After moving in, we noticed the grout in the high traffic areas in the kitchen and bathroom were very dirty and almost a brown color. We used Unique Touch for carpet cleaning in our prior home and reached out to them for tile and grout cleaning. I must admit we were very skeptical as to whether or not the grout could be restored to its original color. Mike assured us it could be cleaned and stopped by for a sample cleaning. After cleaning 2 or 3 tiles along with the grout, we were amazed at how good it looked. We hired Mike from Unique Touch on the spot. Mike and his team showed up 2 days later and spent 4 hours cleaning our grout and tile throughout the entire house, minus 2 bedrooms which are carpeted. Mike and his team were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. We also felt the price was very fair. Our floors have been restored back to the original tile and grout color. Alex's Tree Services did an excellent job removing a dead palm tree, and its stump, from a super…read moretight space in my backyard. On one side, a foot away from a brick wall. On the other side, a foot away from a concrete inground pool. Passing through this tight spot was an underground irrigation system AND also electrical cables for landscape lighting. I was so scared something was going to go terribly wrong. But Alex had a very unique tool - he says he's the only one in the Valley with it - that allows him to cut up the stump more carefully and deftly without nearby damage. He showed me the hole when he was done so that I could see the stump was GONE. Now, you'd never even know there was a tree there. If you need a tree and stump removed *carefully* from a particularly difficult spot, Alex and his crew excel at that and are superb.
