He told us need to do the outlet box and it will be additional $100 (decided to raise another $10) , my husband said he will do the outlet box himself, Jaime was ok to sell us electrical plastic box just extra $1-$2. When he finishes the job he said is $170, I asked why? He said because I brought you the electrical box that's additional $10. I told him I don't need the box you can take it back (since he want to up charge so much) , he got mad and say don't ever call him in the future for any service. We never wanted him to do the outlet box since the beginning, and he got mad because we didn't want to pay him $10 for this $0.50 electrical box he brought us. Correspondence via texts was painfully slow with 2-3 days taking to respond to one text at a time and to make a decision on whether they wanted to take a straightforward bathroom remodel job. To make things even worse, they asked if I was working with a designer as one of their requirements. So Fancy. Due to their unresponsiveness, when pressed to get back to me if they want to take a project, they said they are not interested. So much for providing unmatched customer service. A contractor's responsiveness is a direct reflection of their organizational skills and how they will manage your project.
