All of my cuticles left cut from the manicure I received

Would not go back here again. Way over priced ($93 for gel pedicure and powder dip manicure on my natural nails not acrylics). The manicure was also super painful as the manicurist cut every single cuticle on both hands. I wanted a white sparkly nail dip and was left with this weird clear-white nail dip that mattes out the sparkles...honestly looks like a 5 year olds work. For the place being empty on a Sunday I felt like the manicurist rushed. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the pedicure I receive was done very well and painless (I had two different techs working on me). Would not recommend this place to anyone

If your in the area I recommend for you to stop by and get your nails done and pedicure. I love them every time I go. My nails last over 3 weeks. Also their customer service is great and the staff is super friendly. I get my nails done and pedicure, & I love the shape of my nails they always look so good. I recommend to everyone I know. I always get compliments on my nails and shape. You won't be disappointed if you stop by and get your nails done and pedicure.

Not a very good experience...made several of my toes bleed and this still stings 3 days later. Older lady went a little file happy. I won't be coming back and would rather spend the money at a better place that would do a better job.

I made an appointment. Got a pedicure from a very rude nail tech who I caught rolling her eyes at me more than once. As if it was inconvenient that she had to do her job. I got a CNC dip manicure, it looks horrible. Uneven. Discolored in places. Sloppy edges. The worst part was the end, when the nail tech that did my manicure demanded a cash tip at the register. Literally demanded it. I will not be returning. Overpriced, with poor service and quality. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money with this place like I did.

I have mixed reviews so I am putting down a caution but will still go here. Andy does a great job and the staff are very friendly so they would be the three stars. However, twice I have been placed at desk 2 and was not happy. I don't like a lot of conversation so I am okay with how quiet she is. But...she is super aggressive with her drill and cut almost every finger. One bled and she had to get a Kleenex but no apology or acknowledgment. She also just flat out did a bad job. Surprised she is still there because there is no way they haven't had more than just my complaint. So, my take away is...I will go and ask for Andy only. If he is not there, I will go somewhere else.

This place was clean and nice looking but the service was awful !! The woman doing my pedicure was not careful and she pulled what she thought was a hangnail never had one in my life on my toes and now my toe is red with pain! Went with my daughters and they too had pedicures but all was good with them - we were there at 9:30 and still waited 10mins to be seated. Don't try this place at all I say it's. Negative-1 star

This place is very nice and clean, and Vie the owner is very sweet and accommodating. I'm very bad about waiting til the last minute and they always get me in. I am super picky about the shape of my nails and she doesn't get mad at me. She is fast but does a great job and doesn't damage my nails with a drill which I love.

She drilled my fingers and it was itchy for like a week!

I got A fill for my acrylics. The lady who did them was very hostile with me. I was quiet just letting her do her thing. I flinched and told her that it was hurting and she continued to do it. Then, when there was a bunch of lumps on my nails she just filled them down and redid the top coat. Then, after I got them done my nail beds were extremely itchy and behind the nail was itchy. Then a week later my thumb came off.

Did not do a good job. I asked for one thing and she didn't tell me she couldn't do what I asked for until she was half way into doing my nails. She also told me my total and charged me a different amount. Will not be going back. Also cut two of my fingers.

I came here to get a gel manicure and a pedicure and a manicure for my daughter. The guy assigned to me for my nails struggled to understand that I wanted round nails. He completely ignored me and began filing my real natural nails SQUARE. I had to stop him and tell him several times and he just couldn't do it. I at one point took the nail file myself to get the desired shape and he said "be careful" like I had no idea what I was doing. I knew what I was doing, he did not. It took him almost an hour and he still couldn't get it right. He broke one of my nails and asked if I wanted a tip on it. NO BRUH! I don't do acrylics!!!! I don't do square nails EVER. He finally cut me so deep with the nail file on the side of my finger that I started BLEEDING, he apologized and tried to hide the blood. PSA FOR NAIL TECHS : JUST BECAUSE YOU TRY TO HIDE IT OR DOWNPLAY IT, YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN STILL FEEL THOSE CUTS!!!! They asked me if I wanted someone to fix it but by that point I was just so unimpressed that I paid and left. I asked for a MANICURE for my daughter, I put MANICURE as her service. Her nails were not cleaned, cut, or cut cuticles, they just put nail polish over her nails when specifically asked for manicure services. I'm left with a cut, and awful looking nails, that will now have to be shorter than they already are. If you have natural nails, do not let the men touch them. read more

