During that same visit the technician opened the dryer I had not asked them to inspect, sent photos of the interior, and quoted $225 for a dryer cleaning. I declined. The technician left without finishing the washer repair and without telling me a part had to be ordered. Customer service later said the part would take 3 to 4 days. I was not given a scheduled follow-up through me. On 8/21/26 the technician arranged access with the tenant and returned. After that visit the washer still did not work. The tenant reported, and video from the visit shows, that a cement counterweight piece was detached on the floor while the machine was opened. The technician told the tenant not to use the washer and that there were additional problems, including drain and shaking issues. He asked her to pay the remaining balance on the spot because he could not reach me. She paid. I was not present. Their invoice dated 8/21/26 lists the washer repair at $360, states the door-lock issue was solved, and notes a 3-month warranty. I asked for a refund and offered to return the part. They declined. The washer remains inoperable. I do not recommend this company for landlord-coordinated repairs.
