Story time... I will not be returning due to the following experience. To begin, I originally booked my appointment for Thursday to get my nails, lashes--everything--done. However, last minute, I was advised that my appointment was canceled because the selected nail and lash technicians were unavailable. So, I rescheduled. I rebooked my appointment for that Saturday over the phone, specifically requesting that the owner do my nails. I scheduled services for nails, lashes, toes, etc., and planned to spend a significant amount of money. I booked in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the owner would not be doing my nails as she was having "surgery"- hence another technician would be doing them. I was very disappointed. After checking the schedule through the booking app, I discovered that the owner does NOT even work on Saturdays. The information I was given over the phone was inaccurate, and I was misled. Within four days, nearly all of my nails had come off. I kindly reached out for a resolution, but I never received a response. I'm sure I will receive a response below a mediocre explanation yet the pictures say it all. FYI: I did not have multiple discounts. The owner had a promotion stating "Discount after 4th visit". Yet- I paid the price with poor care. Discounts don't compensate for nails popping off. Unbelievable. DO NOT receive service here. read more

I've been a few times and the experiences were fine. I went back last time for a pedicure and the woman was so awful and unprofessional. She painted and redid my nails TWICE. She painted them the lavender color I chose and then when she finished she told me the polish was bad and too pick so she was going to redo it. Couldn't she notice that after a few toes? So she proceeds to paint both feet again and finished with another lavender color. And then tells me the polish was gel. And I had asked for regular polish. So she TAKES OFF the polish AGAIN and paints my toenails a THIRD time. I had already told my husband she was done the first time so he was waiting in the car to pick me up. He waited an additional 45 mins for me. She should have said sorry and just used the light to cure the polish the second time with no additional charge. She was so inexperienced I can't go back there and trust them. And they didn't do anything to remedy TWO mistakes. read more

When their tap system didn't work, she picked up my purse and went through it to look for a card. Physically going through my belongings while clearly seeing that I was shocked this was even happening. All because she wanted to leave 10 minutes early. That level of unprofessionalism is outrageous -- going through a client's personal belongings without permission is completely unacceptable. The nails were fine, but I won't be back. Since I can't respond to the owner directly I would like to add that the salon business hours state they close at 7 and it was 5:50 when I walked out so I don't know what you're talking about the system shutting down when you close. Never heard that one before. Secondly the receptionist walked out before me. No one was counting cash or settling anything. I totally understand wanting to leave work early but I had not even 2 minutes left of my appointment. You need to understand as a business owner that this is not okay. If I supposedly gave her the okay to go through my bag why did I decline when she asked to put it back? Why did I finish my appointment with my purse in my lap? I've been here 3 times and each time I say "please be careful because I was bleeding last time" this time 3 toes and 4 fingers have scabs on them because the techs cut sooooo deep. I don't understand how you see blood and keep going. The polish job is always nice but who cares when you're bleeding. Terrible Terrible factory nail salon! The owner has two locations. I noticed two months ago that the prices are HIGHER at the Panorama location than the Glendale location. Maybe because the other location is newer and they have to pay the mortgage... But raising the price for the SAME services at a different location is mind bobbling. Terrible Experience - Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my mom to Nails Paradise to get her nails done for a wedding, and they completely ruined them. The work was absolutely awful--uneven, messy, and not at all what she asked for. On top of that, their customer service was nonexistent. First, they told us it would be $45, but when it was time to pay, they suddenly changed the price to $75 for a terrible manicure. No explanation, no professionalism, just a scam. Getting my nails done is ordinarily something that relaxes me and makes my day just a little bit better, but somehow I left Nails Paradise feeling even more stressed than when I first arrived. I booked nail services for myself and three friends. Out of the four of us, three left bleeding because they were so aggressive when cleaning our cuticles. My nail tech managed to make me bleed so much that I couldn't finish my pedicure. After about fifteen minutes, she gave up on trying to quell the bleeding and sent another nail tech out. The other nail tech was friendlier but suggested I have a bleeding problem?? No, the problem was that someone made me bleed in the first place! I had a picture of a French tip/swirl design; the tech who was assigned to me said she couldn't do designs. I said no, problem! I'll just do a solid color. I don't know if management changed, but there has been a change in staff. I went in for a regular mani/pedi just to clean up my cuticles even out my nails. The twp girls that were assigned to me didn't even seem like they wanted to be there which is something that I can look past, but their work was HORRIIBLE and that I cannot let slide. The girl doing my hands cut my pinky pretty badly and didn't even notice until I told her. She didn't cut the cuticles properly, her technique was terrible and she cut them WAY too short. She also didn't bother with working on the sides of the nail bed. When the girls were done I went to pay, but I told the receptionist that I wasn't happy with the work. She called over who I think might have been the manager for the day and I told her the same thing. When I showed her my hands, she asked me if the girl was finished! I said yes and asked her if she was new. She said she wasn't and has been with them for 4 months- that IS NEW. I asked her if somebody else can fix nails and she assigned somebody else who who also didn't seem to know what she was doing. She cut me two more times! I didn't even bother to look at my feet when I was still there because to be honest, I didn't even want to get more upset. Now that I'm home and writing this, she did a bad job too. It was my go to place, but now I am never going back. I will say, however, that they didn't charge me the full price for the manicure and pedicure which I appreciate. Not the most pleasant experience. After confirming an appointment over the phone, the receptionist just stared at me in silence with a blank expression when I told her why I was there. Maybe she didn't hear me, ok. So I repeated and she said "ok". Kind of confused on where to go after, one of the nail ladies waved me over to sit at an empty seat. Now for the actual nail service- the file was maybe too rough or too fast, but it was very hot and very painful. I sat there grimacing with tears falling down my face, and luckily the nail lady next to me told my stylist to stop and pointed out that it was probably painful. She then switched to a soak off in warmed up acetone. My cuticle removal was also painful and bloody, she used the blue blood stopper on my nails. I liked how they took time to look at my picture and really find the shade that matched :) they also used a "rubber base" for gel nails which is super cool! but the filing was very odd and made my nails a narrow almond, which isn't a strong shape. Logically over the next few days my nails started cracking. Seems to me like she just used a generic and quick filing technique without considering physics and nail shaping for best results. They like to try new techniques on eachother which is cool! And also the place is packed even on a Thursday afternoon during work hours. Lots of influencer types, moms, and fourteen/fifteen year olds getting acrylics. It's been almost a week and my cuticles thankfully healed and the nails aren't sore. But I wear bandaids around multiple fingers where there is cracking and two nails have broken. Find somewhere better to save you the mental anguish, but they seem good enough for an emergency. read more

