My mom and I had the "Charming Lady" treatment. I loved it. I love the exfoliating scrub. My feet smell really good and they are soooo soft. I'm definitely coming back. The place is designed elegantly and very classy. The only con on our visit is we had to wait for more than 30 mins until we were taken care of. Nevertheless, the owner kept checking and updating us. She even offered refreshments. Also, I asked for callus treatment ($7) for my mom. I gave it a try since we've been hunting nail salons for that treatment. You come out of Vibe Nail Bar feeling like you've received the best service from them. It's true. Came in for a pedicure and I didn't have to wait that long until someone was available. Five stars are for Karina. I Came here because of the Yelp reviews and also may need to get a mani ASAP. I called and made an appnt for 11 am. I got there a few min early, the wait time was less than 10 min. Karina was the magician who turned my overdue manicure to fabulous! She offered me a drink, I wanted a Mimosa but went for coffee instead (Armenian coffee, YUM). I liked her calm and friendly nature, she made my first time at the salon an enjoyable experience! I especially liked that she used a nail file to remove the old gel polish, it's normally pushed with the metal cuticle remover. I got a gel manicure, color Funny bunny by Opi. The price plus 20% tip $39 not bad! The decor is super chic and feminine, be sure to call ahead for an appointment. I went at a good time for a Friday. They also allow the tip to be added to the credit card, makes life easier if you forget to get cash. Update: I called today 5/8/19 to see if Karina could see me sooner than my scheduled appnt but was told she no longer worked there. I'm generally the picky type and surprisingly I had nothing bad to say at alll. She did the shape exactly how I wanted it after me saying it just once. But honestly, this is my absolute worst manicure experience ever. I mean, the service was ok, but as far as manicure goes, it was not ok at all.. Two girls had to redo my one nail 6 times and still didn't came out good.... that was ridiculous and unacceptable.. I was not going to say anything about my experience but I thought it might be helpful for someone who like me is always looking for an honest review. I have been coming to this place for some time and it was always a good experience but I had taken a break on coming in bec. Of work and wanted to give my nails a break, but on My last visit I was really disappointed with the way my appointment was handled. I was told my nails would be done by someone who had worked on my nails before but when I arrived I was placed with someone else and I later saw the person who had set up the appointment getting her nails done by the person that I was originally scheduled with. My nails unfortunately were also uneven and bumpy it was heart breaking for me because I had promoted this place with everyone I came across and I just felt I was overlooked. I still think Valentina is wonderful unfortunately she was not in the day I needed to come in but this experience really made me decide not to come back. I think that it's therapeutic and wonderful to take time from your busy schedule to go somewhere and enjoy treating your self to a little spa service but it should be somewhere where you feel welcomed and taken care of unfortunately I no longer feel this way here and wish them the best of luck. read more

This place has great reviews and with good reason; the quality/service was probably the best I've had for a regular mani/pedi, and at a reasonable price. And I was a walk-in after work (around 5pm) and was taken in a few minutes which was definitely appreciated. The only down side was the conduct at times - upon walking in I wasn't greeted at all, just kind of stared at by the staff (little awkward). Then during my service everyone was talking in another language looking at the parking lot... so I asked, "what's going on?" to one of the workers (I was 1 out of 2 clients getting anything done at the time) and was completely ignored (and she saw me ask her directly). Also, I wish they told me about all of my color options as I was only shown the OPI shelves when choosing colors. Despite that (not a big deal, I come for me anyway) I'll still come back and recommend this place. The people who worked on me were cordial and did a great job. It's been about a week and it still looks great! I was also offered water or tea which was nice. I go there and it smells like a dirty diaper and then they dont do French dip, I should have left, but I thought just give it a try and what I got was my fingers soaking in acetone for over 10 minutes at a cost of $10.00 ?