I love that this is an outlet store!! I don't shop at Victoria's Secret too often (I'm a Bath & Body Works girl) but when I do it's usually for body care items. I'm not really a fan of their undergarments or clothing. This is a nice location and is fairly big and quite cheap as well. I love the body care section of the store as they have TONS of cheap PINK body lotion usually for $5.99, you can get perfume for $20 and perfume sets for $25. I recently came across the Tease Body Butters that are in glass jars and regular price is $35 but here they were being sold for $6.99 and that's a steal if you ask me!! I ended up getting 3 in all of the different scents. I think the only downside here is they have more PINK body care than they do the Victoria's Secret body care. It's hard to find the Victoria's Secret fine fragrance mists here but you can find the rollerballs and perfumes sometimes. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for cheaper body care and the discontinued items. One piece of advice, whether you're purchasing body care or clothing there are no returns so please be sure what you're buying is what you really want. read more

I have read all the bad reviews on this place but honestly, I had a good interaction with all the staff. Everyone was very helpful and super nice. This place is way big and had such great deals and was super clean. I didn't meet one rude employee at all. I'm not from there and maybe I just went on a good day lol. They had a bunch of different sizes than my VS has, so it was a very successful trip for me! I will be going again! read more

Great prices, always discounts, and attentive staff! There's always some sale going on at this store since it is the outlet and the store is huge. For how big it is, it is always clean and well organized. They have friendly staff that are always willing to help you with finding what you need and helping with sizing. During Covid they only allow 25 people in the store but the line moves pretty fast. read more

Maybe it's just my luck, but every time I go to this Victoria's Secret location it's a clusterf. Today was no different. I went into Victoria's Secret, because I received an email notification of today being the last day for the 10 for $35 PINK panties. The sale was available both in-store and online. Since I was planning to be at Great Mall anyway to watch a movie, I figured it would be convenient to make a quick stop at Victoria's Secret for the sale. I arrived at Victoria's Secret around 4:30pm after the movie, and the place was swarming with customers. The line to the register was ridiculously long. Furthermore, the store looked like it was hit by a tornado. Everything was overwhelmingly disorganized. There weren't even any panty drawers?! They were all pulled out, so the panties were all shoved into box containers. It was like people were going through bins of panties like it was a garage sale. The signage wasn't helpful either. I went around the whole store and there was no clear indication of the sale I had come there for. I tried looking for a sales associate on the floor but couldn't flag anyone down. read more

Male staff needs work on their customer service!! On a handful of occasions I was stuck being rung up by male employees and it is always guaranteed to be an unwanted, unwelcomed experience. The interaction with patrons are always mono-toned and smiling must be that agonizing so they simply don't do it. The guys don't seem to enjoy their job and they always do the bare minimum, hoping to get you out of their hair. Two stars simply because the ladies who work the front always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help. It is well organized - all the sizes are grouped together! Today I stopped in and there was a big sale! Lots of PINK clothing items $9.99. Most of of it was size S. There was only one area size Medium, which is my size, and the selection was limited. Limited as in lime green sweaters! Haha. I went with a couple large size yoga pants, and it worked out. ALL SALES FINAL so make sure to try it on before buying because no return/exchange since it's an outlet. I picked up some lip gloss for $2.99 and a bag. The lines went fast and the employees were very helpful by offering a shopping bag and friendly by answering questions of customers even when the sign of the price is on the table. It was super busy! I wish they let customers know at the front of the store that it is all sales final so I could have headed for the fitting room instead of getting in the purchase line. Staff needs to be trained better. Irked that the cashier forgot to remove the security plastic piece off the gym bag I purchased. The nice young man asked me for my receipt after telling me that the cashier forgot to remove the security device. He ran back to the cashier to remove it, and walked back to me to give me my item & apologized about that. I would have been livid if I had to waste my time to return back to the store and have to ask them to remove that thing and of course show my receipt. 