It's always tough to choose which company to go with when there are so many, but I started with Victory because of the great reviews. They did not disappoint. When I called the receptionist, I received an immediate and friendly response. I then sent in some photos of the broken water heater so I could get a quote. I was amazed to receive a full and detailed quote (costs, arrival time, and a description of the job) within just 20 minutes. The following morning, our plumber Ryan came over to repair our water heater. He was friendly and efficient, making everything seem easy. I got the sense that he really cared. I recently used Victory Water Heaters and I can see why they have a perfect 5 star rating. They are very helpful and made sure that my situation was taken care of immediately! I called in last minute to have my water heater repaired. I was in a bit of a panic because I had friends visiting from out of town and I couldn't let them take a cold shower! Drew was such a cool guy! He helped me get my appointment and everything set up for my water heater. My water heater was just going downhill for a while now and I feel like it was getting less and less hot. It's hard to say though. But anyways, Drew was great. The day I made the call they came out and gave me a free estimate to replace my hot water heater. I appreciated the explanation of what they do and why. Very professional and friendly. The next morning Benson was out to install my new water heater. I ended up replacing my old 40 gallon water heater with a slightly larger 50 gallon hot water heater. I had three different plumbing companies give bids. One plumbing service was over $2,000 which seems excessive and the other just wanted to bid over the phone. They are a locally owned business who prides themselves in being honest and genuine when it comes to their customers. One of the main reasons I was drawn to them over anyone else was their amazing service. They understand that to have a thriving business they must put the customer first. Their manager and secretary made sure to always call me back when I left them voicemails. They put me in on the schedule even when they technically didn't have any more openings left. Since I was in desperate need of hot water they scheduled me before someone who didn't have as urgent as a job as me. Hands down one of the best places to get work done from! I'm had HVAC, plumbing and other services done and these guys were by far the best! They were on time (huge to me), polite(++) and very knowledgeable when it came to water hater work; they were able to answer questions to where I understood what they were saying. The lady who I initially spoke to on the phone was great. Took down all of my information. I received a call back from one of the technicians shortly after.
