It has been ages since I have stepped foot into a VS store and I wanted to check out what merch they offered in person. First thoughts -- it felt scarce and I was able to browse through the entire store rather quick AND tried on a couple of items I had found in the sale section. One of them was torn, but it was a beautiful lace top that I considered using as a layering piece, but had noticed the rips in the fitting room -- I wonder if I would have been able to ask for a certain discount for the item instead of handing it back to the associate. The other, I thought was so cute, I purchased it. It was kind of hard to checkout in a timely manner as there were multiple people trying to do so at the same time / the main room where the real registers were was empty, like a ghost town. VS is not what it used to be when I was a teenager, but I still would give them a chance -- though online would probably be better than going in person, experience wise. The selection in store is not as fun as I remembered it to be at other locations. read more

OMG! Worst customer service ever! While making a purchase I was asked if I would like to open a Victoria's Secret credit card to get $25 off my purchase. I said sure why not. 20 minutes later I was told it couldn't happen because my purchase was $.25 shy of $25. Even the manager couldn't help out. Disgusting how horrible the service was. No way will I ever go back. Sadly, the credit card was already opened and I had to cancel it when I got home. Again, horrible, horrible customer service. read more

It's definitely a hit or miss with this location! One day I've come and they've had nothing my size even in stock then another time I'll come and they have everything my size and on sale. The best experience I've had here was the President's Day sale where they had all intimates on sale or clearance with BOGO options galore. They were definitely understaffed but they busyness didn't get to the employee's heads as they were still so kind, called you by name, and really looked out for your best interests not just trying to make a sale. For years I've wanted a pair of VS fuzzy sweat pants and recently I finally bought some because they were part of the sale and had awesome palm prints on them. I might spend more than I like to admit sometimes in this store, and the Ventura store might have a lot more to offer for cheaper prices, but the customer service here makes it worth it. read more

It's a large store. The associates are mostly lame.... But the merchandise is ok. They have a wide variety of Pink, pajamas, sexy lingerie, regular bras, and some clothing. I always use coupons when I come here (or any VS). I personally like Victoria's Secret for my "under-wear". Check it out if you haven't been there. read more

Staffing was rude! The girl outside the store directing the line Said the store was at max capacity then a mom and dad with child walk out and she still kept me waiting and a couple minutes later she let me in and no more people had came out I don't understand why I was left out there almost 10 mins! They didn't have my size bra I wanted so the lady ordered it and once it arrived IT WAS THE WRONG ONE !!! when she ordered it she had it in her hand I don't know how she chose a totally different one!!! The service could be a hit and miss, but most of the time good. Sometimes they have all sizes in stock but not always.The fitting room is better than at San Luis Obispo and a bit bigger too. A few days ago the employees had a dog behind the counter which they kept petting. One of employees was sick buy they kept taking care of each other. She should have been home looked to be in a lot of pain. One of the cashier coming from the dressing room didn't say excuse me and almost pushed us out of the way, although it was very slow and she could have walk around. Maybe don't have items on the wall close to the register? I don't think it takes that long to walk around rather than risking a customer injured or worse fall. read more

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences at this store. I went in and they fitted me for the correct size bra, and the girls there brought me a bunch to try on. They spent a lot of time helping me find bras that were comfortable and fit well. I prefer to shop online because they have a larger selection of items, when things don't fit right I return them in-store. I've never had any issues returning in-store. VS in general has great customer service, both online, phone and in store. #ForeverAngel read more

I spend A LOT of money at Victoria's Secret and I'm an Angel cardholder, but the customer service I received yesterday was basically nonexistent. I've shopped at many other stores, and I'm always at least greeted at the door. Even if it's busy someone comes around and asks if I'm doing ok. I'm not sure if because I'm younger I don't look like I'm going to spend any money, but the staff was very rude. Also, the swim section was very small and a mess. The drawers were labeled for particular styles, but everything was just thrown into them in piles and the sizes were all mismatched. I struggled looking through these drawers while a sales associate walked by, putting a suit back, and didn't say anything to me. I guess I expect more from Victoria's Secret. When I went to check out, the girl asked if anyone helped me like they always do, and I told her "no, no one talked to me at all actually" to which I got absolutely no response. Staff were friendly and the place is well stocked, except if you want the latest VS designs for everyday or the collabs. I'd suggest not having a staff member at the door reel of the details of deals and memberships for several minutes before customers enter. Some discretion there could be prudent, no one wants to linger outside Victoria's Secret. read more

I've shopped here numerous times and never had a problem until today. I was looking for bras to purchase since my dog destroyed my last one. I went to the changing room and was greeted by a shorter girl with short brown hair and asked if I needed to be sized, I politely said "No, I know my size." after changing in my room for a couple of minutes I hear two employees talking to each other (Since I was literally less than 7 feet away I could hear every word) She began talking and said "This girl came in with like 8 bras and I asked if she needed to be sized and said no I know my size" I would have been fine with this, but the way she said it was so incredibly bitchy. I stood there for a moment completely dumbfounded that anyone could be rude enough to say that, especially within earshot of their own customers. I put on my shirt and by the time I poked my head out of my stall she was gone, so I flagged down an employee and told her I overheard the employee talking about me in a nasty tone. Her eyes became extremely wide and said "Oh, that's just how she is" and apologized. I closed the door and gathered all of my belongings, I heard a knock, and the employee who spoke about me was standing there. She said "I didn't mean to sound rude. We just have all of our styles here so there's no reason to take the ones up front" She never apologized, she just became defensive. I work in retail, and I have never nor would I EVER speak about a customer while working, let alone within ear shot of them. That one encounter has left a bad taste in my mouth forever. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Place is unorganized and not entirely clean. The girls who work there (the two girls on the register, one blonde, one with shoulder length dark hair with light tips) were rude and clearly had no idea what they're doing. While I understand that Victoria's Secret is known for not properly training their employees, but c'mon. I had to explain the most basic of concepts to them because they had no understanding of what I was talking about. Tried to make up excuses as to why the purchase was much higher than it should be. I always find it a bit overwhelming but the staff there was so friendly and helpful I left with two bras in under 15 minutes! I paid with cash and it took the cashier about three minutes to figure out my change, even after I told her how much change I should have been given. I was then​ given the wrong change, when I told this to the cashier her supervisor came over and very rudely​ told me that I was wrong. I told her I wasn't and she glared at me and told me to "check again", I held up my change to her and she saw that I was right all along. They gave me the 20$ they had shorted me, but then the supervisor walked away without an apology. I asked my cashier to put my receipt​ in my bag and she said okay. I made it five steps out the door before I realized she had not given me my receipt​. I later found out she had misplaced it, and instead of reprinting one she lied to me. read more

