I took my 2022 ford maverick to this shop because my brake system malfunctioned. They fixed the issue i took it in for but now it having another issue that they caused and when i called them out on it the mechanic that worked on my truck immediately got defensive and started blaming me and said that i did the damage they caused. They ripped my splash guard on the bottom of my truck to access a component with a screwdriver or something like that. Instead of just unbolting the splash guard they took a knife to it and bent it inwards and when i told them about it the mechanic said it was me and that i did it, and for me to bring it in and if it's something they did that they will fix it. And when i told him that it's for sure something he did without a doubt he just hung up on me. I will update this review in a couple hours to see how they resolve this. What got me to write this 1 star review is how they handled it over the phone , i have not even showed up in person yet and i can already tell the mechanic is going to be negative towards me, and the fact that he immediately tries to blame me is frustrating because i treat my truck with care and would never rip open my splash pad like that when it can easily be unbolted. No one has ever touched my truck but the dealership and me and i noticed this after i got it back from them. On top of all of that i paid 100$ more than what they quoted me, and i paid it no questions asked and for me to be treated like this was unacceptable read more

Maybe the owner shouldn't scream at the receptionist "No more cars, no more cars!" with a lit cigarette in his mouth as a new customer is trying to bring their car in for the first time. It's extremely unprofessional and rude. I get it your a new business and probably overwhelmed but maybe put a sign up saying your not taking anymore cars at the moment. Or politely tell the customer you don't have the staff to work on their car. Don't have a cigarette smoking maniac screaming "No more cars!" to a potential new customer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I am a part time resident of Acton, I guess you have to be full time resident to get good service and real repairs or he just took advantage of a trusting woman. I should have known after he did unauthorized/uncommunicated repairs on my first truck, BUT I TRUSTED THEM - HE CAN SMOOTH TALK ANYTHING!! I had high recommendations thats why I went to them, but they did a horrible job with repairs and left me in Harms way, took forever, and customer service was HORRIBLE!! He let me drive on 2 yr old gas! Warning DON'T USE VIKTORS AUTO THEY ARE THEIVES AND HORRIBLE!!: I had the most horrible horrible experience of my entire life!! Their work left me stranded on the road, my truck died 7 times after he repaired it!! He lied also about repairs he did but didn't !! I had to return it because the radiator drained when I finally made it to the gas station. And the 7th time it died was turning into their parking spot and I just coasted to a stop. They both claimed the hose rotted but it didn't, they used a hose too big and inserted a rubber sleeve to graduate it down in size for the radiator so it blew off under pressure. When they said it was ready again, I contacted them to let them know I was on my way, driving from out of state and HE KNEW IT!! and they said parts were sent out for repair a week prior, which was after they told me it was ready a 2nd time!! They charged me storage fees and NEVER told me it was ready the first time I had to contact them, and it was NOT finished until after I arrived to pick it up! There is so much more to tell but impossible to type all here. DIDNT EVEN PRICE OUT PART PRICE OR LABOR, JUST A.LUMP SUM, AND WHEN ASKED TO ITEMIZE HE SAID "I DONT HAVE THAT PRICING ANYMORE". Have a 1997 Chevy truck I cherish, and apparently rats do too, because they enjoyed chewing my headlight/parking light/turn signal harness completely off, down to nubs and frayed wires. Looked AWFUL! I've worked on cars since I was 15 (going on 71 now) and it looked really hopeless to me.....I took it to Vicktor, and he did A SUPERB JOB fixing it, and at an incredible price, plus he fixed my fan that was clogged with long pine needles, something that would've taken me quite a while to do. This is what I think as one of the last small owner operated mechanic shops in the state. Viktor is awesome. You and your vehicle will get individual attention no bigger shop can even approach. Since the shop is attached to his house there's no significant shop overhead so prices are amazing. He is 100% honest and reasonable you never have to worry about being lied to or cheated or overcharged. Cons: it's a one man operation so call for an appointment as he can only handle so much. Also the location is pretty far out of the way so be prepared. There's also no amenities: the waiting area is a lawn chair. No bathrooms, food or drinks and be sure to arrange for a ride. If you're local his wife can give you a lift but ask ahead. Also: everyone in the house smokes, which is certainly their right as it's their house. If you're sensitive keep a distance, and they won't smoke in your vehicle. read more
