What an amazing experience. Vic's is located behind a tire shop in a cozy little corner. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by some of the friendliest car people I've ever met. I told them about my request through Yelp and had me come in to give me a more accurate estimate, but they eventually convinced me not to get it done. I was on the fence about it but I did like the idea of debadging my car, getting it bondo'd and paint matched which they also agreed would look aesthetically pleasing. My car is a brand new 2023 Ioniq 6 (one of the first sold in Cali) so anything I would do to my car is a risk. They were honest with me and warned me that the integrity of my vehicle would be at risk during the disassembly and since it's an ev, there is a load of consideration to make about the sensors, wiring, etc. They told me they would still do it if I wanted but I really respected them for being honest and suggesting I not risk my car so early into my purchase. Thank you guys so much! I'll be coming back here for sure. These guys are definitely the type you wanna go to just to talk to because of their enthusiasm. Have taken both of our cars here and have always found them fairly priced and reliable. I recently had to get the radiator replaced on my 1994 Ford Ranger and during the repair the found that the cooling fan had some cracks in it. Being an old truck that part is very hard to find, and I had them put the old fan back on. After searching on the internet I found one and they swapped it out for me, no charge since I had paid for the radiator. Great honest service!! read more
