He did this in less time, with greater skill, than the original people the manufacturer sent for assembly. Dicks had an IPO back in 2002 and trades on the NYSE under the ticket symbol DKS. Their retail prices are standard. But also some very reasonable pricing and great discounts & sales too. I still miss Sport Chalet and Sports Authority that unfortunately filed for Bankruptcy back in 2016. I also prefer to shop local and support the Mom & Pop shops. But brick and mortar sporting goods stores have become dinosaurs...so I've grown to like Dick's. It's become one of my go-to's when I prefer to try something on or experience the product prior, opposed to online shopping. And Dick's has much better quality brands and inventory compared to Big 5. Been to this location a handful of times, and each time made a purchase. I've also ordered from their website once because the size of the item I wanted wasn't in stock. The layout here is decent but the store itself is always clean and pretty well-stocked. There's usually a fair amount of store team members wandering around either stocking or tidying the sleeves & racks. A few of the Team Members here are very helpful & kind and seem to care about customer service and experiences. Reason for knocking off a star? Some of the team members here, as well as the ones at the check-out register, appear as what I call "dialing-it-in and punching a time clock" because they act as tho they don't wanna be here...and are too cool for the room. I wonder if this stems from management here...or they haven't a clue and my reason for pointing this out. Unfortunately, one of the rolls had a weird spot on it that wasn't 100% vulcanized and was semi deteriorated. I called Mike and he offered to bring me a roll but it would be later in the day. Since I had equipment coming Tuesday, I kinda needed it fast. I asked if I needed to return the roll and Mike said nope, that's yours now. I'll replace it and give you a second roll for your trouble. She then hit some KZG 3 woods and hydrids. Brad gave her some valuable instruction on her swing. Here is the point of this review. At no time did Brad pressure her to buy clubs. In fact he suggested she use her current 3 wood more often and then in the future if she wanted to be fitted come back to see him. All that at no charge.
