Customer service was the worst! Went last weekend and asked for 2 extra tacos to be added to one of my orders of tacos. When I got home I realized they were missing, so I called saying how they had missed my 2 extra tacos and if I could go back and pick up 2 single tacos. She told me it'd be a 30min wait, I explained I had already picked up my order and if they could possibly make my tacos sooner as to not let the food I had already picked up get cold to which the lady began to give me atitude and be very rude telling that I should have checked the order before I left and it was basically my fault she then hung up on me. It was an older Hispanic lady she has been rude before but never to this degree read more

Order a burger and fries. The fries taste like you took some frozen fries and placed in the oven at 375 and did not season. The burger I did not eat because I couldn't get pass the smell of raw meat. I also had a grape Fanta and the soda was flat as hell. Zero carbonation. I ate here several times before just stick to Mexican foods because the burger/fries is trash and don't get your drink from here. I always call in my orders to go, it's ready within 10-15min. It's always correct and always yummy. I've been coming to Gordo's for 3 years and have never had a bad experience. They are reasonably priced for amount of food. The outside sitting area is always clean, with awesome music playing. Ordered the gordita plate and it was very good. It wasnt greasy or coming apart like at other places. They also come wrapped at the bottom for a cleaner way to eat. The order came with a delicious cup of charro beans. If you like cilantro and some spicyness to them you will love them. I made a phone order 5 minutes before opening time and they answered the phone. Very courteous person answered so I was thankful for that. They have a snack place right next to the food trailer and it was very clean(that is where u get your drinks and snacks. I recommend the limonada(lemonade water). Hard to like a place when your order of two quesadillas takes longer than 45 minutes to make. Not only that, the order was completely wrong. After not touching the food and bringing it back, we were told to wait another 30-45 minutes for our food that should of been out the first time around... Tried these food truck and wasn't disappointed at all. There are about 4 long picnic tables between the food trucks for seating. One truck sells great Mexican food, taquitos, nachos, various plates. My husband declared his pastor nachos as excellent. I went for some snacks, nachos and roasted corn in a cup with a limonada. Everything was very good.
