Ay - change is hard. A breakfast at Tableau used to be sort of my gold-standard: perfect food, welcoming and gracious service in a room that is elegant and delightful without being stuffy. And they had to go and remodel it. Taking the experience from a solid five stars to a mere four. Service is still outstanding (thank you AGAIN, Eric). The food is still outstanding. The view to the outside is still lovely and calming. And most of the room itself is fine. The Picasso-esque chairs are the same, comfortable and nifty. You'll still get a purse stand, as your pocketbook deserves. But the remodel changed some drapery (not terrible, but a downgrade) and added some of the tackiest mirrors I've ever seen (whose nephew got the redesign contract?). The horror is that, in order to add seating, they also obliterated the bar (no big loss) and (here's the galling part) the once GLORIOUS entrance. Totally changes the feel of your moment stepping into Tableau. And now, instead of a welcoming open space off the Wynn Tower Suites Lobby, there's a - I don't know what else to call it - CATTLE CHUTE. Guests are expected to queue up along stanchions and rope - even if there's no one there, you'll still have to weave through the maze. Yes, just ike you're heading to TSA Pre. It's a horrifying start what should be an utterly sublime experience. Once you get to the host stand, everything drops back into the glory of Tableau (as long as those mirrors are out of your field of vision). It's still beautiful outside. The room is (for the most part) still beautiful (don't . . . look . . . at . . . those . . . mirrors . . .) and the service remains friendly and welcoming and professional and - well, Tableau staff sets the standard against which fine restaurants should be measured. This was our first visit since the remodel and we were disappointed to see the change in the menu. They removed the masala chai latte and the pancakes would have been better if they came with some whipped cream like they used to. The eggs Benedict wasn't anything special either. First of all the service is wonderful. Second you absolutely have to make a reservation. This is a bright spacious place to dine for breakfast or brunch. The windows let in a lot of light, one section of the restaurant is an atrium and there is outdoor seating next to the pool as well. The breakfast food is very fresh and always delicious. In particular their eggs Benedict is my favorite, and they make excellent bacon. Their fresh juices are always worth having at the start of a day. The avocado toast comes with wonderful mounds of freshly mashed avocado and poached eggs as well. When we stay at the Wynn, this is our favorite place for breakfast. read more

Located at the base of the tower suite elevators in the Wynn hotel, we ate here for breakfast all 3 mornings of our stay. Reservations book up pretty far out and unless you are an early bird I would recommend booking in advance. We made mid morning reservations but ended up waking up pretty early and going down for breakfast around 7:45 both mornings. The restaurant was pretty quiet at that time so they were able to seat us early. Service both morning was friendly and efficient with our food and coffee orders coming out pretty swiftly. We thoroughly enjoyed the yogurt granola parfait, açaí bowl and avocado toast, and they made me a perfect nonfat dry cappuccino. On our last morning we didn't have time to dine in so I went down at 7am when they opened and was able to place a to go order. I was skeptical about Tableau based on the super mixed reviews online but we really enjoyed it and I would fully recommend it to friends. read more

Whenever I travel I like to sit and eat for breakfast, and this trip to Vegas was no exception. Since I was staying at the Wynn, I first looked here for any restaurants that caught my eye and Tableau did the job. Food and reviews looked great, so I made plans to have breakfast here my last morning in Vegas. Like many of the other restaurants at the Wynn, Tableau is located away from the casino floor - specifically, the entrance is located close to the Tower elevators close to the pool. I highly recommend booking a table - I was super last minute and snagged one at 11:30am but that was literally the only time slot left when I booked the day before. The interior is very bright - a beige/tan color scheme with splashes of color on the chairs and the walls; the restaurant is categorized as one of their higher-end spots and the aesthetics show that. While I was seated inside, I was next to a window that had lovely outdoor views; I heard they have seating out there which is in high demand. Tableau is only open for breakfast and lunch - I was leaning towards the former and the menu had a good selection. I noticed they had a variety of flavored lattes - I ordered the cherry blossom one which was sweet and creamy mmmm. For my actual breakfast I ordered the Tableau Breakfast which was bacon, toast, potatoes and eggs (I got them over easy). Additionally, the breakfast came with a small pastry basket. The dish was great - despite being relatively simple it was executed really well. I got a variety of pastries; if I remember correctly it was a croissant, a muffin, and two buns. These were tasty and paired with two jams and butter to complement. Service was good; I was taken care of promptly and everyone was friendly. The food came out relatively quickly but I didn't order anything complicated which made sense. My favorite service pearl was that they gave me a little chair to put my sling bag on so that it didn't have to be on the floor - as someone who hates bags on the floor I really appreciated this - nice touch. Overall, I had a lovely breakfast at Tableau; this was one of the highlights of the dining scene at Wynn for me and I would definitely return for another meal. read more