2/5 stars in regards. Nice large store that is close to where I live. Which means I can sleep in 10 minutes more prior to waking up at the butt crack of dawn on the first day of their semi annual sale. I strongly believe that Victoria's secret exists 11 months out of the year for the bfs, husbands, cheating husbands, to shop in... because come on ladies, would you really pay 50 bucks for a bra!? (Although I'll admit that I have paid full price... when you need a nude colored strapless and all you can find at the sale are these cheetah animal print ones in lime green and pink... no no lime green and pink ON THE SAME BRA.) She went digging for my size into those huge boxes and was doing it with no-attitude at all! She also reminded me to try them out first before my excitement filled me as she was handing me the items. It's been a bit since I've been in Victoria's Secret at the Great Mall, and when I did drop by, almost everything was on sale! Knowing the prices for VS and my previous experiences with products (other than fragrances), I can take it or leave it, but it was great to see how affordable things were, and how abundant they were in most things! The lay out entrances are either lingerie or the PINK section, each entry way is divided by walls and is sectioned off by Department : athletics, swim, outer wear, etc. Although it is a VS store, it's mainly comprised of items that are from previous season, instead of being the newest things you may see online. The store is big, and has many sections, and even though I'm not a big fan of VS, it was really nice to see it being more affordable. What makes this store different is you could find fragrances not sold in other stores that have the new season's stock, and it could even be cheaper than expected. read more

Been here a few times, it's the reason I take Bart here from San Francisco instead of going to the Livermore Outlets. I buy things every time I come here. The merchandise itself is great. Cheap, a decent selection, enough XS sizes, and decently organized. I like that the clothing is on racks instead of folded on tables, makes it easier to look at and stay organized. I bought a whole set of boyshorts in my size and holiday cheeksters. They also give away free beauty products with every purchase. I got of the PINK coconut two shimmer body foams. For a retail store and especially an outlet store, I love that they organize the rooms and sections by size. I'm an XS and it's hard to go outlet shopping when most sizes are medium to XL. My only reason for the three stars is because of the service. Most people are nice. There's a middle aged lady who works here who is kind of rude though. One time I saw accessories and trinkets behind the counter, like backpacks and the PINK plush dogs. There were a lot so I bought a few things. The next time I went, I saw some items behind the counter but not as many. Since they were beauty products and I wanted to read the labels, I asked the middle aged lady if I could see what was behind the counter. She very bluntly and rudely says "there's nothing behind the counter." As if I'm supposed to feel dumb for asking. Maybe that's just the way she speaks to everyone but that doesn't mean it's good for retail. I worked in retail too and my company/management would NOT allow me to talk that way. Also, they were giving away free PINK foams at the counter for every purchase. After I made a purchase, I had to ask an employee for one because the cashier didn't include it. She apologized and brought me one. Another reason I give this store three stars is because of the store policies. I asked an employee if I could try on a satin cami for size. At ALL other retailers I had been to, I either tried on shirts over my shirt using the mirror or I bought two sizes, tried it on at home or in the restroom, and returned the one that didn't fit. But I couldn't do that at this store, because they have a final sale policy for everything. So I had to try it on in store. I asked an employee if I could try it on, but she asks another employee for help because she doesn't know the rules. Apparently they said it's not allowed. So I'm expected to buy something and be stuck with it if it doesn't fit? So ridiculous, especially for a $20 shirt. I almost bought it, but when I brought it to the register, the cashier asks if I found everything okay. I said I wanted to try the shirt on but was told I couldn't. She said I COULD try it on. So different employees are enforcing different policies? I did try it on in front of one of the mirrors, but kept looking towards the other room because I was intimidated that the other employee would see me and remind me that I couldn't try it on. I ended up not buying the top because it was too small. I tried on a size small, but that was also too small, and I couldn't find a medium. So ridiculous and annoying that we can't try things on here. Normally I would understand, but other retailers are starting to open their changing rooms. Even while they were closed, other retailers let customers try things on in front of the mirrors. The fact that they made it so hard to try things on while having a final sale policy is so dumb. read more

The pure metal lipstick caught my eye, big sign in front of the bowl says $10 ( regular price $14) Grabbed the color I liked brought it to the register, two cashiers are busy with customers, the third one takes her sweet time to help me, when she rings the lipstick she says it's regular price, so I asked her to check because the sign says $10 "It's ringing at $14" so I said I don't want it, on my way out the door I brought the sign to her and told her if that's not the price it should be removed from the stand, she starts arguing about regular price. I came here last night for a gift and pick up something for me. You can always find something cute and sexy at VS. During the holidays they got alot of cute set of PJs and alot of cute and sexy lingerie. The sales staff seems very helpful to help guys pick out the perfect gift. Although I do always find myslf wanting to purchase stuff here, this place blows at customer service. When I first arrived, I couldn't find a salsperson for the life of me, only to realize a girl in an extreme lacy mini actually worked here---can't recall that ever being appropriate dresscode--you're not a victoria secret model. After finally tracking someone down, I wanted to try a bra box to figure out the right bra for me, but the sales woman scoffed at my size and re-measured me as a C cup. I don't really trust their sizing techniques, especially after being measured at Nordstrom. So there I am, stuffing myself into a C cup, knowing full well it's not the correct size, but kind of put off by the way she insisted I wasn't a D. Then, after