I did love the prices. What really blew my mind was that I could throw all of my upcoming purchases into the bin at the self checkout, and it'll calculate how many items and how much it'll be. I bought items for family members. I was trying to see if someone could help me, but it looked like everyone was busy as it was closing time. I didn't want to be that guy that prevented people from closing up shop and prevented the staff members from going home. This is the location I frequently enjoy shopping at due to clear organization and fewer overwhelming clothes to sort through. The clothes got more expensive over the past year, so I usually wait until my favorite essentials and graphic tees are on sale during holidays or the end of the season. Reasonable price for using higher-quality materials. They are fast and friendly, processing returns from other store locations as long as it's under the 30-day window with a receipt. Simple, high-quality, everyday clothing [Milpitas CA] Visited this Uniqlo store located at the Great Mall in Milpitas (Bay Area). This store is bigger than the one we have in Roseville. Sometimes they might have a slightly different discounted merchandise depending on what sells better with the demographic so we wanted to check it out. The dressing rooms are at the "tunnel." The sale items were indeed different from what we have in Roseville and I ended up finding jeans I liked, had it altered for $5 (the jeans were under $20, any bottoms purchased over $20 is free alteration). My item was ready for pick-up in a couple of hours. The employees were friendly and helpful and provided great customer service.. The Great Mall is one big circle and Uniqlo has two entrances on each end... I think it's the only store that has that feature. Probably by far the nicest Uniqlo employees I have come across work at this store! Everyone from the folks working the floor to the fitting room people everyone was friendly and tried to offer help. The store itself is less spacious and bright than others and they often don't have all of the sizes of what you want but the staff more than make up for it! read more

Super happy that there is a UNIQLO location here in Milpitas with decently easy to find parking available throughout the mall. Well stock shelves and it feels like there are always new items to browse whenever visiting the store. The staff members here are super helpful. The workers working at this store were all very friendly and helpful. I needed some alterations on my pants, and the workers helped explain the process and pinned my pants. I was able to come back after shopping around for an hour. This store had all the clothing that I wanted and had spacious fitting room with no line (weekday). Don't shop here if you want to have a bad experience. Workers have a terrible attitude and not trained enough to help with a refund (mind you there were 4 associates trying to help issue a refund after they were being hardheaded with me from the beginning). Don't even bother with an item that you find online that says it's available in-store. Most of the time, the associates would go to the "back" to try to look for it, but in reality they are not. Also don't waste your time shopping here on your day off from work for these overpriced clothes. You can find the same quality clothes, if not better, from other online vendors. Not too sure if the current management here would need to train the associates again or if the associates are acting too "non-chalant" to even show positivity while working. Look at the reviews from previous associates working there. All are saying this place is based on favoritism, bad management, and appearance. If you are aren't attractive in the slightest bit, you would be folding clothes and won't have the opportunity to get promoted. IMHO I ventured in specifically to find an ultra-light down women's jacket with a hood. I was sure I'd have a large selection to choose from. Alas, I had only a few styles, and even fewer colors to choose from. Eventually I picked one and proceeded to check-out. They have a self-checkout system in place now for credit card users, with about 6 stations, and a separate area for returns and other customer service issues. Thankfully there is a line monitor who decides where you will go! The following day I found another down jacket at another store that fit my specifications perfectly (although much more expensive than Uniqlo's jacket...). So today I ventured back to the Great Mall to return it although I don't recommend going on a weekend. I walked straight to the check-out queue, and it was full of customers, but it moved fairly quickly, except for those waiting to do an exchange or return. I probably waited 10 minutes before eventually being helped but I admired the efficiency and professionalism of the line monitor. When it was finally my turn, the young lady processed my return quickly. She did examine my returned jacket carefully and asked why I was bringing it back. Having my original receipt (required for a full refund!) helped a lot! I like the HEATTECH thermal innerwear that Uniqlo carries. Check those out! read more

As a frequent UNIQLO buyer, I like this store because of the availability of color selection and also sale options. This is my go-to in the bay to get my fix of UNIQLO apparel because it is pretty consistent with the designs you probably are looking for. And this location ALWAYS has so much stock of the ultra light jackets/vests with lots of colors. And remember, there's usually a team member available to hem and recently, it only took an hour for the return, so not bad! read more

I must declare I bought a couple of clothes here all on a discount. They are still with me up to today. This is a very high traffic Uniqlo because it is near a food court and is connected to 2 sides of a mall. I like this layout because you get to look at some nice clothes while going to different sides of the mall. That's a point there. They also offer alterations if you are interested. The ambience is nice because customers come from diverse backgrounds mostly the Philippines and Mexico. For some reason there is more variety than other Uniqlo stores in Bay Area except SF downtown. Airism and Heeattech are the best things I could ever buy here. They both make sleepwear for all seasons. Heeattech in the Fall and Winter while Airism in Spring and Summer. Warning: If you come here on Black Friday it can be super tough because they do crowd control. Drawback: Took stars off because the price is so high right now. read more

The store is more section areas and most personal spaces I can feels when I'm shopping in there. It seems they have more items available in this store too! This Uniqlo has two entrances on both side of the hallways inside the mall. Make it more convenient and less crowded at the entrance areas. Good place to come for essentials, they have really good basics for great prices. My favorite place to come for jeans and shirts, both of which they have a huge variety of cuts, colors, and styles. On my last trip I noticed they have a lot of colored socks too. The store feels like it's so huge but oddly the men's section always feels a bit small. The worst part of the store is 100 percent the checkout line, it always moves so slow and there are huge crowds. It's easy to see why they've expanded so much from Japan, a little tip for pants is if you get them online they'll hem them to the right length for you for free so if you have time and don't want to order and come back at the physical store just get it online. read more

