We were craving for Vietnamese food and came here because of the reviews. We were immediately seated after arriving. The restaurant is medium in size and decorated very beautifully. One of the white walls has an intricately-detailed painting of a Vietnamese woman wearing a triangular hat and round sunglasses while eating a bowl of pho. Another wall is made of painted white bricks and has paintings of pho carts and cooking stations. Dangling lamps that are designed to look like bicycles illuminate the restaurant and among them are wall sketches of landmarks you can find in Vietnam. In the back is the drinks counter, which has white flowers and a boba machine on it. There are also drink bottles in cubbyholes at the counter as well and paper lanterns hang nearby. A drink refrigerator is also close by too. We ordered the following: Starter #7 Thai pan fried fish cake- Daughter liked it a lot and said that it was delicious and wanted to have more. Hubs thought it was a little underwhelming and that it tasted like fish nuggets for $12. #85 - Vietnamese Shaking Beef- Daughter thought it was ok. I though the space looked familiar - turns out their used to be a Pho joint in this physical space called "Pho Bistro" - that I visited many years ago. I ordered a small Pho Ga with white meat - and we shared an order of crispy spring rolls. Pho was tasty - the broth was a bit on the light side (I prefer a deeper, more complex chicken broth). Viet Fire Kitchen has a customer facing WiFi network - you'll need to ask them for the password (the cellular reception on AT&T inside the restaurant was so poor that I could not check in on Yelp until I got on their WiFi). came here for pho for lunch one day with my co-worker. it was incredibly cold outside & I was not feeling that great. we had went to pho for the past few days & I just needed one good pho shop to make me stop feeling like shit. and by god, we found it here at Viet Fire Kitchen. we both ordered a combo meal which comes with a drink, appetizer and entree. I also ordered the calamari thinking it would be an appetizer style dish, but it was actually an entree. the calamari was light and well fried. the summer rolls came out well wrapped and the shrimp inside were large. the peach fruit drink was a bit too sweet for me. but the star of the show was the pho. the soup was so hearty and fat. it just felt amazing paired with the rice noodles. I truly was in bliss as I had a horrible head cold and I just wanted to take a nap. The menu is so extensive as there is more than just pho offered here. Viet Fire is an understatement! The Pho here is an inferno of deliciousness. The broth is just immaculate with flavor on flavor and quality meat. I generally get the pho Tai and add beef ball but recently tried there grilled chicken ban mi which was also good. Huge portions of meat but would ask for a little more veggies next time.