I had some breakfast credits at the Wynn and decided to try Tableau for breakfast. Reservations recommended, but since I was going by myself, I went and sat at the bar. Yes, the bar at breakfast. Very popular space, and the ppl here are so nice and attentive. Great menu as well. I tried an iced coffee drink, kind of like a coffee cocktail of some sort, and that was excellent (Solar Power - La Colombe Cold Brew Coffee, Almond Milk, Cacao, Maca, Adaptogenic Blend of Lions Mane and Reishi Mushroom). I needed more caffeine so I also got a cappuccino to go after I finished my meal. I also tried one of their juice blends, the green one called Purify (Honeydew, Green Apple, Kale, Spinach, Cayenne, Organic Agave, Celery). Wow so good and refreshing! Just what I needed. For the food, I had some trouble deciding what I wanted so I asked the person behind the bar for some suggestions. He recommended the crab avocado tartine so I went with it. 2 poached eggs on avocado and crab over wheat toast. Overall pretty good, good amount of crab. Not a fan of the spouts tho. The eggs were a bit uneven. One poached egg was more on the raw side and the other, the yolk didn't really flow. Other than that, it was a solid breakfast. I'll admit, I doubted this place because it seems like just another bougie breakfast place but I was seriously blown away by the taste and quality! I saw someone order the blueberry pancakes so of course I got jealous and had to get it (a half stack of 2) and it did not disappoint!! I honestly didn't know pancakes could actually be this good as it was soft and fluffy but still had a chew. But the flavor of it was amazing and didn't just taste like flour. I think the blueberry and lemon ricotta had a mix of vanilla in it too which made for a delicious flavor profile. I also tried some of the omelet which was the softest most buttery omelet I've had! It was lightly seasoned perfectly but was cooked extremely well and the eggs remained delicate and melted in my mouth. The hashbrown it came with was really crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Overall, I think the cooking is just exceptional and their subtle flavors are on point! read more