Really wanted to like this place but I just can't. Sadly I wasnt able to get my nail technicians name. She was very rough and fast with the cuticle scraper and when I said ow, she called me sensitive. Which is something I'm not and I found rude. And as much as she tried she just couldn't accomplish a French tip. Its uneven, varying thickness, and since leaving has suddenly gotten bubbly?? There's lil air bubbles on multiple nails I didn't even get gel? read more

I chose this location to get my annual full set (I only get them once a year for Christmas and New Years vacation) because of the yelp reviews and they did not disappoint! This nail spa is pretty new so the inside is beautiful and a lot more high end than usual. I went in wanting something specific and they delivered! I was really impressed with the artistry and I would recommend if you're willing to go all out on your nails. Price was a little up there but it's worth it for the quality. read more

Worst fill :( $45 just for a fill. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just kept repeating yeah similar, yeah similar. I showed her the pic of two marble nails with jewels and the rest were one color. She did all of my nails and it literally looks like a child drew on them. Tried to explain that wasn't what I wanted and she stomped around the shop and the only word that was English was 'similar' no they arnt similar which is why I'm upset. read more

Peter did a full set of acrylics for me and they turned out better than the picture! They are the best I've had done and Im definitely pleased and planning to return. The atmosphere is calm and the place is very clean. However, there was one woman who seemed very hostile and my friend ended up walking out due to her refusal and incapability to paint a flower on her manicure. The other staff apologized and gave her a slight discount. Other than that it was a pleasant experience at an affordable price read more

I LOVE my nails! Vie does amazing work, they are so welcoming, clean and offer so many services. Vie has been my manicurist for 2 years now and she has never disappointed me with her work. Every color they have in regular polish they also have in Gel. I would definitely recommend this shop. It's conveniently located right off of the Clinton Kieth exit. read more

The shop is so nice and clean. I haven't gotten acrylics in years, but now Vie has me addicted. There's a HUGE selection of colors to choose from. Vie has an OCD nail shaping perfection that I absolutely love. It's a full stop shop with waxing, eyelash extensions, and even microblading. My 7 year old little diva has also given her and she's pickier than me! Love this place! read more

I love this place! Katy, Ivy, and Christy are the best and really care about pinpointing what you want. I would say the only complaint I have is that you get a complimentary hand paraffin (a wax treatment) if you get a gel manicure. I get acrylics with gel every time I go and it doesn't come with that. I've mentioned that because I pay more for acrylics and gel I should get it, but I guess not. Other than that, Vie's is very spa like and beautiful! read more

Worst experience I ever had. I went here because I needed my nails done and the woman who regularly does my nails did not have an open appointment. I had my eyebrows done first and they almost sat me in a dirty sheet. Then I had my nails and toes done and I specifically said I did not want gel. So they give me the booklet to choose a color and I pick one that I like. They did my pedicure which was actually pretty good and did my acrylics at the same time. My acrylics are crooked, much shorter than I wanted, and the nail tech cut up my hand with the electric file. When it came time to pay I was just over the entire experience and wanted to leave. I had to pay for a GEL set instead of just a regular one. Funny thing is they used the same color on my toes too and those didn't get treated.... guess I got ripped off. Safe to say I will not be back UPDATE: the polish on my big toe came off.... I just got them done less than an hour ago read more

