When I went to the dealer, they quoted really high price and added a bunch of unnecessary services. I was able to get an estimate from Vuong which was much more affordable, and it was great to be able to text back and forth to make sure I'm only getting the services I really needed. It was also super easy to make an appointment. They were able to get me in and out in the same day even with all the difference things being done to my car. It was also really convenient that they have after hours dropoff available. You just park your car in their lot, and they have a safe place to drop off your keys. This was helpful because I had some work meetings I had to take in the morning at the time they opened, so I was able to go in before they opened and drop off my car. One of the attendants got me started on the paperwork almost immediately. By 10:55am, my car was already being inspected, and by 11:05am, everything was done. The total, including the state paperwork, was $58--about $15 less than what I paid for my last smog check at another shop. I was really happy with the quick turnaround and the price.