Reservation especially on the weekend is recommended. We had 1:30pm reservation on a Saturday and still had a wait almost 10mins. It's a large restaurant and they do a great job spacing out the tables so you are not right next to another table. Whole restaurant had a wonderful ambience with very polished wait staff. Decor is just elegant. Food was good and came out in a timely manner. Our waiter was great, he was attentive and made sure everyone was good with our drinks, food and even bread. Prices are not cheap but then you're at the Wynn and this is not a cheap looking restaurant. Everyone looks great coming here. We were almost the last ones to leave and when we realized this, we rushed off and I forgot my prescription glasses on the booth seat. By the time I realized this, the restaurant was already closed. Nothing was turned into lost and found and so I left my info with security. The next morning around 9am, I called and they had it. This place is cute with very kind and attentive service. I came by myself while my partner slept in lol. I had a really fancy looking and unique coffee. I wasn't really craving normal breakfast food so I randomly tried the chicken noodle soup. The presentation is cool: it's like a bowl of veggies and dumplings and they pour the broth in from a tea pot at your table. However it was a tiny portion lol so then I decided to add some protein with a side of the chicken sausage. A very random breakfast due to my choices. Brunch is one of my favorite meals. I tend to treat it as a breakfast that I didn't have to wake up super early to enjoy. As a lover of brunch, visiting Tableau to kick off my mom's birthday celebration was wonderful. We started by ordering some fun drinks which is always exciting as someone who doesn't drink alcohol. The selection of coffee, tea, and juice was inspired! I ordered their specialty blue matcha (so cool) and my mom and I split the juice flight. The matcha was sweet and delicious and the blue color felt special and magical. The juice flight was a nice way to kickoff the meal. The juices were distinctly healthy-tasting which I enjoyed. Next up, our server brought out a bread platter for each of us to choose from. I picked a focaccia with blue cheese, caramelized onion, and apple (if I remember correctly). It was yummy and an unexpected treat. As our starter, we ordered the beignets and WOW were they good. The beignets were warm and tender and melted in my mouth! I only wish there had been more to enjoy! Then we finally got into our meal. After all the fabulousness of the drinks and starters, my meal felt like it paled in comparison. I ordered the lox and bagel, which is typically a brunch-time favorite of mine. The bagel was cold and the overall flavors didn't impress me. However, the capers were great and I enjoyed the cream cheese. Overall, I wouldn't order it again, but it wasn't horrible. Lastly, our server brought out little chocolates for us to enjoy. I'm not sure if they did this because they knew it was my mom's birthday or if that's just how they operate, but it was a very welcomed surprise! I'd happily return to Tableau for another special occasion, but I'd order something different. Tableau is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, no question. Every trip I make sure to stop in, sometimes twice, because the food is always spot-on. This time I ordered something I've never had before (or seen before on their menu). The King Crab and Green Tomato Gazpacho. First thing you notice, it's green. Not "did they add food coloring" green, but naturally bright because of the green tomatoes. Then you take a bite and boom, it's loaded with real crab, has a little kick, and is one of the most unique gazpachos I've ever had. The menu here changes often, so I can't promise it'll always be around. But if you see it, order it. Don't hesitate. This is one of those rare dishes that makes you stop mid-bite and say, "Okay, that's different... and amazing." If you're staying at the Wynn and don't stop at Tableau, you're committing a Vegas crime. Like seriously!! read more

I love this place. I wish going to the strip wasn't such a debacle or I'd be here more often. I love sitting in the atrium. I don't know if that's what it's called, but that's what I call it. It's a circular room towards the back. Surrounded with windows and booths in the middle and tables off to the sides. I love their pastry basket that was part of their menu. Now it comes out complimentary, which I love even more. Their French press is off the menu, but the coffee was still good. It's strong, but smooth. I like everything I've ever ordered from the halibut to the eggs à la coque. The staff is always pleasant. Whether you live in Las Vegas or are just visiting, I suggest you make a reservation and enjoy yourself. read more

We had one of the Best experiences here at Tableau. The food, service and overall experience are all 5 stars. From the moment that the hostess checks you in and brings you to your table you are greeted and treated like a VIP guest. They made sure to get everyone a menu and waters right away. Our server Gabe was Amazing and provided Excellent service! He knows the menu very well and you can let him know what you normally like and he can guide you through the menu and describe each dish and how it's prepared. If you like wine he is definitely the man to talk to about making a great selection. We had a good size group of 10 hungry people and I know that we were a lot of work, as Gabe went to get our drink order his follow teammates stopped in and check in with us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We were never in want of anything because they were all on top of their service as well. The food was really good, drinks were on point and the place is really nice. They also have a sunroom that can be rented out for larger groups with a view that leads to the pool area. Thanks again to Gabe and the team at Tableau! I didn't catch everyone's name but Lexy was so friendly and helpful, Alfredo made sure that we felt welcome and had everything and Armando made some great recommendations that we all enjoyed. Great brunch spot! Recommend Tableau if you're at the Wynn or on that side of the strip for a breakfast bite. Beautiful picturesque place to have brunch with its pastel color scheme and elegant ambiance that matches the Wynn so well. It seems though that during fall and winter months they do construction in the back area where the pools are so we ended up getting some construction signs in some of our pictures, but a beautiful place nonetheless. One reason it fell a bit short for me is that they run out of pastries well before breakfast is over. If you do end up getting the assorted pastries you might not get a good assortment because both times I went they were all out of the croissants. The wait staff is attentive and does well with catering to their customers, but I was a bit confused when we had multiple waiters, and the ones serving us didn't end up knowing which plate belonged to whom. Also this place fills up quickly so make sure to reserve in advance to avoid a long wait. read more

