Before the technician applied the second coat, I politely let her know that I wasn't happy with the color. Instead of offering a solution, her response was, "Well, I already did one coat on all 10 fingers." I explained again that I didn't like the color and was hoping we could fix it, but my concerns were completely dismissed. There was no effort to accommodate my request or make sure I left happy with the service. Despite being unhappy with the final result, I still paid the full price because that's what's expected of customers. I just wish that same level of accountability and customer service was expected from the business. If a customer respectfully expresses that they're unhappy before the service is finished, there should at least be an attempt to correct the issue rather than dismissing their concerns. However, the technician applied long, pointy oval nails instead. When I expressed my desire for shorter, oval nails, he responded that achieving this look would be difficult due to the width of my nails. Despite my reservations, I chose to remain respectful and allowed the technician to continue with the service. I had looked at my nails and thought he had done a decent job.
