Diagnosed my chevy express press van with bad transmission. Paid 2k out of pocket and got transmission replaced under 3rd party warranty called omega insurance. Got my truck back and it drove worse than before and the 1 to 2nd gear shift still broke. Most likely misdiagnosed problem but they blamed it on the transmission that was sent to them. Then they charged me 80 bucks to get ny van back because they had to "diagnose" the bew transmission they just put in. Im about to get lawyer and made complaint with Bbb. If this chevy dealership wants to rip me off they are messsing with the wrong plumber and I have lawyer on standby. My advise is too stay away from this dealership and get a 2nd opinion of you use them. read more

So- buying a car is not the most pleasant thing to do. For us, it's important to spend our money with people who treat us well and who operate with integrity. We knew what we wanted, had been to several dealerships in Santa Rosa and Healdsburg. In Healdsburg we got all the way to the purchase and they added "mandatory add ons" for 3k! It was a deal breaker for us. Gary at Victory was impeccable. He listened to us, offered no bull and the price he quoted was the price we walked out with. They were respectful with our trade in, and we drove our truck off the lot within hours. When we got to the finance department and Victor was amazing, no hard sell, explained everything clearly and allowed us to make our decisions with zero pressure. It's a bit sad to see the state of affairs at most Chevrolet dealerships nowadays. The employees seem overwhelmed mentally and as a result they deliver a mediocre customer experience. "Your car will be ready at noon" *I don't get any update until I called 2hrs later. "Let me call you back in 15min after I calculate the parts" *an hour passes with no response. Come on guy, thats 2 inaccurate follow ups. If you need more time just say so, but SAY SOMETHING. Mind you, I was just getting an inspection to confirm I needed new brake rotors. Not to actually get them installed yet. Its 30min worth of labor, according to the bill I got. Why did it take over 5 hours to get an update? Something is WRONG with this process. I already knew I needed new rotors, did they nickel and dime me? Maybe. But Advisor Fernando Torres claimed an inspection was NEEDED. Not sure how these guys are incentivized but dear gosh are they good at wasting your whole day for a 30min job. So at Petaluma it's $255/hr for labor. Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista quoted me at $175/hr for labor. Grand total I would pay for brake rotor/pads installation at each place? $2900 at Victory Chevrolet in Petaluma OR $1900 at Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista? A $1000 difference for two dealerships only 1hr 30min apart. Abel Chevrolet even also has WAY better customer service and they're not making little mistakes like failing to follow up on a phone call. Thats very basic stuff, its sad. Corvette owners, the rumors are true. Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista is the golden standard for chevrolet dealerships in the Bay Area. I made an appointment to test drive the Lyric EV and was told that the car would be moved out of the showroom and ready for me but when I arrived there car was on the showroom floor and occupied by other customers. I was told that they might buy it so maybe no test drive. I got a bunch of mumbling excuses and platitudes and then left. Clearly Detroit's low standards of dealership service have not improved along with their cars. Looks like another Benz for me. read more