Overall 1.5 stars. Highly disappointed with my choice of coming here as part of my vacation/bday/relaxation plans. Not worth the money I spent at all. Although this place has a verified license via Yelp, my experience was far from the "professional" experience I had expected. Had it not been for the fact that they tried to do a manicure and pedicure at the same time, I definitely would have given a 1 star. For a detailed breakdown of why I would recommend you go elsewhere, see below. Let's start with the manicure (0 stars if possible). I can tell this person did not know what they were doing. My cuticles were pushed back BEFORE it was softened in water. OUCH! After they were pushed back, there was a lot of grinding and cutting of the cuticles. When the tech was done, she finally had me soak it in water as she worked on the other hand. WAIT WHAT?! Yep, you heard me right, she soaked my hand after pushing and trimming my cuticles. After the other hand was done, she came back to do more cuticle trimming. At the end, she ensured my nails were dried with alcohol and that was when I noticed this immense sting on one of my fingers. You guessed it correct folks, skin was cut too deep. Now onto the shaping, it was so inconsistent between the fingers. Sure I was asked if the initial shape was good, but by the time she was fully done, you can easily see how uneven the trim length is between fingers and how uneven it is when I'm just looking at each individual finger. I do a better job at home by myself and I have no license or training. As for the polish apply, I opted for gel as I have a tendency to chip my nail much easier with regular polish. The application was quite sloppy. Although they dipped a small brush in acetone, I found parts of the nail where the polish was applied to the edges between my finger and nail, causing this odd look where now I can't fix it without potentially causing that gel to be prone to cracks. After this was all done, my hands were drowned in cuticle oil. Yes I mean drowned. My hands and fingers were slaughtered in the oil and I was told the service was done. So of course, I went to go wash my hands. I am not touching anything else with these oily hands. To top off this experience, my right arm was always crossed over to the left side, it was quite uncomfortable to keep in that position for practically an hour. I really wish the technician just moved between the left and right side instead. Pedicure with masks (2 stars). The pedicure begins with someone who I felt knew what they were doing-ish. I enjoyed the mask and wrapping my legs and all that. But when it came down to the massage. That's when it went downhill. My feet and legs were rubbed. 0 effort or strength was put it. I'm really not tryna be mean here BUT it's the same effort as if she were washing my feet and legs so. It's definitely a rub. The cuticle trimming was ok but the callus removal was painful. I found some red spots on my skin after the session where it was about to bleed. Hard to capture via photo as they were so small. But at times, I had the instinctive need to pull back my foot due to the pain of the harsh scrubbing. Unfortunately, I can not tell you about how well the nail polish was applied. So here's another reason why I think y'all should avoid this place. As my NON-GEL toenails were drying while the nail technician finished up. My nail technician removed the toe dividers as I pointed out I was unable to leave. She then drenched my toes in cuticle oil and rubbed the toenails. So of course, the regular nail polish just rubbed off. As she realized the disaster she made, she grabs my original toe technician for a fix. Unfortunately, as she was with a customer, she just tried to add more polish to the toes. As you can imagine, it took forever to dry and slowly slid off to the sides of my toenails. Literally 5 hours later, the polish was still tacky. Some of my toes barely have the appropriate amount of polish, while others just feel rough due to the botched job. I would have expected for a full polish removal and redo but no one cared to do so. Overall, a terrible experience and not worth the money. Please go elsewhere!!! read more

My experience over all was just alright. I work in a profession where I am on my feet all day. Getting a pedicure is the highlight of my work week. I decided to try this nail salon because I am in the area. It had amazing reviews when I first looked but I noticed most of the photos were for manicures. Customer service wise- 3 stars. The girls were super nice and welcoming. But a lot of them seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. My service itself was 1 star. I paid for a deluxe pedicure. I've been here about 5 times and 4/5 I've left with bloody cuticles. All different nail techs but all have the same aggressive technique. I don't understand why they would train their staff this way but filing the cuticle with the machine although faster is just damaging peoples hands. Last time I went I asked her to not use the machine, she was visibly annoyed and cut me anyway. I gave this place plenty of chances but every time I leave with a rushed job and unhappy. I can't help but wonder if I don't get the same treatment because I'm not Armenian. Almost all the staff is Armenian and majority of clientele as well.. those clients seemed happy so not sure.