The customer service was decent for a Uniqlo and the store was clean. I miss when the staff would wear their huge red/white cape thing so it was easy to identify them. Some of the staff was shy and didn't say hi or ask people for if they needed help like other locations. One RIDICULOUS rule was making us exit through the other entry. I get that they implemented one-way flow to reduce the spread of covid, but both entrances are over 20 feet wide and customers can definitely remain socially distanced exiting the same way they entered. I had to walk 15 minutes around the mall to get to the original entrance since I parked near that side of Uniqlo. read more

I really like this uniqlo. Worth the drive to the mall since this place is not as packed as the one on Westfield mall San Jose. Park by entry 4 and it's right across from the food court. They only carry sizes through XL here so if you need any larger sizes you'll have to order online. One of my favorite stores! Finally found some undergarment items and shirts that are comfortable and reasonably priced. I have had to return a few items (skirts) and was able to do without issue. I like Uniqlo apparel because it works well. The ultralight down jackets are so compact and warm. The jeans are nice and stretchy and the T-shirts are comfy. The children's clothes are really cute since they have many of the cute Sanrio, Disney and Line characters....and best of all its moderately priced. I don't like that they don't accept exchanges, price adjustments and returns between the Hawaii and Continental US stores. The Hawaii store doesn't accept returns for on-line purchases. They now charge $5 for hemming pants that are under $20. It previously was free and when I first started shopping there it would be done within an hour or so. I'll still shop there but the policy of no returns between the Hawaii store and the mainland store I think is a bad one...just my opinion read more

Well I went by today to buy an ultra light weight down jacket for an upcoming trip. I was assisted by a sales associate, Trisha who rang me up. She was so concerned about not damaging her long manicured pink fingernails. She neglected to make sure the sensor was removed. It didn't go off as I left the store. Live and learn double check you can't rely on the sales associates. I went straight home and it wasn't until I was ready to remove the tag that I saw the sensor. I was so mad . I thought OMG now I have to go back down there wasting 40 minutes of my time just to go and get the dang sensor removed. I can guarantee that this sort of thing doesn't happen to purchases made in Japan. read more

Japanese inspired fashion yet American looking models wearing them. Location is a connector to the other side of the mall which is smart so you have to walk through and be forced to browse. Seems like styles available for all ages like conservative sweaters for my mom like 100% cashmere, sweaters I would like for someone in their 20-30's, men's styles for all ages including basic hoodies to Mr Rogers librarian looking cardigans. Prices seem somewhat reasonable. There is a clearance section. Heat undergarments on either side of the register. Children styles too. Inventory is all on the floor according to a sales person. Sizes seem to run small for American standards. Some styles looks like don't come in XL or bigger or they sold all out. DEALS: each day they have a deal on a clothing item to entice you to buy or come back. Good idea for Christmas shopping customers. STAFF: helpful young friendly upbeat. The ones I talked to seemed well trained. Lots of registers so the line moves fast. I forgot to get a gift receipt and a floor salesperson overheard me and told me to go back directly to the register and that it's easy for them to print. And it was easy plus they were able to do a gift receipt for each item I bought. They give you a nice paper bag with sturdy handles you can use as a gift bag after adding some tissue paper inside. Uniqlo is one of my favorite stores to shop for great, comfortable, lightweight, and breathe well clothes to wear for either active or casual wear. Their location at the Great Mall is one of the locations that I go to because it's near where I live. Their clothes last for a long time like 3 to 4 years, yet they are so comfy and value the quality of clothing and materials used. The sizes are smaller than expected, so I rely on men's sizes 1 size larger for my body type. But for pants, you have to fit which ones fit your body type. Prices have gone up like $2 during the pandemic era. But I value Uniqlo clothes for their technology, high-quality, comfortable to wear and it is lightweight. I mostly also buy their UT shirts for their collabs. The customer service is excellent for a retail department store, and the associates are knowledgeable on what they sell here. I purchased a vest through the self service counter and since the vest had this sensor I approached this staff named Francisco He was at that time sweeping something from the floor and when i said excuse me he just lifted his point finger instead of looking. Then when he finally faced me- it was as if he did not believe I bought the vest even as I showed the receipt He placed it on the counter and assisted 3 other customers at the self service who had the same sensor issue (i came before these 3 people) and when there was no other customer asking help- he went back to the vest and compared the time on the receipt to the time on his watch and just handed it to me without any apology I understand that you have to verify but I think Francisco needs to be retrained on respect and customer service That was really rude read more

Came here to try on and hopefully purchase some pants. Standard Uniqlo selection, everything is here, clean store for a crowded Saturday at the mall. Yada yada. But when it comes to places like these, I like to review service because that's where they really set themselves apart from other systematic stores. In the dressing room, I was helped out by Aqib(I think!) who was super accommodating as I went in and out of the dressing room. He'd consistently check with me to make sure everything was going well, and when I had to get new sizes, he took care of what I originally brought to sort the ones I didn't want anymore, and hold onto the ones I needed to compare with. When it came to hemming, he was really nice in explaining the process to me. Although I couldn't purchase there due to the location not really being in my vicinity+having to use my Uniqlo codes online, his help was much appreciated and I left with better direction on the pants I needed to get and the hemming lengths. read more

My husband and I were holding looking at the long sleeves shirt on the rack when this sales associate guy who was folding clothes on the side of the table said excuse me but he was being sarcastic. He wanted us moved out of his way instead of him going around behind us. He didn't even say thank you and he did this twice. I dont know what his problem was but he got a major attitude.
