back to me and informed me that because the damage is to an aftermarket item and it is not factory installed we are not liable to cover repairs. We do have a retract for our top wheel and as we do use this function as we catch the opportunity to avoid these situations it is not the intended operation of the wash or to be an expected function. Where we do catch these situations more often than not we can't catch every one, we wash anywhere between 500-1500 vehicles of all shapes and sizes and all with different additions to them on a daily basis which makes it more difficult for our employees to remember each vehicles needs for special functions for the additions to their vehicle as opposed to the vehicle driver pointing out additions and knowing their own vehicles and what functions of the wash may need to be turned off and reminding the employees ahead of time. I do regret having to inform you of the fact that as a company the decision has come to not covering the payment because it is aftermarket and not an original factory installed item on the vehicle as our policy states, I have also attached a copy of our sign with this disclosure in the email. This is not a singled out incident by any means and as a company we like to stick by our policies in full so there is no dispute from client to client, as in no choosing favorites or having any "you fixed their issues but not mine" situations. I bought the top of the line twelve buck wash and my car still has bug splats on the front end windshield and rear view mirrors. When I pointed this out they offered me a go they again but said it probably would not work and suggested I wash the bugs off myself. If I wanted to wash the car I would have.