I made an appointment a week in advanced for first thing in the morning (10am) for a fill on my full set. It's my understanding that the owner was doing my fill, she was answering the phone and doing 100 other things WHILE doing my fill. When I tell you she flew through doing my nails....she FLEW through it. She didn't look at what she was doing half the time when she was buffing out my nails, causing her to break the skin...everywhere. She did one coat of my "clear pink" nail polish, which is just clear because only one coat was done. While doing my nails, she was answering the phone (which I don't mind) but she was telling these people "yes you can come now" then they would show up a few minutes later and she would feel so rushed because they showed up that she literally just shooed my away. Extremely disappointed by this place, I wanted to like it here so badly but the customer service was awful read more

I can't even believe this place is open. I went in just to have a gel builder removed. May nails beds still hurt three days later, she drilled my nails so much there's rivets all in them, can't even pull my own pants up. My hands hurt so badly one nail I had to stop her because it literally couldn't get shorter. She cut me three times, once enough to have to stop to grab something to stop the bleeding and put ointment on. I went in for a manicure as well and had to completely stop the girl, I couldn't sit there any longer as she ruined my nail beds. She charged me 15, asked if I wanted my card ran for 15 even. I said go ahead and run 18, she ran it for 19 and told me oh just one more dollar cuz you paid card. Ummm okay??? The amount of pain I'm dealing with still as I'm looking down at my ruined nails is ridiculous. read more

I have been going since they open! Use to like the way they did me nails. The last 2 times I have been unhappy with my nails. Went on Wednesday had a full set put on and pedicures too. I told Vie about how i was unhappy last time. We I girl finished with my nails. I noticed that the clear pink coat she put on was not covering the nails. It looked horrible I ask Vie to fix them and she said back tomorrow. She had new costumer she doing nails for and almost finished with. The customer wanted her nail fix too but was willing to do her at that moment after I was first and told to come back tommorrow. I call the next day she was busy and tolded me to come at 645pm . I told her son has football couldn't come at the time . So she said come Friday . I called before coming Vie said to come in 30 mins. I came and got the fixed then she charges me $25 dollars repaint my nails . when I was there Wednesday and $90. I told I should even be paying extra 25. because they should been done correctly on Wednesday! RIP OFF!!! 1 read more

Been soaking my fingers in hydrogen peroxide from the cuts. I got a gel manicure and the lady who did it was extremely rough. I had to tell her to be gentle.by the end of it my nails looked sloppy but I had enough of her abusing my nails I had to call it quits :( the other two ppl that were there were nice & gentle with my mother n law which I'm glad about. read more

My experience here was disappointing from beginning to end. I was told great things by my sister who frequents this nail salon and decided to give it a try and I really wish I hadn't. Terrible customer service, my nail tech hurt me multiple times with his tools, my nails chipped the same day, my nails are uneven (thick on one side and thin on the other), it took a RIDICULOUSLY long time to get a simple fill, and I paid more there than I have paid anywhere else I've gone with nails I was happy with. I'm so embarrassed to show my hands right now and won't have time to fix them until this weekend. I can't wait... read more

This is my fifth visit, every time the service has been fantastic. I get gel coat on acrylic nails, plus gel coat on my toes! I recommend appointment if your going on the weekend. The facility is clean and nail technicians are outstanding. I have asked for unusual designs and they always exceed my expectations!!! read more

Boy am I ever disappointed in this place... I won't be back. Just paid $25 for some thing that I probably could've done for myself. Got a sugar scrub that took possibly a minute to rub on both legs and then my legs were rinsed off. Supposed to get a five minute massage... I'm assuming two minutes or so on each leg. Both legs were rubbed at the same time with lotion not even really a massage, no massage of the feet. While waiting for them to dry I just realized they never even used the pumice stone or a brush on my heels! $25 is way too much to be charged for so very little. read more

