Bought a regulator here and I had so much trouble with it and I wanted to swamp it because the door handle was tight to get in the door panel, they didn't want to do a swamp or help me in any way, I told them the regulator comes a lifetime warranty so lifetime means lifetimes as long as u own the car. Customer service was so bad I had to call the district manager to address it, otherwise there losing customers.They weren't willing to help, they are rude and bad customer services.I don't recommend anyone coming here. read more

Just spoke with State Farm Roadside Assistance who helped me yesterday. He will no longer recommend this O'Reilly's location. The manager, Josh, and employees have no clue what customer service is. I am a 70 year old lady who purchased a bad battery from a different O'reilly. That store was awesome. This O'Reilly would not install due to "tough installation" flag on my car. I took the part off myself after borrowing a screwdriver from a nice man in the lot. What a bunch of lazy young people. They did not care at all. NEVER again. Such a poor representation of the O'Reilly company. My car is a 2005 which I have had for 19 years. In AZ a battery lasts for approx. 2 years. Give or take that would be 7 batteries over the years and I have NEVER been told I had to remove a part. read more

Would be nice if the assistant manager was a bit more helpful and not just dismissive. Walked in and patiently waited while he took other customers that came in after me which okay fine I'm in no rush. But then he finally calls me up and I politely ask if they can check my car because it has a check engine light. The have a decent size sticker on their front window that states "Free Check Engine Light Help" so I assume I can walk in and get some assistance. Instead I just get a blank stare and a monotone "we don't do that anymore...next". Okay thanks for your "help" or mere suggestions as to where I could go. Unfortunately the other Assistant manager who seemed way more helpful was busy providing quality customer service to another couple...something the guy who "helped" me should take notes of. Also, maybe remove the sticker if you don't preform that service anymore... I don't know maybe just a thought. read more

I was in a hurry to pick up some windshield wiper replacements and spent 35 minutes in there! The clerk was so talkative that he must have downed a whole pot of coffee or worse. I had to interrupt him several times to get him back on task. For example, he walked out to my car to see what kind of wipers I had, and took about an extra minute or two itemizing all the trash items in the parking lot. Seriously, I don't have the time for this. When the decision was finally made on what wiper to buy, I paid with my credit card and saw a digital notice on the pay screen that they have free windshield wiper installation with purchase. He handed me my wipers and receipt and said I was "all done." I asked who would install them for me, and he said he would be the one, but he had "about a thousand customers." Um, wasn't I there before them? I only saw one other customer in there. Not going back, even though I asked if I could have them installed if I brought them and the receipt back in another time. I bought 2 deep cycle last year trough a RV Company and they told me to pick them up at this place, I took them back this morning about 11am because my coach wasn't starting and they were Swollen, Rafael told me to comeback at 2pm to pick up the new batteries, I show up about 2.10pm and they didn't have them, he told me they will show up any minute then they start making excuses that they couldn't find it under my name, I lost like an hour, I do believe they never place the order for the warranty to make me lose my time and I had to go through the RV dealer so they can honor the warranty read more

Took a car new to us to get a headlamp bulb. Cole found the headlamp bulb right away and then offered to help install it. After YouTubing some tricks to install we realized it was a little harder than just snap it in. Cole got a manager that was there from corporate and the 2 of them installed in the parking lot of the store in 96 degree weather . Thanks for the above the board service from 2 exemplary employees.
