Omelette (spinach, tomato, cheese) with hash browns and toast

After several more visits, I have to bump this up! Vida seems to have elevated from the horrible hostess situation - what a joy! The food has been consistent my last few visits, and service (mainly at the bar since I'm usually solo) is stellar!! Looking forward to more visits!!

Located on the first floor at the Fontainebleau is Vida -- casual eatery with beautiful decor, where they offer breakfast and brunch items. The service was slow both mornings; however, our servers were kind and friendly. The food was good. I enjoyed a Smoked Ham and Cheese Omelette, as well as a Blueberry Lemon Croissant. The Cappuccino was good. If you have some time to spare, this is a nice spot to enjoy a morning breakfast. But if you're in a rush, I'd ask for the check as soon as they bring your items or eat elsewhere. Really beautiful atmosphere to start your day!

One of the restaurants in the Fountainebleau in Vegas. The breakfast here is pretty good and the vibe is posh and upscale. I got a Bloody Mary and it was made well. For food, I got the Steak and Eggs and it was cooked to my liking. The chimichurri sauce was a bit too heavy on the oil and needed more vinegar and herbs. The service was really helpful though and attentive. Overall, a good spot if you're staying at this hotel.

If looking for a good sit-down breakfast in the FontaineBleau, Vida has you covered. A couple things I would note, if you're by yourself, you will be asked to sit at the bar. I don't necessarily have an issie with that, but if the bar is busy, I don't think it would be the worst thing to give a two-top to one person. It also is definitely Vegas hotel pricing. All that aside, I had a really nice breakfast of the greek omelet. The service was good, although I did feel bad for the bartender, since he had a packed bar and was by himself.

I'd give this place 3 stars. The atmosphere is nice, but the food is pretty average, honestly something I could make at home. I came here with my wife and kids. We ordered two breakfast dishes and an avocado toast. The service was okay, nothing special. The staff were friendly, but that's about it, and the wait time for the food was a bit long. One thing that surprised me was that my breakfast didn't come with bread, which felt a bit odd since you have to order it separately. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's pretty normal for Vegas.

If you're looking for a classic, high-energy Vegas breakfast that hits the spot without the stuffiness of fine dining, Vida at Fontainebleau is your go-to. I ordered the "All in Breakfast" You get the best of both worlds-eggs your way, crispy hashbrowns, your choice of breakfast meat (the applewood-smoked bacon is a winner), and a side of their famous fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes. James our server was excellent! And provided great recommendations.

This cafe is very good, but I liked the Omelet the day before at La Fontaine upstairs a little better. Service was great in both places and in both places we sat the at bar. The bar here has TV's if you want to watch the game like we did. Prices about the same: Omelet: $30 Fresh Squeezed OJ: $12 One Waffle: $20 Oatmeal: $20

    Pork chilaquiles

Stopped by Vida at for breakfast and had a great experience overall. The Pork Chilaquiles were the star of the show--the pork was incredibly flavorful and tender (not dry at all!), with a perfect spicy kick. We also tried the Steak and Eggs; while the steak was slightly overdone for my liking, the eggs and hash browns were cooked to perfection. Chimichurri was a nice addition for some more flavor. What really stood out was the service. The staff was super attentive and kept our coffees refilled at just the right time. Definitely a solid, high-energy spot to fuel up at the Fontainebleau.

We go here for breakfast whenever we're doing staycation at fontainebleau. Had a great meal with friends! The short rib loco moco is really good, comes with garlic rice & of course eggs & gravy. Their buttermilk chicken & waffle if also good! They also have steak and eggs. A lot of choices on their menu. Service wad fast and our server was nice, didnt get her name tho. There could be a long wait if you do not have a reservation. But you can always place an order to go if you don't want to wait, The place is nice with the bar in the middle of the restaurant. It's nice for family and big groups.

Had a great brunch here and loved all of our food. We started off with mimosas and then ordered our meals. I had the chilaquiles and it was delicious. Packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The decor inside the restaurant was great. Perfect for your next Instagram worthy moment. Overall we had a nice experience here.

I came here with the intention of having a full course meal. They had the option of an app, main and dessert for $45. I wasn't feeling great but i knew i needed to eat. Dante was my server and he was absolutely wonderful. I got the chicken soup and it tasted really good, but i realized as i was eating it that i couldn't eat anything anymore. I was feeling sick and when i had asked him if i could cancel the salad and desert, he did so without any issues. He ended up getting me a shot of ginger apple juice refresher and some honey and lemon for my water to help with my throat and nausea. It was great, my friend and i ended up coming back and it was wonderful. Decor is beautiful and there was no music so it was nice and its very convenient being in the hotel. Loved the food but the service was wonderful.

Plenty of parking in the shopping center, the signage is very prominent so there is no mistaking where you're going. Walking in the front door, you feel like you're home again. Lots of cool artwork on the walls, a very wood-based environment, has a country charm to it with a modern upscale feel. We went there for appetizers as we were on a time crunch, so we ordered the blueberry chicken sliders, the corn ribs, and the blueberry chicken wings. I had heard about these for the longest time, and everyone said they were amazing. Well I'm here to tell you that they 100% are! The corn ribs were wonderful with the cilantro dipping sauce. The only thing that would have made them better is if they would have put some Jalisco cheese on it and made it a little more like street corn. But hey who am I to complain about these corn ribs? I ate them all. The blueberry chicken sliders were absolutely off the charts! I had heard about these several times. People saying things like they are the absolute best to your taste. Buds will be stunned for days. Well, they weren't wrong, these sliders were absolutely wonderful. And we cannot forget the blueberry smoked chicken wings. These things were so well cooked and the seasoning was perfect and the blueberry softs on top took it to a whole other dimension. I would eat probably three or four more plates of these. I'm looking forward to going back there for dinner, as they had plenty of options on the menu. Such as brisket, ribs and so forth. Definitely going back for round two. Bottom line? You cannot go wrong with this place. Do yourself a favor, take some friends, and get all of the aforementioned appetizers. Your taste buds will. Thank you!

After following up again 3 days later, he was told the employee who handles refunds was out of the country and that he should not have been told 3 days. He then received an email from Thaddeus confirming the cancellation fee was only $25 per person and stating he could use the $100 as credit toward a future visit if he showed the email at the restaurant. However, the additional $150 in charges was never addressed. My son replied to the email asking about the extra charges and still has not received a response 3 days later. The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. We were so full that we passed on dessert, but would definitely be back because the options were inventive and looked so tasty. A doughnut bread pudding, a bourbon brownie; yes to both please!