DO NOT Waist YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! I wanted to support a local business but they suck. Went in for a full set and the GUY used cheap material. Nails were Not straight some were powder thick and when told to sand them down he laughs turns around and talks to the next guy in his language like talking about me. He didn't even sand the bottom part and wanted to put nail polish on top off uneven nails! The owner took over and she semi sanded them down and put polish. She didn't Apologize at all! In fact she said that I was just not happy but he did nothing wrong. Yeah right! 2 days later 2 nails broke! A week later 2 more nails broke. The powder didn't cover my whole nail. What a waist of money time and space! They should be ashamed. read more

The service was great! The place seemed clean and nice and bright. Why I gave 3 stars. Why I didn't give a higher review, I got my gel nails done on Saturday and by Thursday one begin to chip already. Also I really disliked that the nail tech did not paint my nails all the way to the bottom (picture) seemed like I already needed to get them done again. For this reason I will not be returning. Bummed because I loved the service but their work isn't worth the price. read more

I was very happy. For one, I loved that they lined the bowl for my pedicure. I also got a gel manicure with gold flakes. I love the way they turned out! She filed my nails the way I like them when I asked. She was meticulous about keeping the gel off my skin. I've never had a gel manicure that didn't get on my skin, which would cause me to pick at it and not last as long. I got the impression that the lady doing my nails wanted to make a good impression and she did. These things are very important to me so I will be back! read more

Halfway through, I was handed off to another person to complete the service, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. The overall atmosphere could also use some improvement. I love kids, and I completely understand that life happens, but when I go to get a pedicure, manicure, or any other relaxing service, I expect a calm and professional environment. During my visit, children were in the salon opening and spilling nail supplies, which made the experience feel chaotic rather than relaxing. In my opinion, that isn't the level of professionalism I was expecting. I was really hoping to find a salon close to home that provided quality service, but this experience was very disappointing. Sadly, I'll have to continue my search elsewhere.

I've even left a positive review here before because of how much I loved her work and the service. I booked a manicure and pedicure with Nina, but somewhere there was a miscommunication about my appointment. When I arrived, she seemed surprised that I also wanted a pedicure. She told me to sit and said she would send someone else to help me, then continued working on another client. I sat there for about 20 minutes, maybe longer. It's really hard for me to get alone time, so I was still trying to stay positive and feel grateful I was even there. Eventually, someone started my pedicure, but I had to let him know I needed to leave to pick up my daughter from daycare. I even offered to come back the next day, which was really disappointing, but I understand mistakes happen and sometimes things take longer than expected. I asked to speak with a manager about possibly getting a discount due to the inconvenience. I explained the situation, but the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help because the manager was sick. I've never seen this assistant manager before, but she handled the situation completely incorrectly. Things then started to escalate. The man helping me came up, and she began speaking aggressively to him about my toes not being done. I stepped in to say it wasn't his fault--it was a scheduling issue, and I wasn't upset, I just felt a discount was fair since I'd have to come back. At that point, Nina came over, and suddenly there were multiple upset employees in front of me. I have anxiety from past experiences, and the situation made me feel extremely overwhelmed. I even started to tear up, which was honestly embarrassing. When they came back, the man doing my toes asked why I didn't say anything sooner or that I needed to leave. I explained that I didn't want to rush anyone and understood that sometimes services take longer than expected, which is why I was okay with coming back. The assistant manager then raised her voice at me, waving her hands and saying she had told Nina about my pedicure. I told her I didn't understand why she was raising her tone with me, and she said it was because I kept bringing it up. I explained I was only answering her coworker's question and trying to make sure he understood it wasn't his fault. I am a very patient person, and I paid for nails I didn't even like. I was there for about three hours and still left with one foot undone due to their scheduling mistake. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just to pay for my manicure and receive a small discount on my pedicure since I had to go out of my way to come back. It got to the point where I was crying and even raised my voice back, which is completely out of character for me. I eventually told her we didn't need to continue the conversation because she kept arguing with me. I have never left a nail salon in full panic attack mode before--this was honestly shocking. Another woman even left while I was there because they messed up her daughter's appointment, and she was very upset as well. I will say Nina did a good job on my nails, and the man helping me was kind, so I still tipped them both. But overall, this experience felt very unprofessional. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review, but I would not recommend this salon.