If I could I would give them no stars, in March I came to get an oil change and I had to wait for my vehicle because we were headed to San Francisco that day. After almost 2 hours of waiting an employee, John, came to me and explained they broke apart during the oil change and they would comp it, but I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until tomorrow due to the fact that they had to order the part. We had no other mode of transportation so we had to ask if their shuttle would be able to take us back to Santa Rosa, they offered no assistance knowing i was taking my mother to SF for her doctors appointment. The shuttle driver was kind as he drove my mother and I home. On my way home from borrowing my sons vehicle John calls me shortly before closing to tell me my car isn't finished. I asked for a rental car and he suggested I borrow a car again or possibly get a ride because it was almost closing time. Finally after still remaining upset, he acted like he jumped through hoops to get me a loaner. Let me remind you, this was all for an oil change. Than once again, the next day he calls/texts right before closing telling two things: I'm responsible for the cost of repair due to it being "expensive" and I have the rental back by 6. I work and live in Santa Rosa, so I'm not sure what he assumed I was doing. I was at work as the reason why I needed a vehicle. I payed for the repair even though I did not break the part and other mechanics said this is not normal wear & tear. I wanted my car back and I asked him for the receipt and parts. When I got there (around 6:15 b/c I got off work at 6) he wasn't there and had an office lady hand me a print-out with no invoice or part. I had to return the next day to get the part and invoice. I was so upset, little did I know he gave me someone else's invoice. I didn't want to hear he keep telling me that I was responsible for this. Eventually when I was able to, I picked up the correct invoice. Here's all my documents: I saved voicemails, part and texts of the unprofessionalism I experienced with Victory. I had called in to make an appointment to have my 2008 Cadillac CTS have a transmission service. My vehicle has under 130K miles on it and is in great condition. Yet I was met with rudeness that because I didn't buy my vehicle there they wouldn't touch it. I asked for a recommendation for a local shop (awe previously did regular maintenance at home and wanted a clean bill of health before selling it. This associate didn't get that I was getting the regular services done due to me having a buyer for my vehicle which means I would be looking at a new one. Not only did this pass poor attitude and lack of assistance cost a service but it also costed a new car sale. Do not waste your time or money at this dealership. Their customer service is crap. I live about two hours away and contacted them over the phone about purchasing a 2023 Cadillac. Eric was so nice and helpful . Zero bs, and zero typical salesman mentality. He was so personable, easy, smart and fast. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. They had a ton of really nice cars/ trucks on the lot. It was easy to find, everyone in the place was so friendly . I was sent over to Kevin for the rest of the process to deal with the financial process... he made it extremely easy. Took my vehicle in for 15K service and some mechanical problem. The service part was 800. plus then another 2K for the mechanical problem. They repaired the problem and charged for it. When questioned turns out the mechanical part was under warranty. They took most of that off but still basically changed the oil and filter for nearly 1K . I will not be going back there. Do not go there for service. They only check a bunch of boxes and don't do any work. read more

Awful experience, highly recommend you go ANYWHERE else! Want to acknowledge I understand that car inventory is low and today's car market is a mess. I came into Victory Cadillac knowing the exact car I wanted as it was on the Cadillac website marked "in transit". I left telling Terry that I did not want to sign any lease contract without the car. He called me the following week saying the car was 2-3 days out and I should sign the lease, so I came and signed the paperwork. Multiple weeks went by and no car, and constant lies from the dealership about estimated time. 2 MONTHS LATER, the car arrived...(2 months of payments gone out the window) The car arrived without the other equipment I ordered and I was still expected to pay for something they told may not arrive for another 6 months. No apologies, and no offer of refunding money lost from not having the car. I had to deal with multiple members of management and GM HQ to get out of the lease. I was also told signing a lease contract without seeing the car is also questionable under California Law.... This place is a joke. Don't give into their cute lies about it being a family business and them caring for their customers. Go anywhere else. read more

I brought my truck to Victory Chevrolet " service department" , for a fully warenty covered mechanical issue. Victory had my truck for 2 days, during that time they never contacted me to let me know that a part was needed to fix the problem. No call or answer to my calls, 2 days later I had to go in person to be told any the needed part which they hadn't even ordered, maybe next week. bought a Silverado EV 1500 WT. made my purchase, drove it home. by accident I found out that the plugs in this model are substandard. their only 400 watts, normal is 2000. it will run battery chargers, but construction tools on a jobsite won't operate. I complained, asked for an appt to bring it back, no response, asked if it could be fixed, no reply, asked why this important fact was not disclosed, no reply. how I have a truck I cant use and don't want. victory was sleasy for the nondisclosure, and Chevy is remis in not requiring disclosure. perhaps Chevy should examine why company policy has strayed so far from honesty and integrity. This dealership is by far the worst Cadillac I've been to. No one is friendly or outgoing or welcoming. Ive been to numerous Cadillac dealerships and moving forward I will travel back to South San Francisco to service my car at that location. As a female I'm not treated nearly as well as my spouse 80% of the time I'm even ignored. Was in the market to upgrade my vehicle & the salesperson didn't even acknowledge me only my husband. Went to service the car & my husband waited over five minutes to figure out where his key fob was while two teqs had a side conversation. Do yourself the favor. If you own a Cadillac you deserve to be treated like such at a Cadillac dealership. Go to a different location where they recognize without your business they have none. Would give zero stars if I could. Will not be retuning for a service or to purchase a vehicle ever again. read more

