Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

I've tried calling multiple times to straighten it out, but no one answers the phone. If you're going to threaten patients with fees, at least have someone available to answer the phone and fix your own scheduling errors. Very frustrating experience. I wouldn't want to go to a business like this nor would I encourage others to do so. I can already tell they will try to overcharge their customers.

Cleopatra called one time (see call history screenshot in red font) ONLY AFTER I asked via text message if they were still going to make it to the 5:30pm phone consultation appt, since I had not yet heard from them after 5min into the appt time. After I texted, they dialed my number for only for a few seconds (you can tell it rings only once and they hang up just to make it look like they tried), I called back right away within seconds 3x and texted but no response. Never heard from them about cancelling or rescheduling. Highly unprofessional and no accountability. They offer cheap services so they get lots of customers who are trying to save, that's why they have no incentive for customer service or taking in new customers like myself.
