My partner and I split a Beef Bo Bun. It was spectacular!!! The salad was fresh, the noodles (rice vermicelli) was cooked al dente, the beef was seasoned well & the sauce (sweet, sour, chili) was beautifully balanced. The spring rolls and wonton added a nice crunch to the otherwise already perfect dish. Neither one of the 2 personnel in this small restaurant spoke English. But we knew what to order, thanks to Yelp. Both were very nice and helpful. We got by using hand gestures and pointing to which fried deliciousness on a display case we wanted to add to our Bo Bun. At the end, we concluded that this restaurant doesn't not have the real Vietnamese pho. Later, we found that no Vietnamese were there. The restaurant is not owned by a Vietnamese. The waiter was Cambodian. The service was also lousy. I asked for warm water and was served a half full cup of water that I was told "be careful, it is very hot" he also told me to mix it with some iced water already on the table before drinking.