I saved a whopping $5000 in coming to Victory after 2 other dealerships. Hands down the best price - no games, no gimmicks, no haggling - just the best price right off. As a woman this is especially appreciated. Victor was an outstanding salesman - listened to my needs - showed me exactly what I wanted and got an additional $500 Costco discount that I did not expect. Watch out they do not keep accurate records at all. I no longer trust them. I have had multiple things (including oil changes) done there and now all of a sudden they have no records of any work done on my vehicle. Thus the reason I always scan stuff in. Everything was going great until the Finance Assistant, Ben Buller, provided incorrect information. The car was a done deal. I'm not sure if he was a lazy employee or he was simply upset that my family member did not add on any extra features (that would clearly reflect on his bonus). I advice for anyone who goes to this dealership, be careful with any recommendations that Ben Buller provides. Considering anything that he verbally says does not come from a credible source. My truck had an exhaist sensor issue that started about 4 weeks ago. I dropped off my truck to get it checked out and they informed me it would be 4 to 8 days to get the part. It has now been 3 weeks, I have called about 10 times, and half the time I just sit on hold and nobody answers, the other half of the time I'm told someone will call me back to provie an update and I have yet to get a call back. They charged me to diagnose the problem already, so if I take it elsewhere, I'll need to get ir diagnosed again and pay again. I have bought many cars here, but unfortunately I won't be buying a car or getting it serviced here ever again. I'd rather pay more elsewhere. read more

They push to get you into a lease end protection program by telling you "today is the only day you can sign up for it, but can easily cancel within 30 days". Three phone calls, two voicemails, and eventually just waiting on hold to speak to someone, I finally got through to the finance department. They said someone would email the cancelation confirmation in 24-48 hours. Never happened, back to the circle of calls and voicemails, and now 30 days has lapsed. I also sent an email to the manager and that's gone three weeks without a reply. This is a shady place to do business, look elsewhere. read more

Never lease a vehicle from this dealership! After returning 3 year leased vehicle in mint condition on required date, their financing company charged me for dropping the car off a week late($400). After dozens of emails and phone calls I finally got victory Chevy to confirm I did in fact return on said date(apparently they forgot to inform the finance company I dropped off on said date). Chevy won't do anything to make things right & now I have a negative remark on my credit due to their mistake. Never again Petaluma Chevy & Ally banking! Update on response. At this point my credit has already been compromised due to this negligence. I definitely could have paid the $400 and saved my credit, it's more about the principle. I would say Chevy Petaluma should be accountable for your own mistakes right? I emailed for a quote on a 2021 Escalade and filled out all the info for what I wanted. Specs for interior and exterior, down payment, loan amount and term. Received an email from Viviana asking me what specs I wanted, down payment, etc. Pretty frustrating entering all that data only to be asked again. Emailed back promptly letting her know I already supplied that and please reference my initial contact. Well, that must've pissed her off because I never heard back. Took in my 2022 Tahoe in to have it inspected as the middle row seats shake back and forth on bumpy roads, there there are rattling noises coming from the middle row seats. After explaining this to the service rep I was told that they found a rattle in the trim in the back and after having the vehicle for 4 days over two service appointments they had fixed it. When I went back in the third time with video to illustrate that the annoying rattling was still present and coming from the middle row, which is what I expressed initially, I was advised by the service tech that they would no longer service my vehicle. I called GM and they confirmed that the dealer has the right to refuse service and I needed to go to another dealer. read more