asking another sales person for a good bra that 'lifts and separates' after getting some strange cleavage, she suggested I go down a size --- gahhh!!! The final straw came when my friend was checking out. She noticed some of the "smoothing" body corsets, and asked the sales associate to wait a minute while she grabbed her size (there was no one in line). My friend is larger, but the comment, "those are like hard enough to get into..." didn't help any-- especially after we asked her earlier about sizes and she gave us incorrect information. Weekends are usually when businesses get a lot of traffic, so usually you would want all cash registers open. However, that was not the case when I went in on Saturday to grab some perfume. The way the cash registers are set up make you believe there are multiple lines that you can wait in. Yet, there was a lady forming a line so I went behind her. There were 3 cashiers- one was doing a return, one was helping a customer who was purchasing multiple items, and one who was finishing up a transaction. As the last cashier finished her transaction, the lady in front of me started to walk up when the cashier says, "I'm sorry, I'm going to help customers on the floor." Seriously?! 1. That was horrible customer service and 2. I've worked as a cashier before and you want to make sure there are no lines BEFORE you step off your register. Next, the cashier was was doing a return saw what was happening and saw the line growing. Instead of taking the lady in front of me (who originally formed the check-out line), she helped another customer who just cut in front of us! How ridiculous are these employees? The line was getting longer and there were only 2 cash registers open. Me and the lady in front of me were getting impatient and almost wanted to leave and take our business elsewhere. Finally an employee who was just "folding" clothes decided to hop on a register but didn't even apologize for the wait. Experienced some of the worse customer service I have experienced before today at this Victoria's Secret regarding the manager on duty. My sister and I spent over an hour in the store, and together spent a total of over $350 on items. My cashier was sweet and rang up my items efficiently and when I presented her with my receipt survey $10 off $50 she accepted it and took of that amount from my total. While I understand that Victoria's Secret & Bath and Body Works (same ownership) do not have this survey available at the bottom of their receipts anymore, I have over a dozen from both stores receipts filled out with the survey disc. code waiting to use on future purchases. Seeing as I shopped at those stores on a monthly time period, I racked up those receipts and the $10 off $50 was a great incentive that they don't have anymore. So, my sales associate ringing me up had no issues with that and packed everything up and handed me my bag and thanked me. Then I went over to my sister who was at a different register and the sales associate said that she was not able to take the discount off of hers and said would ask someone else. She was very sweet and patient as well. The associate that she asked was extremely rude and dismissive of me and said "no we don't do that anymore" I said "yes I understand the survey is not given out anymore but the discount still applies and I have used it numerous times recently at varying VS (valley fair & oakridge) as well as Bath & Body Works, and literally just got $10 off mine" She said you can talk to the manager if you'd like then turned her head and back to me. After a minute I let her know I'd like to speak to her manager, who obviously is not on top of team attitude training because she herself was very sour. She proceeded to out right lecture me on how they just got an email about not allowing those to be used anymore...etc etc etc. She was rude, short with her wording, loud as if to garnish attention towards me asking for a discount and like her employee, dismissive to my request Any email form HR regarding discounts is not my issue to deal with..and she let me know that she will discuss the issue with the 2 other locations as to why they are accepting the discount when they unassumingly are not supposed to. Even if she "couldn't" give me the $10 off there are certainly other easy ways to keep the customer happy, which should always be #1. Even a smile or appreciative attitude would have sent me off in a better mood; it was her integrity that was below customer service standards and the principal of the situation that I have found a deep issue with. You are all in the service business whether to like it or not, so at least be good at it! I still do not understand why they would not accept the $10 off when the sales associate that rang me up a minute before did, when other VS locations do, and when other B&BW stores do. I left feeling very belittled, unappreciated and un-helped. After having previously managed in retail for a few years, at the end of the day the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT and even when they are not right you still do your best as a customer service employee to remedy the situation. Near the end of our trip to Great Mall, we ended up in Bath & Body Works and the sales associate DID ACCEPT the $10 off from their survey receipt. The VS managers customer service level ruined my experience in the store, and when I got home and tried to call and speak to her, I sat on the phone for 15 minutes with no response, so this is where I headed over to - where I am sure she will be able to view my description of my experience with her and her staff. 