The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. My wife got the chicharron in salsa verde with eggs and beans. She loved every single bite from her plate. I ordered the birria omelet, and it was good. The birria was tender and full of flavor. The omelet was swimming in cosome, soaking every part of the omelet. Came here on a whim because our other breakfast spot was packed - Did a quick search on Yelp & found this spot! It looks like this place is pretty new based on their Yelp business profile. The cafe has a shared private lot with other businesses. The business itself is very aesthetic & PINK! My favorite color. So I was definitely in love when I saw the interior. IG/social media worthy place to take photos. Everything comes out so aesthetically cute. The one thing that stood out to me the most during our entire visit though - was our waitress, HAZEL! Their waffle was delicious and very soft, had some sort of flavored whipped topping which added a great sweetness to it. From the moment we walked in, the servers made us feel so welcomed. Hazel, Alexa, and Arlette were all so attentive, sweet, patient, and constantly checked on us to make sure everything was perfect.