Tableau is nestled behind the Wynn Tower Suites elevators next to the pool entrance and is a solid and convenient spot to grab breakfast or brunch. Some of the other restaurants at the Wynn get busy and/or require a wait during breakfast/brunch hours, but I've never had to wait at Tableau. They have a variety of traditional breakfast option as well as brunch items. Everything I've tried here including the Tableau Breakfast, the burger, and the salmon has been pretty solid. The service has always been good and the servers are fairly attentive. The bright interior and the pool views make it the perfect place to grab a bite and start the day. read more

After significant research through the Concierge regarding options for Mother's Day brunch at the Wynn, we selected Tableau for our party at six to celebrate three mothers. We were extremely disappointed. After waiting 10+ minutes to be greeted, we were told we could not order brunch, only lunch. We asked if Chef could make us eggs Benedict since there was a $39 bacon and egg option on the menu but we were told a flat out no. Reluctantly, a few of us ordered a chicken sandwich that was inedible with soggy bread. While we prefer to stay at The Wynn Towers when in Las Vegas, we would never go back to the Tableau restaurant. It is certainly not in keeping with the standards we experience at the Wynn! read more

Now they have one lunch option, which is $30.00 for a few slivers of mushrooms and veggies. Servings are ridiculously small, and prices are way too high. The complimentary bread was stale. I'll preface by saying this used to be our favorite breakfast place in Las Vegas,food was excellent and fresh, environment was bright and welcoming, and staff was efficient and prompt. Most of that is gone now. The last year or so the menu has been ripped apart from our favorites and if you're seated in the back room, you might as well be in outer space, you'll never get service. First they removed the Pancakes and the ever loved Biscuits and Gravy. Then the beignets took a hit as well. They used to come with a crème anglaise, jam, and Nutella. Now they are simplified to a play on children's donuts. Nutella only. Gone is the elevated decadence of a beignet. They apparently listened to the complaints.. to an extent.. and brought back a *version* of the pancakes to which everyone we speak to about them, INCLUDING the staff, says they are just not the same anymore and not as good. But the real shame and crime.. taking the biscuits and gravy off the menu completely. It was such a perfect breakfast when you needed to cure a hangover, feel like having a comfort food, or just simply want to indulge in a childhood staple. It even came with a delicious hot sauce. Sheer perfection, not to mention incredibly easy to prepare with limited ingredients, hats off to that original Chef. We come to the Wynn roughly every other month.. sometimes twice a month.. and of course, have breakfast at Tableau. We have asked every single time we dine, to please bring back these items, so simple, so tasty, and if your customers are literally begging for it.. (was told to me by staff every time we inquire about them that people are constantly asking for them back) then why not oblige? Bad management. That's why.. It's always such a shame when your tried and true establishment starts to be nit picked and changed over for worse items, or the menu starts to get cheap and disappointing.. Believe me when I say there are items that don't belong on that menu in place of the biscuits and gravy.. but the sad reality is, the people who removed them, probably never ate them, so it's no loss to them. The ambiance is very classy. The food selection was amazing ! We ordered a bit of everything and split it family style as we wanted to try everything. We ordered the biscuits & gravy which came with poached eggs, the chorizo omelette, the lox and everything bagel plate and a half order of the pancakes. Everything we had was delicious! I don't like biscuits and gravy but theirs was so yummy! The pancakes came with a lemon curd and made with ricotta cheese. I highly recommend those two but everything was good. read more

That beauty extends to restaurant from floor to ceiling. Service: The hostess and waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. They even held our luggage at the front desk since we'd be heading to the airport after brunch. Food: My table ordered everything from pancakes to cavatelli to crispy branzino.