They never seem to have the styles I want in the right size, even in the drawers below the displays. Also, the styles aren't above the correct drawers! Usually I get the 5 for $26 (raise your hand if you remember when it was 5 for $25! lol) with a random assortment. They don't have my bra size (not even thaaaat big!) so I don't get bras at VS, and the other stuff (pajamas, robes, etc) is usually overpriced. But I like VS overall! read more

Great experience here! I came in to buy one sports bra and ended up buying 4 bras (2 sport, 2 regular). The lady in charge of the fitting room was very busy with customers. Since she couldn't help me immediately she acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. I was also impressed with how quickly she switched back and forth between English and Spanish, taking great care of all her customers. I think her name was Jen. Once in the fitting room she checked on me, helped me find the right size, and quickly rounded up new bras for me to try on. After I made my purchases I started wearing them at home. One of the bras felt too tight around my ribcage so I went back to exchange it for another size. They were very helpful. Angie helped me in the dressing room, explaining how different parts should fit. They didn't have the color that I wanted so they offered to have the size and color that I wanted shipped to me for no extra charge! Thank you! read more

Confusingly cluttered and claustrophobic in some spots, my friend finally decided to maneuver her way to the checkout , gets to wait fifteen minutes neither of us will ever get back, only to be told when it was her turn to exit the maze and have the PRIVILEDGE to be waited on by Vicky's snob police, she was told by an employee to get back in line because she was "helping someone else" Who was she helping? Some imaginary phantom someone else I didn't see I guess... By now, the line has quadrupled and she was expected to go to the back after waiting fifteen minutes already? Ummmmm no!!!! Victoria can take her overpriced chemically sickening crap she calls perfume and go spray some cockroaches with it. My friend was about to drop a couple hundred bucks but instead, she just dropped the merchandise and walked out. Victoria just lost a longtime loyal customer because of that little blunder. I'm an angel card holder, therefore, I shop there often or online. Today was not a good day, it's a holiday and they mall was pretty busy. I made an online purchase but I wanted to use the coupons they sent by mail so I had to go into the store because that's what the offer said... it's not like I really wanted to anyways. The guy and girl at the register were not very friendly, I had a return that I had forever, to me it was no big deal, I could use it or return no big deal, but apparently to them it was. The minute I said return, they gave me an attitude which I ended up keeping the item anyways because from $50 plus that I spent on it they wanted to give me $15.00, so I said can you put the item in the bag please since I had it in my purse, I told the woman twice I said can you please put the item with with the rest of the items that I purchased in one bag. She gave me the smallest bag she could find and put my item on the side of the bag on the counter and didn't say a thing. I thought to myself if she was bothered because I used a coupon maybe they shouldn't send offers or if they don't like their jobs maybe they should find another. If it's policy of the store she should of said something not just ignored me when I talked to her. What ever makes them happy. It's not even Thanksgiving and staff already have an attitude and they seem bothered that there are people in the store. I rather have sparkly bubbly girls working than a bad attitude and burnout customer service. read more

Not sure what the deal is with all the bad reviews of this store? I shop here all the time... I find the staff to be helpful and nice just like every other Victorias Secret I've been in. I am regularly asked if I need assistance and when I ask for help; I get it. Just went in to exchange some bras I ordered online and oh my goodness. I've never had a more enjoyable experience in VS. as soon as I came in Megan helped me find my true size which was waaay off the size I initially ordered and then Jen in the dressing room hooked me up with a bunch of different styles and fits and then helped me find all the colors I needed. Throughout the entire time in the store I was asked by multiple different ladies if I was doing ok or needed anything, everyone was super helpful letting me know if anything was out of stock they could ship it to me. Was sold a used bra ):! Really pretty store! I was in a rush and couldn't find my size in a strapless bra-an employee said she was having a hard time finding my size and after about 5 min handed my size to the cashier-when I got home I noticed the tag was tattered-and it looked lightly used! The bra was $60 after tax-very simple/plain and basic style. I was surprised that I was sold a used bra! The next day I told the manager and she was "pleasantly unapologetic" and explained that it was probably JUST "heavily handled" by customers and that it was used by customers to try on for size".....hello that means USED!?! The manager shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing wrong with a heavily handled bra (or lightly used by customers)-bra being sold to me. I did get my money back with no problem -however it was an odd interaction. I left scratching my head! NOTE: JUICY TIP-write down the exact bra you want-and size and buy it NEW with tag on Amazon for half the cost! Plus you'll get a NEW BRA! It was incredibly busy, only one person working the floor, one working the fitting room, and one working the register. Valerie (the one working the fitting room) was doing about 30 different things a minute and remained EXTREMELY cool under pressure.
