I've been going to Dr. Muradian for quite some time. He has done excellent work. He is always willing to explain what he feels needs to be done, with any alternatives and options. Before and during procedures, he explains what he is doing or plans to do. Importantly, he also knows when he needs ro refer out to a specialist. I've been through a number of dentists in the Simi Valley area and decided to give Dr. Muradian a shot based on the great reviews. Everything you read is true about this dental practice. The entire staff is as kind as you could ask for making me feel special just for being there. Then, Dr. Muradian is as gentle and compassionate as I could every imagine. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. The procedure I was having done required anesthesia injection in the front of my gum which I was not looking forward to. Dr. Muradian understood my concern and I've got to say, 4 injections and I didn't feel 1 of them! Amazing!! I strongly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is frustrated with the care they have been receiving from other dental offices. Just be aware that this practice is out of network with most dental plans so make sure you understand your out of pocket upfront. read more

As someone with a lifelong fear of dentists, I could not be happier with Dr. Muradian and his office. He is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and really gives me the feeling that he cares how I'm doing as well as my dental health. My hygienist, Tawnia, is phenomenal and it's the first time I have ever been able to sit through a cleaning without my fists clenched, full of tension...I can actually relax! She is also very knowledgeable. Great advice from both of them, with no judgment, just great care and kindness. Office staff is lovely as well, always helpful and friendly. Really nice use of technology with follow-ups and confirmations to keep me on track, and it's the first time I've been consistent in my appointments because of their help. If I ever moved away, I would travel back just to keep seeing them. They are FANTASTIC. read more

I was not one to be fond of the dentist AT ALL prior to coming to this office. As a matter of fact, I had not been to the dentist in roughly 16 years before Dr Muradian's! In the past, I would always walk out with a sore mouth, bleeding gums, from them being so rough. After reading through the comments on here, I was convinced that I would be in good hands. Several friends kept recommending me to the office, and they swore I would be happy - boy were they CORRECT! Teri at the front is super sweet. She made my first check in visit very easy, and even offered me some water while I briefly waited. Then I was greeted by Dental Assistant Shawna and she took me to the back to get the ball rolling. The x-rays were a breeze, plus she was very gentle - they knew I was terrified of the dentist and made sure I was at ease and comfortable the entire time. Did I mention I was petrified of the dentist? Yeah. Very!!! Like sweaty palms, heavy breathing afraid. After Shawna took care of me, Dr Muradian himself stepped in and reviewed the x-rays with me. He was upfront, honest, informative, and not one to press unnecessary procedures on me - which I was afraid would happen because it always did before - He left me speechless really, and wanted to make sure I was okay with everything thus far that had been done. Next I went to the hygienist Tawnia..... Okay - This woman rocks at her job!!! She was super gentle with me. She explained every step of the way of what she was doing or working on. I have to say that I had zero pain whatsoever, and guess what? I didn't leave with a bloody mouth!!!!!!!!! HOORAY! I didn't feel much of anything while she cleaned my teeth. I had some inflammation in my gums and rather than going to town and pissing off my gums - she refrained and saved it for my next visit where my teeth were stronger and healthier. I love how caring this office is, and how they make a scary visit into a fun, exciting one. They even offered me music, or glasses to watch a movie, a blanket - where else do you get that kind of treatment? Nowhere. Basically what I am saying is... come here. You won't regret it. I look forward to future visits to the dentist now and I never in my wildest dreams thought I would EVER say that! Happy Brushing! read more

I realize that best-ever should be reserved for spectacular things like good eats and great shopping. But, I have to say that Dr. Muradian is the finest dental office my husband and I have had the good fortune to find. So much so that we travel from San Fran to Simi Valley and just can not bring ourselves to find a local dentist. Dr. Muradian has come in on a Sunday to take care of hubby, his wife Heidi is the Hygienist and is personable and professional. The staff is always friendly, the office overlooks the Simi Hills and our whole experience is always wonderful. I recommend the extra effort it may take to get to Dr. Muradian's office for the great dental care, the friendly staff and the time spent in educating you about good dental health! read more

I've been going here since 2004. My husband searched high and low for the perfect dentist for me because I needed one. I have a fear of dentists because of traumatic experiences in my childhood. Just getting my teeth x-rayed freaks me out. Dr. Muradian and his staff have made me comfortable with each visit. Although I'm not 100% relaxed there because of my fear I know I will be taken care of well. They bend over backwards to make sure I'm as contented as I can be. In the beginning I made use of their special services: massage mat on the reclining chair, a warm soft blanket and personal music to drown out the dental equipment sounds. And boy did it help! I've even watched a couple movies using iglasses. It definitely helped me pretend I wasn't at the dentist. All of that is well and good, but what helps me even more is the trust. I am confident that Dr. Muradian is amazingly good at what he does. I had a wisdom tooth pulled out and you can imagine how nervous I was. I didn't feel a thing. I was flabbergasted when it was over! I also had bridges put in and inside I was quaking in fear, but Dr. Muradian is so calmly confident that it helped my fears to subside. As would be expected after years of avoiding dentists, my teeth and gums were in bad shape. Heidi, the hygienist, puts me at ease. I'm white-knuckling the arm rest, but I'm not fidgety! She's very nice and keeps checking on me, as she cleans my teeth, to make sure all was well. I really appreciate that careful attention. The entire staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend going to Dr. Victor Muradian. I'm such a scaredy cat that my 5 Stars rating should count as 10!!! read more

I went to see Dr. Muradian for the first time on Saturday, January 5. I was very impressed by him and his staff. They are very kind and knowledgeable. I learned more about my teeth than I ever have from any other dentist I've gone to in the past. He is very thorough and gives you a lot of information. I was also able to get a cleaning due to a cancellation. The dental hygienist, Tawnia, was awesome. State of the art equipment and just a generally good atmosphere will have me going back. My family and I have been going to Dr. Muradian for over 10 years. I was in my early teens when I first started going so they've seen it all! Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. Teri is the sweetest receptionist and Patricia is wonderful with billing. Most of my appointments are with Tawnia and I've never had an complaints or issues, she's very gentle and insightful. The office is immaculate and due to the pandemic they've been very proactive on client safety protocol, which is great.
