The staff here are super friendly very efficient very helpful. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very clean Exam room. I have been to this establishment about four times so far and my mouthguard came in within three weeks and they showed me how to use it. This is definitely a better alternative than having to wear the sleep mask which I tried several different ones and didn't help. The mouthguard is definitely a lifesaver you're having to wear that mask and my sleep quality is getting a little bit better everybody at this location were super helpful. Told me how to clean the mouthguard how to keep it when you're not using it and make it last. This is definitely agree to establishment. I'm not sure what insurance as they take. I know they don't take all insurances. They have certain ones that they do take you would probably have to call to find out which ones they accept and which ones they do not accept Everybody. Here is super friendly very efficient great dental office. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for a new dentist in the area they're very easy to find. Tina, the office manager, called me early Sunday morning and offered me an 8:30 appointment that I took almost immediately because I had been in pain for hours. I was beyond happy to find an actual emergency dentist that would accommodate a weekend appointment. When I got to the office, I was greeted and treated with such kindness, care and concern. Dr. Gogani went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable during this very difficult procedure that I would've likely been referred to an oral surgeon had I gone anywhere else. He even allowed my family to sit in the procedure room with me! He kept me well informed while he and his equally kind assistant performed a relatively painless surgical extraction and bone graft. AMAZING. My husband was so impressed that he decided to switch dentists. I've never had a more difficult surgery performed so quickly and comfortably. Thank you, Dr. Gogani!

I feel so guilty for giving her 1 star, but I don't think she deserves more. Throughout the two years I was with her, she only worked on two molars!!! Two crowns back to back on each, making it a total of FOUR crowns!!! Not to mention that I also needed a root canal on each! To better explain myself, I had crown on tooth 30 followed by a root canal, followed by a crown ....and on tooth 31 I had a crown followed by a root canal, followed by a crown. *Disclaimer* the second set of crowns were done at no cost thanks to Dr. Jamie Curtis VOLUNTARILY offering to help fix what SHE did wrong the first time! Moreover, the dental experience was painful! Every single appointment was a bit traumatizing, from getting my heart beat too fast by putting the anesthesia close to a vessel, to almost cutting the sides of my lips by forcing the floss down between my teeth, to cutting the roof of my mouth and edges by inserting a plastic thing to keep your mouth open, to making my gums bleed and making them super sore for days, to fracturing tooth 31! Yes! Now I have a fractured molar that needs to be extracted. Seriously the worst dentist of my life! I ended up worse than how she first saw me. I eventually had to move my children to another provider because this office is not geared toward pediatric dental care. When we first became patients, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that changed recently. We were charged a $100 no-show fee for an appointment we were unaware of and never confirmed. When I called to request a one-time exception, Jessica at the front desk was extremely rude and refused. She referenced a previous occasion when my husband had to cancel due to having COVID, as if that justified denying any consideration. I then asked to speak with Dr. Vu, hoping she would be more understanding. Instead, I was told that because appointment reminders had supposedly been sent by email and text, the fee would stand. There was no willingness to listen, work with us, or show any appreciation for our family's five years as patients. She then hung up on me. The customer service was disappointing, and the lack of compassion and loyalty toward long-term patients ultimately made our decision easy. We will be switching providers.
