I was doing price comparisons and had already called around to a number of other stores where all I had to do is tell them my battery model number. Cycle Town was the only place that gave me trouble. Right off the bat he cut me off as I was giving him the battery number by asking me what kind of scooter I had. As if it mattered. He was basically being condescending in assuming I didn't know what I wanted. He started laughing when I told him it was an Eagle Craft (don't get this bike either, it sucks), and said "why these people by these CHinese bikes, I have no idea." I said "thanks for adding salt to the wound," and he said "you did it to yourself." I then hinted that I was going to hang up and that he would lose my business, and he had no problem with that and let me go. Not only is this a VERY ineffective and unproductive way to run a business, but if you were thinking of spending your time and money here, you would be well advised that you could be in for a headache. Bought a new exhaust for my 2015 KTM Super Duke R and I wanted to get the fueling dialed in since…read moreoff the floor, the SDR throttle can be a bit snatchy. I emailed Factory Pro and Marc got back to me right away. He told me to get a PCV and if I wanted it really dialed in, a fuel controller module to pair with it. I bought both and delivered my bike w/ parts to FP. About 4 days later Marc called and said, "it's ready, and it's running really well!" I rolled up there the next day and took it for a test ride, and he wasn't lying! Holy S**T! It felt like an entirely new motorcycle. The throttle delivery was smooth at all RPMs and I could tell right away that it was breathing better and had more power. It was low on fuel after the dyno runs they did, so I took it to get gas. When I merged onto the freeway I gave it the beans and took off with the front wheel waving in the wind! No clutch, and in 3rd gear, it easily wheelied under 3/4 acceleration. Needless to say, I was stoked! I got back, thanked the crew for their excellent work and loaded the bike for home. Factory Pro was quick, extremely professional, reasonably priced, and they know how to properly tune motorcycles. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I for one have a love for cars, but definitely need support when it comes to vehicle education and all that comes with it. Every employee at O'Reilly has been of incredible help.
