I assured her that even though I was only wearing a tank top under my shirt (my bras were being laundered after a hot Mexican vacation) I was bigger than I looked. Anyways, the bra is sexy and fits really well (ha, Lady!). Plus, I got ten bucks off using the free panties coupon from the mail. If you like to be glam then stop on by and let the salespeople check out your boobs too. There is a Pink store next door and a section with all their fragrances and body lotions. Love this store, love their leggings they are the best leggings I have ever wore and reasonably priced. They are soft and come in many colors. In which I have all of the colors except for two of them. Anyhow the store was neatly organized and I had three sales people come to me to see if they can help me find something which was very nice of them to do that. The store was huge and we didn't have to wait long to get in to shop nor was there any waiting to check out. I will definitely be back the next time I come shopping here. It was kind of hard trying to find my size in pajamas but that's okay at least I got to feel them. Going to order them online if they have my size. So disappointed!!! Walked in with my daughter to see if they can fit her for her first real bra fitting. All associates were talking to each other, and I had to butt-into there conversation to get help! They were snotty and rude. I asked if they can do a fitting, they gave me a giggle ( mind you they had the tape measure around their necks) and said no and our fitting rooms are closed! As much as I like the new remodel I don't like the customer service at this location anymore. They send me free panties in the mail (probably because I shop here so often) so I asked one of the ladies (her name was MJ I think) where the panties were located. She pointed and said they're "right over there" and walked away. No biggie, I had some other shopping to do so I was just browsing around and looking at different colors/styles of the items surrounding it and she comes up and says "the free ones are these, not those" I already knew that but the gesture was nice. I'm looking at other undies and she comes up to me TWO more times and tells me "ma'am, these aren't free" I just looked at her like she was crazy and simply said "I'm well aware of what my free panties are as you've pointed them out and told me three times now which were free. Came in looking for something cute for Valentine's Day where me and a friend were bombarded by a sales associate that would not leave us alone. At first she was very helpful showing us how what promos they had going on which we were told was a new cosmetic bag with their new body line in it and all we had to do is spend $20. We then were told that if we showed that we downloaded the app that we would receive a free pair of underwear. And lastly we were told that there was a coupon on the app to get us a free waterproof phone case with a pink purchase. Let me just get to the part where literally all these promotions were false... we had to spend $20 on specific body products to get the body bag. When I went to check out I told the cashier about the free underwear and she confirmed and asked to see that I downloaded the app but did not give me the free underwear. I realized this after I had left. And the phone case was really like I waterproof bag that I received and was far from the "case" they were speaking of. I've never been so mislead in this store. My partner and I went to this store in January. I'm not sure what was going on but it was something. It seemed like maybe higher ups from corporate were in? Everyone working there was on edge and one woman, some sort of management I'm assuming, ruined the entire experience. She followed us around making recommendations to an excessive extent. She WOULD NOT let us shop in peace. She turned what should've been a 15 minute stop into an hour. Neither of us could look at anything with out her popping up. We kept trying to politely tell her we're both good but she was relentless. She also kept talking into her headpiece like a CIA agent every time anyone walked in. It was weird. Easily the most bizarre shopping experience I've ever had. My girlfriend has anxiety and is bummed she can't stop there anymore because this experience was so bad and she has to just online shop now and I'm bummed I have to hear about it all the time. I left the store a few minutes ago. I spent five minutes walking around trying to find what I was looking for. I encountered two sales people. Neither one greeted me or acted like they were even interested that I was a customer. When I couldn't find what I wanted, I circled back and asked one of them if they could point me in the right direction. She wasn't helping another customer. Instead of helping me she said they are back that way. I asked her if she could be more specific and she said back that way. I should have left the store then. When I finally located what I wanted, I went up to the cashier to pay and there was one person working there. I waited until she was finished with the person in front of me. Instead of waiting on me, she proceeded to call someone that had been looking for something on line. She completely ignored me and carried on a five minute conversation. I will never go to Victoria's Secret again even though I have been a customer for many many years. This is not the first time this has happened to me in there. It has happened to me two other times and I decided to overlook it. No more. This company is not doing well and there's a reason for it. You have no regard for your customers. I have gone to this Victoria's Secret location for years. I have always enjoyed going here and the customer service was always consistent. That is, until recently. For the past few years since the store changed location in this mall it seems as though the moods of all the workers switched as well. I have come into the store on numerous occasions to have been insulted and treated like all they wanted me to do was leave (don't think that I don't