(wtf) then all the brushes for to apply the powder were in awful condition and to top it all off, I walk out of the place looking like I need to have a fill. As much as i wanted to love this place because everyone was super nice and very accommodating and they had a good range of polishes, I can't get past how overly gentle the woman who did my pedicure was, not to mention messy. I had to ask her to please file the nail in a straight line and to clean up the red polish all over my skin. I understand red can be hard as it bleeds the second remover touches it but the picture I've uploaded speaks for itself. This photo is what my toes looked like after she "cleaned up the edges." It doesn't smell like a nail salon and everything they use is sterile. My technician was really good and gentle, she did a good job on my pedi. I was super excited to try this place out because of its great reviews. I was looking forward to the rose petal foot bath and the mimosa to go with my full set and pedicure. When I first walked in, I felt ignored. The hostess (poorly dressed and not matching the classy asthetic of the salon) finished a conversation toward the back of the room before acknowledging that I had walked in. Then she asked if I had an appointment and seemed bothered that I didn't. I was slightly annoyed by her behavior and would have normally left, but I wanted the experience AND A MIMOSA. Haha. I finally get into a chair and I decide on gel polish for both my hands and feet. I hadn't received my champagne yet, but I figured it was on the way. It wasn't. It never came. It never came and it was THE REASON I gave this place a shot. Pretty disappointing. My manicurist was amazing. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she was the only Asian one there at the time (maybe that helps?). Both of the stars in this review are for her and her alone. Vibe nail bar is awesome! We were walk-ins. 3 of us for 2 manis and a pedi. Although they were completely booked that day, they were able to accommodate us with very short wait times. The technician who did my full set, Min, was so outgoing and friendly. He made our experience incredibly enjoyable. I think he fell in love with my 82 year old aunt. He's the sweetest. The only negative I can think of was another technician's attitude needed a serious adjustment. When it was time for one of the ladies in our party to have her nails done, she jokingly said she was waiting for another technician. Upon hearing this, homegirl stormed off in a huff refusing to even hear that we were joking. Her response was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Frankly, she was quite lucky that I was accompanied by my mom and aunt that day. I hate to end on a negative note, so yaaay!!! I recommend. Ask for Min! read more

I have been to this salon before but a year ago to be exact and brought them a lotttt if customers since the day they opened. My sister is graduating so I made her an appointment here TWO MONTHS in advance. Day of the appointment comes, she's super excited, we walk in, and guess what?! There is no appointment in the system. How do you lose someone's appointment when it's made so far in advance. The receptionist looked at me as if it were my fault and said maybe I was at the wrong salon.. no no I am a very organized person and had written down the exact date, time, and place so maybe they can learn a thing or two from me. Really really love this place. They all do pretty good nails. Some better than others, so request the person you like. The girls are all really sweet and talkative, which I like. They give you free champagne, mimosas and coffee. The coffee is instant so I would avoid that if you really like coffee. I like that this salon can do a lot of really cool nail designs too. They are well equipped with talented staff and colors. If you want chrome nails, you have to call and make an appt and sometimes they say they can only do chrome nails on the weekend. They aren't 100% on time with appts though, so schedule appt times earlier if you can and/or expect to be there about 30-40 mins longer than you planned. I had a 4:30 appt and was sat around 5 pm. Not a terrible thing because I think the wait is worth it. UPDATE - 2/8/17 I've been coming here quite regularly now and just have to say it's my favorite place. I booked a reservation for mani/pedi for a little cousin bonding time on Friday. It was very easy to call over the phone to do a same day appointment! Let's go over a couple of points: Decor: Super cute, clean, and girly. Brightly lit, rustic wooden floors, and cute chandelier accents make this salon look like a dream out of Taylor Swift/Anthropologie/barn wedding/Pinterest heaven. Technician: Alenush did my mani and pedi, she was super sweet the whole time and asked to make sure I was okay and I liked the color. Color options: There's so many to choose from, it's hard to make a decision!!! I ended up choosing a gel color that changes with temperature.. It was a super cool and unique color. Refreshments: The staff went above and beyond and offered us champagne, tea, water, etc. Super sweet. Overall, super clean, super cute, and awesome staff. Cold water I told the manicurist 3 times I wanted my nails round and not short...please keep the length, we'll she 1st cut then began to file way down...1st in square shape, then in narrow shape.
