It's a brand new location and perfect place for Cuban coffee, sandwiches, and pastries. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, some guava pastries and coffee...The coffee was delicious and so was the food. This is not the Miami Vicky that we all love!! It's lacking that amazing Cuban flavors that we have all grown to love from Vicky.. The empanada de espinaca did not taste like the ones in Miami the dough was different and felt as if it wasn't cooked! The Croquetas were hard outside sort of over cooked! The pastelitos de carne made me sad because the meat if you had any was not flavorful at all unless it's because it was a tiny drop.. I had the meat pastelitos and the guava and cheese pastelitos and they were flaky and crisp on the outside and moist on the inside with a lot of sugar glazing on top, baked to perfection! I usually get a yummy Cafe con leche, ( dark and sweet) so it has lots of espresso and sweet and smooth) always amazing. Today I was a little overheated so I asked if they had iced coffee. They suggested an iced cafe con leche with a shot of vanilla. Amazing! Went perfectly with my pastelitos! Everyone was polite, and the business is nice and clean. This place is what I missed most from South Florida, and now it's here in Orlando! There was a line at the door for good reason! read more

This was for a very special evening for my daughter, it was her Wedding Shower. We ordered a 12 inch rum cake, it was decorated exactly as the picture that we showed them. Not only was it beautiful but it was moist and very delicious. We also ordered chocolate chip, macadamia nut, and chocolate, brownie cookies, cappuccino's, flans, and bread pudding. We can not say which was better, everything was delicious! Thalia, was the young lady that took our order and helped us with all the decisions as we place our order. She was super sweet very patient, knowledgeable and when she didn't know something, she would go ask a person in the back and she would come back and give us the answer. When we went to pick it up-the order Thalia was there, and made sure that our order was perfect before we left.! I recommend Vicky Bakery because it is the closest thing in Orlando to a Cuban bakery from Miami! True Cuban pastries, croquetas, and Cuban desserts. Enjoy! read more

This is NOT the same as the bakery we all grew up loving in Hialeah. While the name is the same, the quality and freshness of the pastellitos is far from being the same. We drove quite the distance for this disappointment. I should have known when the lady said they are a "franchise," it would not be the same. We will never be back to this location. Their food is fantastic and authentic, and they also made my son's baptism cake which was not only beautiful, but so delicious and affordable. First time visiting this bakery, a regional chain in South Florida, and I wanted to check out the very first location in Orlando. I ordered a pork sandwich, a beef empanada, and, of course, desserts - yes, more than one, LOL. The staff was super friendly, and the owner even took the time to inquire if we were enjoying our visit. The food was delicious. The portions were generous; the sandwich was particularly sizable, so I ended up taking half to go. The place is very big and there are many people working there. You have to order at a register. No one speaks English there. You have to ask the price of everything. Even though they have a chart on the wall it still is not helpful. By the time you get to the register. You forget half the stuff you wanna get. Everything looks nice and fresh but it's very overpriced for this area. The whipped cream has a metallic taste to it. The cake's taste are sweet but not from sugar. The items I purchased have weird tastes to them. Basically everything tasted artificial. read more

Coming from a Miami culture, this place is extremely overpriced on their items. The environment is good but paying 3x the amount you would find in Miami or another mom and pop shop here. The service is ok but the employees get upset when you don't tip. There's no reason to tip if you're picking up a coffee and pastelitos and going. My cafe con leche was burnt and other items I bought were "ok" nothing very crazy. I would not recommend this establishment. read more

I was so excited to have a Cuban bakery open up, as it's hard to find good Cuban pastelitos in Orlando. I went in for breakfast and had eggs with bacon, Cuban bread and my cafesito con leche. On the way out I bought an espresso and a couple of pastelitos for later. Nothing I got disappointed, it was all so good! Very beautiful and the staff was wonderful but the pastelitos were flat, like they weren't cooked evenly or properly and I don't think I've ever paid so much for a señorita pastry - almost $5! Pricing is way too high for the area. No where near the quality Vicky bakery has in Miami. Also, I know they're just opening but there are too few options available. I was told that more desserts are coming but there would be no space for them since there was little display space built. Lastly, the order process is not good. I have to get in line and order at the cashier first when usually in bakeries you order with an employee and they'll pack up your items and then pay at a cashier in the end. With their setup, by the time I get to the register I forgot what I wanted and they'd be losing on impulse purchases if I see something I'd maybe like to try. They really need to get their stuff together because after waiting for them to open for years, we're extremely disappointed. read more
