WOW I mean WOW! Erika is a true Rock Star! She is a master at her craft! From arrival she greets you with a warm calming smile. Erika then explained everything that would take place. Erika could see my nervousness and made small talk to calm me down. Erika (heard she likes to see her name in reviews haha) then went to work and cleaned my teeth with a laser like precision! I am a new patient here at Lincoln Smiles and I had such a pleasant experience at their office. I was greeted by the front desk staff when I arrived who were extremely friendly and inviting. After a brief wait in the waiting room I was called back for my cleaning. The hygienist Mel took great care of me and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is extremely thorough and professional and explains everything in detail to you and answers any questions that you may have. The RDA Alyssa also did an amazing job assisting and was very friendly and attentive. Dr Rahmani also popped in to go over my x rays and to explain any areas of concern or work that was needed. I love this office! I brought my stepson to his very first dental experience. I was probably more nervous than my kid. From the moment we walked in we were both warmly greeted from the front staff. This office even had a play room for my son while I was getting checked in by the friendly ladies up in front. I am HUGE on customer service and that's why the very first interaction is sooo important. Right from the start we felt welcome. Now, it's time for me to bring my son to the dental chair. I remember when I was a kid I HATED going to the dentist, so I was expecting the same. I sat my boy on the dental chair, the first thing they asked him was what did he like to watch on TV? He told them " PJ MASK " and the Hygentist pulled up PJ Mask on Netflix and I was blown away! My boy was then given some cool " protective shades " on and now I'm looking at this boy wearing cool shades, hands behind his head, fully relaxed in his dental chair Netflix and chillin. I was speechless. I was expecting this kid to be scared and throw a fit, right from the get go, they made him soo comfortable that he was ready for his first cleaning! Long story short, his cleaning went great! He didn't cry, didn't whine, he just sat there with his cool shades, focused on the TV, with his mouth wide open. My boy was also given the chance to pick a free gift from their treasure chest for being such a good patient! After this experience, I myself have decided to do all my future dental work here because of excellent customer experience that I had encountered! I hope I get the same treatment that my son got because I want something from that treasure chest too! I just love the people at Lincoln Smiles. They are just the best at everything they do. I'm in need of a root canal, so I had to take antibiotics before I could have the procedure. I went in for X_rays to see if I had an infection, which I did. Doctor Rahmani was so nice and explained everything to me. Amy is always available for questions about the insurance coverage. After my X-Rays, I got a tour of their new office which is in the same complex. They are in suite 100 which I like so I don't have to walk up and down the stairs. My wife and I have been going to Lincoln Smiles for almost 2 years and have gotten excellent customer service and great care by the Doctor Rahmani. She explained everything that would be done and put my nerves at ease. Lucky for me she is an expert at root canals. I went to see Dr Espiritu and the experience was great. I was offered water after checking in and only waited for a couple minutes. When Dr Espiritu called me in, she offered me a hand parafin wax. Seven years ago, I moved to Lincoln and family member recommended Dr. Espiritu. It was the best service I had ever experienced in a dentist. Not only did they offer water, paraffin wax for your hands while you are getting your teeth cleaned but Netflix too. You definitely get pampered at Lincoln Smiles. Having only been to a few dentists over the years, I don't have a lot of experiences with dentists but I had no issues with the ladies at this clinic. All the employees are ladies here. They all wear pink scrubs. Dr Espirito swapped my old metal fillings for white ones, and their friendly hygienist cleaned my teeth with a laser. I honestly do not remember much of the process because they pretty much knocked me out. A couple of weeks later I went back to have my fillings adjusted to fit my bite. The doctor handled it quickly.. and I was in and out. What I remember most is that they all were really cool and easy going. I was a little tense at first, but they handled the whole process with well practiced grace to make me feel at ease. They billed Delta Dental, and what was mine to pay was handled on my HSA. My family has been going going there for 3 years and now we'll be finding a new dentist. Dr. Espritu is very nice but it doesn't make up for the poor front desk service. We had a cleaning appointment scheduled six months in advance and they cancelled it one day before the appointment date. If they had the courtesy of telling me at least one week in advance, I would've been more understandable. Another reason for leaving this office is every time I was seen for an appointment, they would make me wait 10 minutes just to pay the bill. During our first year of getting established with this office we knew it was just mediocre office, but now that they screwed up, we are out of there. read more

Took my two teenage daughters there for the first time, Dr. Espiritu told me one had 11 cavities, the other had 12! In their lifetime combined they may have had only 2 cavities before this and they were devastated. Dr. Espiritu fixed just a couple of their cavities and I noticed she overcharged us several hundred dollars. Our insurance company told us we were not responsible for anything over the reasonable and customary charges she was contracted for. It was difficult, but I finally got my money refunded and took my girls to see their old dentist who told me after their exam that neither one had any cavities!!!! Dr Espiritu is in for the money and nothing else. Do NOT go there, you will have unnecessary work done on perfectly fine teeth. If you do go there make sure to check her invoices against your insurance claims..you do NOT have to pay the difference...its a scam! My daughters have had two cleaning with their old dentist since this and still NO CAVITIES! read more

what a sham--- first visit with my 3 kids - I provided the office prior to our visit with the insurence information from Delta Dental Insurence - their front office lady upon our arrival confirmed the acceptance of the insurence and confirmed what my co payment would be which I paid during the visit. During the visit the same front office lady provided me written quotes for additional services (sealing all 3 kids teeth) which I declined. Now they are sending me invoices stating I owe the amounts above what the insurence covers even though at the time of the visit they accepted my insurence and verified by phone what the insurence company would pay. The office is nice but they charge double even triple what other dentists charge. This would be fine with me as long as I was treated well and valued. They are overzealous in charging fees. For example, I called on 10/31 to reschedule an appointment that was 11/2. They called back and said I would be charged a $75 fee because it wasn't a full 48 hours notice. (it was 46 hours) I can understand a fee with less than 24 hours but ya this really made me feel like all that matters to them is money. It's very unfortunate. I even called back to discuss that they should not charge the fee since I did call 2 days prior and they did not even return my call. Just bad patient care. read more

Unfortunately I wouldn't even give this office a star. If you have dental benefits it almost doesn't matter. Their practice is you pay up front some ridiculous amount and we will see what your insurance will decide to pay after the fact and we will refund you the difference. What kind of business does that? I'm so tired of business like this putting their patients in that kind of situation. I would never recommend this place to anyone. In fact do your research and make sure to find a dentist that won't screw you like they did me every visit. Their billing practices is absolutely awful! It's hard enough for families to find decent benefits but then to have benefits and then still have to pay up front. It's a terrible business practice. A one star rating is generous. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If anyone has any recommendation on a different office that actually cares about their patients let me know. read more

I had a crown done, and with-in two weeks it came off. They use in house equipment to make the crown. I have checked with other dentists and they tell me this method is not perfected yet, and they always send out to the lab to have them done. While having this done they had issues trying to make the crown, and get the computer to cooperate, several calls were made to the equipment Co. trying to figure out why things were going wrong. I was in there office for a lengthy time trying to correct the problem. After all these issues, I asked for a refund on this procedure, so that I could go to another dentist. They would not do this, so I was forced to have this procedure re-done using an outside lab and not their in-house equipment. read more