I had called ahead to ask if they could fit in a last minute nail appointment, and they said yes. Had gone in with the hopes of just getting simple acrylic black matte coffin shaped nails. Nothing super special or fancy, and something I believe anyone can do. Upon sitting down, I was greeted by a male tech (not an issue at all, I've had my nails done by men before and they've looked great). Sat down, and got started. He began to file my nails AGGRESSIVELY. I didn't want to complain so I didn't say anything. He proceeded to cut and shorten my cuticles, which he proceeded to cut too short twice, on both hands. My cuticles were bleeding, and he just shrugged it off. After cutting my cuticles, he cut the nails with a strange angle. I kept asking if he was going to fix it, or if he could shorten it and he said yes (he never did). They were not coffin shaped. After applying polish and the matte cover, my fingers were BURNING. I've never experienced this before in all my life, and it was very painful for at least an hour afterwards. After an hour of being on my hands, my left ring finger matte finish began to bubble?? It was so strange. I was so unhappy with them, I ended up taking them off after getting home. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

If I could zero, I would.. Save your money & don't come here, I did a callus removal on my feet, and the woman doing it was making fun of how much skin she got off my feet and was showing all the other clients and employees, laughing saying how disgusting all the skin was. I was so embarrassed My pedicure was great but the paint job was horrible. My nails were the worse acrylic nails/gel that I've ever gotten in my life. They were lumpy, and had not only clear bubbles in them but black bubbles in them. They didn't even sand on the sides and we're so fat, I had to go back to have them sand them. And the girl was annnoyed and told me i didnt ask her to sand them. What? I never have to ask, they always do that. To top it off, i got my eyebrows waxed, they didnt take me in the back privately, but did it in the front room as everyone watched. Then when I went to go pay with my credit card they wouldn't allow me to tip on my credit card and had a big sign on the counter. They told me to go next-door and pull cash out of the ATM for a tip. I was pissed and I think it's rude. I didn't want a four dollar fee from my bank so I had to run all the way across the street to a 7-Eleven to pull cash out of the ATM to tip them on my shitty nail job. I'm done. I spent over a hundred dollars, for what? I will never go back read more

I usually don't post but when my wife comes home and the first thing she says is how horrible a place is I feel the need to let people know. My wife took her 7 year old niece to this place today for the first time and were very disappointed. They went in for manicure/pedicure combo and were sat in chairs with an empty chair between them. When my wife asked to be seated next to each other (because they were on a birthday date for the 7 year old) the lady rolled her eyes and said "seriously". My wife found this extremely rude and instantly got a bad vibe from this lady, especially because the place wasn't busy at all. She also had her legs slapped away when she went to put her feet in the water and basically yelled at. She felt very embarrassed in front of the child that this lady would be so rude. Basically she felt that this particular older manicurist very much either hated her job or didn't want to be there. She will never go back. read more

This salon is beautiful inside, super clean!! They use liners in the spa chairs...with a gel manicure you get a free paraffin wax on your hands! The owner cares so much about her customers...and hires people like herself...I'm really picky about my gel manicures, I have never been dissatisfied with Vie's...Waxing, nails and eye lashes all at one stop...what more could a girl ask for. I am so happy that this place open in my area. I have had such bad experience with all the nail salons in Wildomar and Temecula. I was so pleased with the customer service and with the staff but not only that I was very pleased with my pedicure. I liked that they took their time and listen to what I needed. I promote cleanliness and it has been a direct goal of mine to get a mani pedi done at least once a month to keep my fingers healthy. Vie Nails & Spa has been my go to location since they opened up and I have noticed a severe change in my health just from keeping my hands clean.
