I held onto the old phone when I buying the new phone, and s/w between the two were synchronized. Within weeks the synchronization broke down and neither phone functioned. I returned to the dealer and was told nothing could be done. They didn't even try. Sorry, we can't help you, you're SOL. I then went to Best Buy's Geek Sqad. Gemma (who as far as I'm concerned walks on water) solved the problem within minutes. This was several months ago and both phones continue to work perfectly. Also, and unfortunately I do not have her name, your greeter was so sweet. She quickly got me where I needed to go, made sure I could sit while waiting for sevice, and informed the Geek Sqad that I should be next. The absolute best in customer service. I'll be back.

The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it. The photos in my albums also were not very bright. I tried fixing it myself but just could not get that brilliant, saturated color I had before. I took my Samsung Ultra 2024 to this store and Jenny assisted me. She took a look and made a few corrections on my phone. Five minutes later, thanks to Jenny, I had a phone that looked brand new. The colors were suddenly brilliant with great depth of colors. The pics in my albums really popped now with brightness.