want to leave as well after the experience I've had here) It's like Hollister and Victoria's Secret switched their store attitudes. However, when I go in to buy things and bras I don't want to be rushed or treated with utter disrespect. All in all, I will stop complaining about other times I've been here and tell a story about the worst customer service ever. On a trip to the mall with my best friend, we decided to go into Victoria's Secret. We generally know where everything is and don't usually need help. On this occasion like any other, a sales associate went up to us (not seeming like they wanted to) and asked if we needed any help. We responded with "No, but thank you for asking!" Giving a friendly smile. She then proceeded to ask us "Are you both sisters?" With a face of unreadable expression. We both giggled and replied with no, but we practically are as we have been friends for years. Without asking why, the sales associate responded with "you both have really similar dark under eye circles" and proceeded with her blank stare and "if you need anything let me know" (but not really) nod. In a store where women shop to look good and feel good about themselves that comment was totally unnecessary and unacceptable. I believe that if someone does not know what not to say to women in a store for WOMEN, they should not be able to work there. As a client that has been going there for years, I might return, just not as often, and I'll most likely be one to point out the rudeness I experience next time if it were to happen. read more

Shitty service for the size of the store there should be more people working. I literally had to run someone down to get help and got a bit of an attitude for asking a question. Then I asked at the counter how much did I have to spend to get the free bag and she said $10 more, so I asked for a $20 gift card, and she didn't say anything until after I paid. I asked where the bag went and she's like "oh the gift card doesn't count". Are you kidding me you stupid ass, why the fuck would I spend an extra $20? She didn't even offer me a box and she obviously knew it was a gift... she gave me a gift receipt. Have never had such a shitty experience with such rude and stupid people. Horrible customer service. Never knew I enjoyed getting bombarded by sales associates at Victoria's Secret until today when I received next to no help at all. I came in to buy something spicy and left empty handed. First of all, I was not greeted upon walking in the store. After walking around with a whole armful of merchandise for 20 minutes, I was still not approached by a single sales associate. Once I got let into the dressing room I asked to see a couple more sizes and the woman working said she would check but didn't think what I wanted was in stock. After trying on a few of the bras I selected I asked a different woman to see some related styles. She claimed she would look around but never returned to the fitting room. I waited 15 minutes to hear back from her before I decided to get dressed and look for myself. When I left the fitting room I saw her standing around talking to another sales associate! I approached her and said "so you couldn't find anything?" She shook her head and said "try again next week." I'm very disappointed in the service I received today at this location, especially after seeing a few of the styles I asked for in my sister size that I would've liked to try on. I've received amazing service in the past from women named Medina and Amy but I haven't seen them recently, the women working today were not at all helpful and I will be visiting another location or ordering online from now on. read more

Let me tell you how my experience went at this store; because some of my time there was amazing! But certain things I was very disappointed In. So I came in with my two young daughters in pink. At first we were looking at some yoga pants and as soon as we picked up a pair a young sales associate ( long brown hair, glasses. Her name might have started with a D) ran over to us and said excuse me what can I help you find , I told her politely as I could we were just looking. She replied by asking my daughter what size she needed in the pants she was holding and then when I told her we were fine she just rolled her eyes, walking away staring at us until we left the table then ran over and fixed the pants we had just been touching while giving us a dirty look. ( was only like 6 no where near closing time ) feeling uncomfortable we went over to the VS side a girl named Sandra ? Or maybe sandy ? immediately asking us tons of questions you could tell she really didn't care about and being a typical crazy sales lady and not leaving us alone . As we finally escaped from her and continued to browse by ourself later approached by young lady named Ashley greeted us and was amazing ! Got all us all measured and was so sweet then took us to the fitting room where we had a very overly pushy older lady let me in. Then I came out of the fitting room with all the new bras I liked written on a card a very young lady with green hair named Samantha came and greeted me and let me know Ashley was on her break so she would be taking care of me ! She was so amazing ! She took us patiently to all the Bras for all three of us. While making conversation about colors with my daughters . She then got us all panties , and was so understanding when I was picky about what I let my daughtwrs wear. She then asked if we had been to pink and when I told her why we didn't want to shop over there (because of the rude SA) she apologized and listened then personality took us over there and found us all outfits while making sure we all felt comfortable as Ashley came out and asked us how everything went her and samanthaworked as such a good team to finish our shopping with us. And showed us to the register as they walked away I asked Sammantha what her name is and she told me but then let me know not to worry and let them know Ashley was helping her such great selfless teamwork.
