Tried knafe from almost every knafe place in town. Non compares to victory sweets very good service. A regular customer.

This is a true middle eastern sweet and you will not go wrong trying this place. The kanafeh is real like it should be. The variety's of baklava sweet it's worth to try. The prices it's fair and affordable. The management are down to earth they provide outstanding service and very helpful. Closed Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 10:45 am. Arrived ready to taste Victory's sweets on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 14:44/2:44. There was no 'we'll return at' or store hours signs posted. The shop was empty, lights off and the doors were locked. UPS left a notice their delivery was left next door. This place was amazing! One of the true mom and pop shops still around. Went in for some baklava, and it is so wonderful. I also had a chance to try their cheese dessert and it was super amazing. My family and I talked about picking up a tray of sweets from here for our family get together because they are so beautifully made with love and taste so delicious. The owner was also really great at showing us everything he had baked. Can't wait to go back. read more

I have been coming to Victory bakery since at least 2005. One thing I say is that the quality and the service is always changing to the best. Mohamad has always been kind and generous. More importantly he takes every comment seriously and tries to improve the customer experience always, whether was it at his old "mega" store or at one of his tow humble stores. According to yelp they close at 9 pm. We drove 30 minutes to the establishment and were very excited to try the yummy looking sweets pictured but they were closed at 8:20 pm. This is probably my favorite middle eastern dessert place in all of Orange County. They have many traditional style desserts that are all made from scratch. The best part is you can call ahead and literally get a fresh made dessert to be picked up the same day. Victory Sweets is an awesome Middle Eastern pastry shop that has a wide variety of delectables. Of the ones we tried, each had a good balance of sweetness with each bite. You can also order an entire knafeh (Lebanese style) (would call maybe 15 min ahead of time), which is really good - love the pistachio toppings and the texture. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for Middle Eastern pastries! read more

Amazing baklava! The quality of the pistachios really blew my my mind. You can taste butter in every chew and the dough perfectly flaky and crunchy not to soaked in syrup just Perfect! I used to go to a spot in north hollywood but this place blows them out of the water! And its closer to home! This place is gold! And everything is made by hand in store. read more

Came in search of baklavas! The interior is nice, all of the baked goods are displayed behind a glass window. They have cashew, pistachio and chocolate flavored baklavas. They come in different shapes and sizes. I have to admit that I was not the biggest fan of baklavas but they make it fresh here and they're still sweet but not overly sweet. My fiancé LOVES baklavas so he was extremely happy with them! They also carry shortbread like cookies with (I believe) an apricot jam filling. The shortbread cookies are crumbly and delicate - not overly sweet. Have them with coffee or tea and they're perfect. They sell their goodies by weight, we got two of each baklavas and 1 of each shortbread cookies totaling 12 something almost 13$. And we got to sample date shortbread cookies. read more

The BEST knafe and baklava out there! I was lucky enough to get the first hot slice of knafe and it blew my mind! Also, I have never even been a fan of baklava and having it from here makes it one of my favorite desserts! Flakey, buttery flavor in every bite, super fresh and not too sweet. From the outside I saw the baker in the kitchen handling supplies with one hand and holding a cigarette on the other. It was a shocking view. Delicious, beautiful sweets! The place is very clean and the servers are very welcoming. I especially loved their kanafeh (sadly I forgot to take a photo to show how wonderful it looked). Their kanafeh is fresh and not too sweet; it has that gooey cheese texture that kanafeh is suppose to have. Their cookies are also a-must-try! Everything is fresh and great.
