The absolute worst. The doctors are good --but this place as a clinic, has a lot of moving parts,…read moreand they are all broken, including the one named Lonnie, who answers the phone on behalf of this place; whoever hired her should be fired--she speaks in a very low mousy voice. You'll ask her to raise her voice, because you can't hear her, but she won't do it, because she can't do it!! Whoever hired her should also hire blind people to drive for Uber. The level of inefficiency and stupidity in this place cannot be measured.
And don't expect anyone who is your doctor to perform like a nornal doctor, they work for the clinic, you won't get the attention of a patient. there's no such thing as calling and getting your doctor on the phone, EVER. there's no such thing as getting your prescription called in after hours, there's no such thing as discussing your blood work like I'm used to, this place is the epitome of inefficiency. It's like it's their goal.
Again, the only thing I can tell you is that the some of their doctors are good--not great, but it's all there is. They certainly aren't like east coast doctors I've had, who try to rule out things aggressively, by ordering the scans/Referrals you need. it is a clinic. It is not like a private Doctor Who follows you closely, has all your referrals notes, they can't pull things up in real time, it's extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
Unfortunately, a lot of people in this area. Don't know any better and have never had good care. But the rest of us know this is unacceptable. All the bad reviews are very honest.
And you're going to be told to see a Nurse Practioner instead of your doctor. A Nurse Practioner is not a doctor of any kind, they didn't go to medical school, do not ever assume that they are interchangeable. It's a cost cutting measure.. the medical assistants, are incompetent. They don't seem to have a basic comprehension of the job. And I have complained about them only to be told it's an entry-level job.
That's their justification for their stupidity.
You will ask yourself, what kind of place is this? Who's in charge? And who hired a person that can't speak up or annunciate their words to be the point person that you need to speak to whenever you call??!
I could make a list of the horrifying things that have happened to me at this location , and I could be very detailed, and do so in chronological order, but you'll have to take my word for it.. let's just say that they're terrible reputation in reviews are well earned, if you read other reviews that are bad, those are the accurate ones. Those are the ones written by competent people who know what the normal standard is, and how far beneath it this place falls!
There are two separate entrances with the same address, so if you're waiting for an Uber driver, they won't know which side to pick you up on, even that detail is inefficient, but it doesn't matter which side you walk in on, you will get the same terrible experience . And I don't know who that girl is behind the computer in the D office, but she keeps the office dark and is hidden behind the monitor, if she can't engage people, because that's basically her job-- to greet you and check you in, it's just another bad decision made by a less than bright decision maker, to hire her for that position.. the app isn't attended to, I have to send faxes and multiple communications from the pharmacist, just to get a prescription filled. It's like drawing blood. Maybe they should just stop taking new patients? So that they can deliver good care to the ones that have been there for years. Because they are not serving the Community well, they are serving them poorly. Other facilities have doctors that use MyChart at my Health. But this place isn't compatible to receive that information, so it won't be properly added to your file, which is not just frustrating. It's just unacceptable, I have to bring my own notes on the app to show the doctor, but they should be in my file. They need to bring in a professional consultant and clean house.