3/29/2012 was the day I visited this store. Location: 3rd gate of Great Mall, first store on the right when one walks through the entrance. Store size: Bigger than Eastridge, smaller than Valley Fair. Product line: Covers most items, but not the VSX Sports bra. Customer service: The manager/supervisor (I assumed because she was in a suit) was very helpful with my questions and even lead me to find my items. However, the staff at the cash register was condescending to the max. They did not greet me, and that's fine. Maybe a bad day for them, but this is what got me PISSED OFF: I asked the brunette staff member, "Hi, there's a bit of a wrinkle here on the bra, is it defected or will it go away with a wash?" Without answering, she said, with an attitude, "Do you want a bra OR NOT?" I was thinking, "OK DOES VICTORIA'S SECRET WANT CUSTOMERS OR NOT? If yes, it needs to retrain you." But instead I said, "I'm just asking, I do but can you please just answer my question?" She, condescendingly, ASSUMED and said, "Well, I can't give you discount or anything." I was like... "I'm not asking for a discount." And my question is still not answered. First of all, the product is flawed. Any brand needs to deliver its brand name promise. If a customer has a question that relates to the quality of this promise, it should be ANSWERED. Second of all, just because the customer has a question about the product, does not mean he/she is asking for a discount. He/she wants the quality that his/her money is worth. Even a discount would not help the situation. By assuming that, she not only is not helpful to VS to deliver its promise but also just disrespected a customer in terms of my needs; I WANT A GOOD BRA, NOT YOUR $2 DISCOUNT. Overall experience: Great store placement; very convenient and easy to find. Product line was good, offers most products. Customer service: maybe a bad day for the staff but still, I prefer MORE RESPECT please. Don't assume all customers want a discount. Assuming that just equals a slap in the face to your customers, categorizing them into money-saving fanatics who only cares about discounts.If VS's customers are like that, we wouldn't shop at VS, there are mass merchandising stores to go to for undergarments that are much cheaper. It's not because I get uncomfy when I see nearly crotchless undies but more-so when I think how much the VS brand sucks these poor women in with "revolutionary" bras which is nothing more than cloth and underwire bent a different way. OKAYY SO im giving 5 stars for one reason and that reason onllyyy! so I went to this pink store the day after Black Friday. I was very excited because on their social network sites it said their sales were still going on so I walked in very excited to get what I wanted. But sadly what I wanted and the sale that I went for, they ran out of all the items and that isn't the stores fault and it's my fault for being late so that's not what I was mad about. a bunch of different employees gave me different information which made me very confused (COMING from a customer that knows the store very well). Which caused me to be very flustered in the store for a very long time. But that's not what really triggered me. The line was veryyyy long on this day even though it was a Saturday. I was very confused because they had two cash register sections. One for pink and one for Victoria secret. But they decided not to open the pink cash registers which caused the Victoria secret register lines to be extremely long. But finally , they decided to open the pink registers when I was the next person in line at the vs registers. One of the employees moved me to the pink registers. I walked over thinking no one would be in line but there were 2 people in front of me at the pink registers and I couldn't go back even though my original line was shorter. This caused me to be very annoyed. The person Infront of me in like at the pink registers was very rude and didn't care about other. She made a SUPER NICE MALE worker named Christian go back and forth to find her size and color. Christian was the reason that made this trip a lot better. The rude customer caused others to wait in line for an extremely long amount of time and made Christian work his butt off to the maximum. She was also very rude and asked for samples (???). Also there were many RUDE customers yelling at Christian for something that wasn't his fault. I was visiting from Sacramento, California and honestly I was shocked by the way people talked to him. But no matter how rude the customers were Christian was extremely nice to everyone. It was finally my turn and I expected Christian not to be in the best mood bc all of the rude customers. But despise the rude customers he greeted me with the biggest smile and a very nice toned voice. He made jokes with me and was extremely nice. Vs / pink was giving out free slippers and Christian ran out of the slippers that were my size and the color I wanted and he kept looking and looking. I told him it was okay and that it was fine and I could take a different color but he insisted me to wait just a second. He ran to the other registers and looked for slippers my size and color !! My size is never there. The drawers are always empty. Not enough employees to provide assistance. I can walk through the entire store and finish shopping without finding a sales person to assist me. Moreover, I enjoy the special promotions online that aren't offer at their VS stores. Don't get me wrong but I love VS bras. Ok, I admit it, I was shopping during the holiday rush. But I spent over an hour in the store, with an armful of lingerie, and not so much as a "may I help you" or a "can I get a room started for you." I would chalk this up to said season if I had not witnessed two of the store's associates standing around talking about so-and-so who's dating what's his face (like, OMG!) for the duration of my time there. Oh wait, that is inaccurate. One of them was talking with her boyfriend who stopped by for the first 20 minutes or so. Both stars are for the size and stock of the store, zero are for the teen-aged half-wits they hire who can't be bothered with little things like customer service. read more
