duck curry!
Jeremy J.

Few things about this place that caught my attention as soon as i stepped in the restaurant felt like home but very aesthetically pleasing to be at. Reminds me of a local restaurant in thailand. Service and food was 10/10. we will be back. The duck curry and fried rice was delicious and did not let us down we were silently enjoying our food no conversation just pure vibes eating the whole plate lol

Tom Yum (GF)

While I highly recommend this spot when it comes to flavor, I am very sad with the portion that was served. I wish I could've been informed about the size when I ordered it, I ordered the Tom Yum soup. My gf got the chili fish which seemed okay, but it was actually really hard instead of crispy and overall she was just happy it had no bones. Definitely not worth a 25 mile drive for us.

Pad See-Ew with tofu

Lovely experience! Came in around 5pm on a Tuesday and it was pretty empty, so we got our foot within 10 minutes of sitting down. It was quiet inside and outside the restaurant. The service was great (Icedro was our server and was so kind). My mom ordered the pad see-ew with prawns and I ordered another but with tofu. The dishes were delicious, but the only thing I'd love to make this review to be a 5/5 on the food, would be to have the protein seasoned a bit. The protein was bland but everything else was great. We will be back!

Coconut water and Thai Ice Tea

We saw it on our way to Brentwood and i immediately added it to my list so that we can try it on our way back. They dont close between lunch and dinner so it was perfect for our 5 pm linner. Lots of parking in the square and couple of reserved spots for this restaurant too which was perfect and made it super convenient. In $57 (before tip), we got: - veggie crispy rolls 5/5 - i wish the portion size was bigger for the price but they were so good. The accompanying sauce was good too - young coconut 4/5- expensive for being a boxed coconut water poured out. Umbrella decor was cute - thai iced tea 5/5 - yummy and less than $4 amazing - Penang curry chicken 5/5 - loved the curry flavors and surprised to see eggplant in Penang. It doesn't come with any sides so u have to order and pay for that separately - steamed white rice side 5/5 - standard order - pad se ew chicken 4/5- smaller portion than what i expected for the price. Chicken and broccoli were plenty, i wish they had more noodle

This place is bad, stay away, unless you want to learn for yourself. I will begin with the plus matters to give it two stars versus the zero star or 1 star: 1) its in livermore (if you live in livermore) 2) we did not get sick Now here are the cons 1) one waiter, one cook, nobody in the restaurant on a Thursday night...that should have been a strong hint 2) food is a la carte and to each a curry really costs $20-$25 with taxes and tip. You pay $15 for the curry then $3 for a meat to put in the curry then another $2.50 for rice then tax and tip. So when it is stated as good food/afforadable - i wonder if these are fake reviews. 3) the apetizers are jokeville - overpriced. 4) plates are plastic, cups are plastic, water is put in a plastic pitcher from tap 5) noisy even with no customers - see #8 6) service and food quality was subpar - they did not have brown rice, did not have fresh ingredients, did put a lot of salt, a lot of vinegar on food. 7) the 'ambience' is an lol - next to a liquor store, across from a water reclamation plant that smells, people come in to ask to use the restroom from HWY 84, they have to post signs to keep out people...'rough area.' The outdoor dining is a plastic picnic table. Advice: GO DOWNTOWN OR TO A NICE SHOPPING AREA 8) The owner with her daughter babysitting the granddaughter in a back make shift room, so loud and obnoxious. (See photo) 9 )They had no lettuce wraps but said they could make them. They brought old lettuce and just food processed old chicken and charged $16 - more than some entrees. So you can tell this is not a situation of "i just like to complain" but goodness, it was terrible. Just go to a downtown location for Thai or anywhere else, seriously. Never had it worse. Lots of polite people at best giving 4 stars here or 5. This is nothing like downtown places or out of Livermore places for Thai.

" Salty" Chicken Pad Thai served in a bowl
Puppy L.

Probably the worst pad Thai I've ever eaten. Portion was tiny, extra salty and pad thai served in a bowl? Time to go search for something else to eat. Big disappointment.

Great food! The lunch combo was great, the spices used were great! Loved the spring roll and the dressing used for the salad.

The food is good, and service is pretty fast. Its a small place, and no restroom as of now, but food and service makes up for it. Must go

I really enjoy their rice plates and vermicelli bowls. They also have good chicken pho here. - 8/10 for rice plates, especially in the Livermore area. Would rec if you're in the area and want some good Vietnamese food.

The last time I ordered "coconut water with pulp", they gave me a canned coconut water that was put into a cup and said I needed to say "whole coconut" when I order. Why are there two almost identical items on the menu?? That's confusing. Same thing happened when I ordered "basil tofu". They gave me fried rice with tofu in it? Apparently there's also basil fried rice with tofu in it. If there are similar items on the menu and the order is unclear, the restaurant should clarify when the order is placed over the phone. I will add that the restaurant remade my order (and made sure to be rude about it). Lastly, there was a hair in my most recent to-go order. WITH A FOLLICLE. I'm done here.

The interior is gorgeous and would be a great place for a date or celebratory dinner. Their food though is next level, it really is well above the typical indian food around. The saag with paneer is so much smoother and richer, and the chicken tikka salad is really healthy and not greasy, while having a ton of flavor. But what gets me every time is the papadum. Here they serve it with a tomato-onion salsa which is delicious and light. Love takeout from here!

The ambiance was really nice. It has a really classy feel with pretty decor, and the restaurant is pretty spacious. There's also a banquet hall next door for events and parties. Service was a little slow, but expected because of how crowded it was for Mother's Day. They also had a special menu, so the selection was a bit more limited than usual. For appetizers, we got the malai chicken tikka and the ancho paneer tikka. The malai chicken tikka was good and came with chutney, although it was slightly dry. The ancho paneer tikka also tasted good, but it had a slightly chewy texture. The entrees stood out more. My favorite was the butter chicken. The gravy was creamy and flavorful, and the chicken pieces were soft. While I didn't personally try the goat curry or the desi ghee dal tadka, my family really liked both. They said that the goat curry had a really flavorful gravy with tender pieces, and the dal was light and comforting. The chicken Mughlai biryani was good too. The rice was aromatic and not very spicy. We also got the bread basket, which came with an assortment of naans and Amritsari kulcha. Everything came out warm and soft. The food is definitely on the pricier side. Quantities weren't so large, but the flavor and experience were good, so if you're willing to splurge a little on an upscale lunch or dinner, it's worth a try!

During the day they have a limited number of slices and list the available quantities on a whiteboard. I came around 1pm on a Friday and they still had all the slices although they were close to sold out of a few. Staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Make you feel very welcome. The space is also fun and retro like, with plenty of seating. The pizza is amazing, definitely some of the best in the Bay Area and I would rank it top 3 for slices. Great crisp, nice undercarriage, no flop, when you bite in you get a nice chew which is what you want. Tomato sauce and flavors are also great. Overall one of the best pizzas in the greater Bay Area.
