If you value your family's safety,…read moretake your business elsewhere.My 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has repeatedly suffered from dangerous, unexpected total electrical shut-downs related to Safety Recall 03A. The first time it happened, my two young children--one of whom is autistic--and I were stranded dead in the middle of the highway on backroads, and on an incline with cars flying past us at 55. The brakes failed to engage, leaving us completely helpless until finally someone stopped to help. It was a deeply traumatizing event for my kids. Another dealership applied the recall software "fix" and replaced the 12V battery. That fix completely failed, the battery died a second time in May 2025 and was replaced by Autoworld, last week the 12V died for a THIRD time. When I brought it back this third time, the service department explicitly admitted to me that they had absolutely no idea why the battery keeps dying and confirmed there were no error codes--but dismissively told me it "should be fine." Unsurprisingly, my car was also in need of an urgent safety recall because of a fire risk (to the hybrid battery, not the 12 V, but who's keeping track anyway?) which they performed a software update to remedy. Given the gross inefficacy of the 03A "update", I am extremely concerned that my car still might burn my house down or seriously injure one of my loved ones. I requested parasitic draw testing and deep electrical diagnostics for the 12V, and was denied. I told the service advisor AND corporate case manager that I was not comfortable driving my family in this car without any explanation as to why it continues to malfunction. After this conversation, my service manager was suddenly very hard to get a hold of. I would call and get transferred back to reception after many rings and then disconnected. This happened multiple times. Ultimately, they forced me to pick up an undiagnosed, stalling-prone vehicle without putting a root cause in writing. To top it all off, they said the 12V wasn't under warranty anymore because instead of starting the clock when they replace the battery for the second time, they started it at the first repair. They then charged me for the diagnostic tests and forced me to pay out-of-pocket for my rental car, completely ignoring my requests for a direct-bill corporate voucher.This dealership engages in deceptive documentation, shows a total breakdown in basic communication, and forces mothers to drive away in unsafe vehicles with their children under corporate coercion. Stay far away from their service department and from Chrysler in general. These people are disregarding the safety of families so that they can continue to profit.

She went out of her way to get me help quickly. Along came Adam, one of Hansel Ford's mobile mechanics. He was great! He had to jump start my car just to get the hatch door open but even on a cold wet afternoon he was cheerful and friendly and he got the job done efficiently and professionally. After having my truck for two weeks, they replaced two parts that did not fix the warning issue and ignored the visibly damaged components I specifically pointed out. They later told me the truck had a "transmission noise" and scheduled another appointment--only to later admit that the technician was wrong and that "it's just how Mavericks sound." Even after that, they still never checked under the damaged splash guard, something I had asked them to do four separate times. It took multiple attempts to reach the service manager, and several calls before he finally picked up. There was no apology or explanation for why the requested repairs weren't completed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it took over 30 minutes just to get JJ to the counter so I could request the refund he had promised on the phone. He claimed it couldn't be processed immediately because it had to go through accounting--but minutes after I left, another staff member (Calli) processed it without issue. Clearly, he wasn't being truthful. Very poor service overall, from communication to follow-through. I'll be taking my business to another dealership.

I know ever part of this car. The one time I pick up my car and go home is where I lost all rights. I have gone in for oil changes and the one time I head out to L.A. I notice the oil was dirty. Had the 10 point inspection and the paper work stated all good. Picked up a nail and found out not only the front tires had no tread on the insides but the back as well do to them rotating the tires every 6000 miles, they couldn't inform me that I needed an alignment? They saw my car ever 2 to 3 months. I paid good money to think I had them looking out for the saftey of my car. This car is a hobby as well as a daily driver. Sad to think we can be treated in this fashion after throwing down a small fortune. I will never come here again..
