Awesome crew. Quick to respond, friendly, helpful, made sure they communicated well. Pretty good value too considering I had them put in full synthetic oil and top off my coolant. They also did a great job making sure things were put together well and careful with my skid plate bolts which were a bit rusty. Will go there every time if they keep this up. read more

As far as the employees go and the work they did was good. But the prices are F-ing crazy. Anywhere else I pay 65 on a 24 chevy malibu. Not at quickly oil 134 dollars oh and they charge 2 dollars for wiper fluid. Very disappointing experience...boooo read more

If I request a certain oil to be used in my car, I would expect them to be able to listen. However, I was falsely told my engine is burning oil and I should have a flush done, being a new car owner I didn't think anything of it, that being said it's funny how I can go to the place down the street and have it done for 45-90$ max, and they just gave me 5w30 instead of 10, when, Hondas Manufacturer rules state " temps below 20°F should use 10w20 Any temps above 20°F should use 10w30." How come I was falsely told it doesn't take that and I should use what they recommend instead? How come I paid 167$ for a flush and oil change when they're usually 80$. I needed that money for bills but it's okay, take it away! And coerce customers into getting things they don't need, nice. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED. read more

This is the friendliest oil change place I have ever been to. They aren't pushy trying to convince you to upgrade everything but they do give you their honest opinion. As with most cars these days, mine has a belly pan under the engine compartment, which improves the car's aerodynamics and therefore fuel economy. 10 fasteners hold it in place, and all are easy to remove and reinstall. These guys left out half of them!!!!! They also left the oil drain plug under-tightened - barely more than finger tight. Oil therefore seeped / leaked out. Normally I do my own oil changes. I only went there because I had a broken bone in my hand and couldn't do it myself. I'll never, ever go back. read more

As always I try and give people a second chance and whatever task they perform. Today (April 1, 2019) I went to Victory Lane to get an oil change and the service and final transaction went as expected with a bit of grumbling from me for the very expensive oil service and the $6 per quart charge for coolant. Later in the evening, just before 7, I couldn't find my debit card. So I did what anyone would do, I called the store. The conversation went like this: Store: Hello, Victory Lane. Me: Hello, my name is Gene and I'm a customer. Who am I speaking with please? Store: (Hostile Tone) Who is this and what do you want!?! Me: (Pissed) I've given you my name, Gene, and now I have asked for yours. Store: I don't want to tell you my name because we get a lot of scammers here! (As if giving a first name would drop his credit score or disclose National Defense Secrets) (Mind you they have uniform shirts with names on them) Admittedly, I lost it and tore into this young man with little or no knowledge of social skills or human conversational interaction. I have been going to the Howell Victory Lane oil change for many years. The workers are always courteous and helpful. They seem to be careful about their work and the new employees take their time to do it correctly. I am glad that these preventative services have kept my old car running a long time. I get full synthetic oil It is worth the money. They sometimes notice another issue. One noticed I had a weak car battery and I am glad. He had one to install on the spot. read more

A turkey flew into my windshield on I-96 yesterday. I did not my car serviced by them; however, I was stranded at the Speedway gas station next door and went to Victory for advice for windshield repair techs in the area. They lent me their ears, helped me find a service tech, gave me a place to sit and calm down, and helped out with a wiper blade that had popped off from the impact. Had my oil changed there 1 year 1/2 ago. I had 100% synthetic oil put in my Escape. Said 5 to 10,000 miles. But when the attendant put the sticker on my windshield he said it only says 3,000 miles till next oil change then told me just to ignore that. Must think I'm a real idiot. I got hold of corporate and was told that fords tell you can get more on synthetic because they want your engine to go bad so they can sell you a new car. Sorry I'm not that dumb. I don't even think they changed my oil. When he showed me the dip stick he said the oil appears a little dirty so I should have something else checked on my car. My computer went off at 1500 miles telling me I needed an oil change. Will never go back there. Back to Ford where I get good honest service cost me 1/2 the price and they wash your car when they are done. Now that's what I call service. read more
